Do NOT be fooled by the lifetime warranty. This is a limited warranty that is only good for the original owner. Once the house sells, it shifts to a 1 year warranty. The seals on our windows broke and we were told it was covered but then informed otherwise after we called back to schedule someone to come take measurements. We dont have the documentation from the original owners and couldnt find anything about this on the website. We went ahead on getting an estimate to fix the broken seals and the serviceman failed to show for the first appointment, supposedly due to a computer glitch. After rescheduling, he finally showed up at the last possible minute to the new appointment and told us he would send us an estimate in the next couple of days. That was over a month ago and we still havent heard anything. I havent bothered to follow up on the estimate because we went with another company to fix our windows. Its pretty clear to me they only want our business if its new installation. This limited lifetime warranty seems like a gimmick and not a company who actually stands behind their product. They have to know that the original owners most likely wont be in the house anymore once the seals fail and the new owners are left holding the bag.

Installed all windows in the upper level of our home. We had an issue getting a few of the windows out and they fixed them and we are very happy with their service and professionalism. We are now getting more of the Champion Windows in our lower level of our home. Our new salesman has been very professional and super quick to take care of us. We are very grateful for his kindness.

I just had some windows installed yesterday and the quality of the windows was subpar at best. Very bad finish in the material and scratches all over. They subcontract the installation and that was worse than the windows. I called to have something done and I’m yet to receive a resolution, even when I still have the remainder of the balance. When they come out, they badmouth all of the other companies saying they’re the “Best” and they’re the “only ones that manufacture their own product”. Go elsewhere! Save your money!

I really enjoyed meeting with Andrew. I have always dreamed of getting a bay window installed. Champion was $4,000 to $7,000 under the other quotes that I got. Because of this I will get the window that Ive always wanted. During the sale, Andrew showed us how the glass behaves with a heat lamp and how it blocks the heat. The wait time is currently 10-16 weeks but that was the average time that I got on all my quotes. I cant wait to get my window installed!

Our experience with Champion Windows was less than pleasurable. We had a total of 3 project managers and it almost as if they didnt speak to eachother. My Gable & concrete patio project was supposed to start in September 2020 and it was completed until the beginning of June. I filed several verbal complaints and a written complaint with the Better Business Bureau. When they finally got to my project they contracted out all the work because their hired crews quit. Needless to say my project looked totally different from what we paid for. I will NEVER use their services again or make referrals. As of today we are still waiting on a response from the 3rd project manager regarding a question asked during the final closure visit. The nerves of them to continue sending promotion ads via US mail. I will be contacting Champions Window to be removed from the mailing list and will be sure to let friends know how we were treated.

Just recently had Champion give us an estimate on our new windows. (They were referred to us by a family member that had windows installed by them as well)Steven G. was the rep that came out. Very professional and informative on everything that we were looking for. The quality of Champion windows is very impressive, and the warranty is definitely something that we were looking for.

My window and service door were installed in 2016. I have had two issues. The windows have been flawless, however I noticed sometime after the installation that the installers cut through our siding in various places and caulked over it. I did call customer service and they reviewed the errors. Nothing done as I did not expect them to replace all the siding. Now the seals on the back door windows are failing. Called again and now they want $99 to do a service call to repair windows under warranty. Supposedly they said it was in writing, but I have no record. Bit disappointed in long term value.

I haven’t used them yet but the experience I got today will definitely put them on top when we do decide. Champion does it well, the attention to detail and just explanation was amazing. I will be calling them for any other home repairs. The honesty and genuine thought that Dave took me by surprise. He gave me information that some of the “other” window companies did not mention. I.E. if a window is with in 18” of the ground it needs to be tempered. The other companies did not mention it or say it was even necessary. He was not forcing me into making a decision right then and there. There was no guilt trips, no forcing me to make a decision in the moment for something that is going to cost a lot of money!Dave is great! If anyone has the pleasure to work with him you should be so lucky! If I was hiring someone I would hire Dave!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We have not used this business yet, as there are a few outside factors still pending. However, I will say that Ryan, the representative we spoke with in person for our free quote, did an excellent job. He came when he was scheduled, he was very punctual in his arrival, and very professional in his demeanor. He answered all our questions, and addressed any other concerns. He was very personable, and laid back, and did not pressure us at all (which is a huge deal to us). So, in spite of a few other reviews I’ve read, because of our experience, we are still very much considering choosing them for our windows.

My husband and I had a presentation and quote from David Homan, he was very helpful teaching us about the Champion product. We were happy to see a competitors compariaon in the presentation to support our decision making. We are still making a decision, but would be very happy to work with David in the future. Overall, Champion seems like a reliable and great value choice.

I ordered new windows for my entire house including replacing a picture window with a new bay window. The new bay window arrived with the outer pane broken but it was installed anyway. Installer said replacement window would come in to 2-3 weeks. Also did not put any insulation under the window. Frost was forming on the inside of the window sill so I placed a towel on it. The towel became frozen to the sill and I had to use a hairdryer to thaw it to be able to pick it up. It’s now 12 weeks later and still waiting for a response from the company. Have called many times and always told person is not available they will have them call me back. 2 weeks ago finally got a call but they knew nothing about my replacement window or complaints about lack of insulation and how cold my house was because of it. They were going to look into it and call back but nothing.

The entire process of arranging an appointment for a quote, reviewing the product, and helping me get the best deal for my needs was amazing. I feel confident that I’ve been taken care of and will get some amazing windows for my home.

I have a financial situation that took awhile to get finalized and David was patient and appropriately stayed in touch.David came out again today, at my request, went over the contract, confirmed all the information and picked up a deposit check. We signed the contract in September 2020 and still dont have a final product. First the windows were measured incorrectly and had to be re-ordered. Then the picture window had a crack and needed to be re-ordered. My window was left without any trim on the outside, super ugly. And then after two months of waiting, we find out the window wasnt ever re-ordered as we were told by the installation manager that it was. And most of the people who came to the house refused to wear masks. Awful experience, stay away.

I called on Champion Widows out of New Berlin Wi. to give me an estimate on 3 double hung windows I wanted to be installed in my 74 year old home.Sales rep Andrew C. came right on time . He measured for my windows and then sat down with me to explain all the benefits from the design of the windows to the glass that will help keep out the heat during the summer and the cold during the winter,to grid work and to warranty . The other reason I bought these windows was the expertise of the installers.

I purchased a condo that had windows replaced in June 2020. As the weather turned colder the drafts from the living room windows was ridiculous I took the moldings off there was no insulation and was never caulked. My bedroom windows howl when the wind blows the right direction. Called to complain they said someone would call in 2 weeks they didnt called again to find out they never placed the service order. I was informed at that time it would be 30-60 days before they would be able to come out!! I said if they did it right the first time I wouldnt have this issue. So I am suppose to freeze in my bedroom til Feb? And the draft in living room isnt much better. Unbelievable!12-2-2020 updateRoger called and set up a appt for me next week! Was very nice and understanding!

Their Milwaukee, WI rep came out to our house last week. He spent over an hour here trying to figure out a method to get a sunroom built on the back of our house. It ended up not being feasible due to our 11 ceilings and the gable shape of our roof line. Our only option at this point is to go with an expensive stick built sunroom. However the sales rep Chris was phenomenal! He was extremely knowledgeable, respectful, and didnt try to sell us anything that wouldnt look right. At the end he said that he truly wished he could help us but could not due to the specs of our house. I really wish we could build our sunroom through Champion. They will not bring a high pressure approach. It was a great experience. Thank you Chris!

We used Champion 10 years ago to replace all the windows in our house. We had one basement window left to replace, so we of course contacted Champion. They were very quick to respond and were out for measurements and gave us a quote within days. We also used Champion for our siding and they will be fixing an issue we had due to a deck replacement. While at our house, the salesman also checked all the current windows and put in an order to replace 2 windows, without us even asking. We have been very happy with our windows and siding, and highly recommmend Champion!

The representative was up front and honest and informed me of the options. I had another company come out prior and wasnt half as informative. Once I decide to take this project on, I will most likely go with Champion based on my interaction.

If you are in the Milwaukee Market you will want to consider a different company. i have been trying to get someone to replace the glass on windows I bought from them a number of years ago. I received notification that an installer would be out to repair the two windows. Never showed up. currently trying to get a hold of someone to reschedule. Crickets... I realize we are in a unique time in our lives, but this is playing out way tooooo long.

I had used champion a year ago for the living room windows and the experience was great, fast and efficient. I couldnt have been happier. Thats why I contacted them for my dining room and basement windows. It has been a terrible experience. Took almost 4 months for the remeasure. Then we finally had an install date. The guy messaged saying he was going to start on the 17th. I never received a call and reached out to them. Finally said they would be there the next day because water pump blew on their truck. Waited til the next day at the same time they told me and then messaged asking where they were. He was sorry the guy didnt get his truck fixed would it be an inconvenience to do it Saturday. Yes! I have all my furniture and am not being informed. I would like it done asap. Finally they came the next day( Wednesday). They werent able to finish. Told me they were going to finish up the next day. Never hear from them the next day. Again I reach out. It was a rain day theyll be there the next day. Again next day no contact so I ask. They do not come again. It is Thursday of the week after now and they are supposed to come early afternoon according to text. I have never been more frustrated. It is common decency to inform people about a job they are paying very good money for. This will definitely keep me from coming back

Theyll be more than willing to show up and get you signed into a contract. Good luck on getting ahold of them for any updates on the status of progress of the needed materials. I should have had Feldco do them.

Terrible customer service - they never notified us that the windows would be installed at our rental and the tenants were not prepared. there are some issues with the windows and they said it might take up to 30 days to correct them.

If I could give them a negative rating I most definitely would!! This has been one of the worst companies we have ever worked with. They have more excuses about there lack of communication and quality of work. Placed a call with their customer service 2 weeks ago for Carl or manager to call me. Still waiting. They were quick to withdraw the contract amount from the bank account though. Keeping in mind that the 2nd transaction was UNauthorized due to the work not being completed. We had them redo our Sunroom from a 4 season to a 3 season. Windows completely frost up, which we were advised that they would not do that and one of our windows doesnt lock complety. The gutter has a gap and is noticeable not fully attached to the house. One of the reps came out before the pandemic and said they would get back to us. Still waiting on that one to happen too. Horrible Horrible Horrible experience.

Tried calling 3 times and cant get anyone to answer. Ended up doing an online service request last week (with a picture included) just to get a replacement crank handle,, (also was asking for more of their awesome foam window cleaner) and havent so much as received an email acknowledgement or a phone call. Very disappointed. Id even let them put another advertising sign in my yard if I could just get some service.P.S. We really do love the foam cleaner and how easy it is to remove slider windows and tip down the double hungs!Update: Received a phone call from Shakiynah at Champion in Ohio apologizing for the issue. I resent the photos of the handle issue and she is forwarding it on to get resolved. Changed my star rating to a 4 as we do love our windows. Shakiynah was awesome! Thank you!(10/6/20) UPDATE #2....since my conversation on 9/23 with Shakiynah, we still HAVE NOT received the replacement crank handle and no one else has contacted us with any updates on the request she had put out to The Team. A phone call with an update and delivery of replacement handle would be very much appreciated as my request for status email from yesterday morning has not been answered(10/19/20) Update# 3: Shakiynah finally responded to my email on 10/9/20 and stated the replacement handle was sent out to us on 9/23 and we did confrm they had the correct shipping address. I informed her we still hadnt received it at which time she was going to check into the situation for us. I sent another email asking for an update on 10/13/20 and as this update, we have not heard a peep from anyone. Just how difficult can it be to send out 1 little replacement handle? At this point I hope they read this update and get one expedited to us. Id hate to think of the hoops wed have to jump through if we needed real service done on any windows but I bet if we were spending money for new windows theyd be here the same or next day. Currently cannot recommend this company and would rate 0 stars if it was an option

In 2018, I had windows replaced in my home after an experience with my basement windows breaking during a heavy rain in June of 2018. After researching several companies, I called a few for quotes, to learn more about the company as well as their products. Well have to say that I was most impressed by Champion Windows. Theyve replaced 6 windows in my home, 5 in the basement and one bedroom. The windows are of quality. I can tell the difference in my sons bedroom where the window was replaced vs the windows in the other 2 bedrooms. Chris, the representative who came to my home and assisted me in purchasing my windows, was amazing. He represents the company well.He wanted to make sure that I was satisfied with my purchase, he listened to my needs and took his time to show me different options. He even made sure that one small issue that I had with a previous install by Champion was corrected when they came out for the next install. I am overall very satisfied with my purchase and will be using Champion for my next window project.

Jennifer from Champion was an excellent person to work with. She was knowledgeable and funny. She was respectful and kind. She was on top of things and got back to me quickly when I needed it. I had a patio door slider and a very large front picture window installed at the beginning of January 2019. It went very very well. Installers were prompt and very professional.

We have a three season porch installed by Champion with a broken lock. We have been trying to get one shipped to us for the last two months and each time they tell me to call back in a couple of weeks if I do not receive it. Well this is the fourth time I have tried with no success. If you are thinking about using Champion I would go elsewhere. They just don’t care after the job is done.

The sales rep was extremely knowledgeable and not high pressure. He explained everything in great detail. At no point during the demonstration did we feel pressure to make the purchase. In the end we did end buying 6 new windows. One interesting thing is we have 2 dogs. They never are friendly with strangers, but for some reason they were with the Sales Rep. Which made me think, he must be an honest and good person.

Just purchased windows today from David at Champion, he was really great, helpful, patient and knowledgeable! I can’t wait to see my finished product!!! I will review as soon as installed and since I plan to do an addition on my house in the future, I’m really hopeful they can do those also!!

The biggest mistake I made with my home remodeling was hiring Champion Window and Door to replace all my windows, install new siding, and replace the soffit and fascia. At this moment I have soggy insulation in my walls because of the terrible workmanship they performed and the poor quality of their windows, terrible is an understatement! I could write a small book on where I caught them cutting corners the few times I was able to inspect while they were doing the install.Within a week or two there were pieces of siding that had fallen off my house and were blowing around my yard. They did a horrible job of caulking around the windows that they even bothered to caulk around and even those that they did the caulk had broken already. Within months I had whole pieces of siding falling off and water damage on the woodwork inside the house. Unfortunately I was away from home quite a bit and unable to catch it actively leaking until tonight almost a year after the install.They came out and tore the siding off and put up new about 9 months after the original install and caulked the windows they skipped the first time, poorly. One window leaks more than the single pane they replaced and I can feel the wind blow through the closed and latched window as I type this.If you want a TLDR then dont hire this company, they cost just as much if not more than the better ones even with their discounts and their quality is just slightly above absolute garbage.I wish I could leave negative stars.

Id strongly suggest looking at other window companies for your window replacement needs - Champion reneged on their quote less than 24 hours after their proposal.The first interaction with Champion was positive - the sales rep was polite, patient and knowledgeable during our consultation for replacement windows in our home. At the end of the in-house consultation, Champion offered a price point for the windows. We scheduled a time to close out the paperwork at their office a day and a half after the consultation.The next day after the offer was made by Champion, and a day prior to the on-site meeting at their office to complete the contract, I received a call from the sales rep that they could no longer offer the discount quoted, based on direction from his manager.Champion reneged on their original offer and the revised price was nearly double what was offered less than 24 hours prior! Their feedback was that the discount offered previously was not applicable to the windows quoted, only their Comfort 365 variants.I would expect this from a small, unlicensed contractor, but not from a large corporation that markets themselves as an award-winning, ethical company. Looking at their website, there is nothing in the main print citing the 40% national promotion is only applicable to their higher-end models either.

My whole experience with champion windows has been amazing from first onsite visit with my sales rep Chris to the quick delivery and smooth install. Almost 20 years ago champion installed just one broken window and now the rest of my condo windows and both times a great experience. Definitely recommend calling them for your window needs!!

Champion originally installed a few of my windows 10 years ago and I was pleased with the work. I had a fire in 2018 and had to have all my windows replaced.The contractor tried to duplicate what Champion had done to no avail. I contacted Champion and the representative, Jennifer Bell, came to my home and gave me a quote. She was professional, personable, funny, and honest. I truly appreciated her candor and assistance. When an unforeseen issue arose, Jen contacted me right away and explained my options.Once my windows arrived and the guys came to install, they too were professional. They called ahead of time and even notified me theyd be a little late because there was a car on fire on their route to my home.When they arrived at my home, they were respectful and asked immediately if they should remove their shoes. They explained how long installation should take and encouraged me to ask questions along the way. I returned to work and felt very comfortable leaving my home in their care. Before leaving for the day, they called and told me of the progress and what would be done the next day. When I returned home everything was just as I left it.The job took a little longer than expected because of what was done with one of my windows from the previous owner. Champion went above and beyond to match up the soffit piece that needed to be replaced and installed it professionally. I can hardly tell the difference between my original old white soffit and the piece they used as a replacement. THANK YOU!The look of my windows is amazing!
