Hired Bauer Sign Company for our cafe awning. Great service and help from Dave when obtaining city approvals. And the final product is exactly what we wanted!

I dropped an old style neon beer sign off to be fixed on January 15, 2021. I was told it would be ready in 1.5 months, so should be ready by around March 1st. I waited until the beginning of April and was told it would be another 2 weeks. I called again in 3 weeks and was told I was next in line and it would be another 1.5 weeks. I waited 2 weeks and again I called and was told someone would be looking into it and give me a call back. Nobody called me and the only reason I was given ANY updates is because I called to check-in every time. I finally gave up and picked it up today. 5 months later and no fixed sign and now I have to take it somewhere else. No reason ever given, no communication. Very disappointed. Wish I wouldnt have wasted 5 months.

I brought in a Neon Peroni Beer sign that needed to have the ballast/transformers replaced. They did an excellent job at a reasonable price. I recommend Bauer for all your neon sign repair.

My Hamms beer sign had not been working for a few years I couldnt find anywhere to get the motor replaced. Then I found Bauer Sign Company. I called them and they said they would be able to take a look at my Beer sign and repair what was needed. They did a great job. I am very happy to have my family heirloom up & running again. My dad had gotten the sign from his friend that was a Hamms beer rep back in the 60s. It is great to have my waterfall back in motion! Thanks for the great service!

Recently had Bauer sign company create custom neon signs for our Milwaukee salon&spa. The signs look fantastic !!I’ve worked with other sign company’s for the past 22 years that I’ve been in business and it was always a hassle for one reason or another however this company was professional and easy to work with at a fair price . I had to get a neon sign done and was in a little bit of a time crunch. Worked with Carl and he kept me up to speed as the project progressed. They had supply issues, but overcame that and had my sign done the day promised. When I showed up to pick up the masterpiece, everybody at the shop took a ton of pride in the product they sold me, from Carl, to the guy who made it, to the owner. The price was very fair too. These guys are a great family business who take a lot of pride in their work. I would definitely recommend them.

I cannot recommend. Unfortunately, they stack labor hours on maintenance by coming when you are closed and repeating calls. Insist all work done when you can inspect final result. Disappointing for private business.
