As women my daughter and I have been taken advantage of by another local car repair shop since we moved here from Indiana. We don’t know that much about cars, and a friend said check out Martin‘s because they were a Christian business and were fair and reasonable. Each of us have had our cars worked on there several times. While about any car repair can be costly, he has offered advice on things that should be done when a car is already apart that could save a lot of money in labor later should something else in that area go bad. It’s good to have somebody give us that type of advice in order to save money in the future. We spend a Little extra now to save a huge amount in the future. He will diagnose issues, give us a fairly accurate cost estimate and then we can decide what issues to address at that time. They can be pretty busy at certain times of the year and we have had to leave our vehicle there for a couple of days to get all the repairs done, but I know it’s done right the first time, and I’ve never had to go back and have some thing redone because it wasn’t fixed right the first time

Squeezed me in with practically no notice for a major repair. Completed the job quickly and kept me updated. Expensive but well worth the money. Will be using Mr Martin for all my auto repairs from now on!

I am brand new to NC and was referred to Martins by a friend. I cannot say enough good about this shop. Had a good feeling when I went in the door and felt even better when the work was completed. The absolutely best garage in New Bern. The owners are extremely friendly, willing to work with your situation and have perhaps the best quality in a mechanic....HONESTY. I love this place and would recommend them for any car needs. Because even if they cant do it, they send you to the right people who can.

Dave Martin and the crew at Martins Auto Services are my first stop for Auto repairs. If you are looking for an honest Auto Shop then stop here and you have found it! Dave knows cars and he trys to save his customers money! I guess that is why he is always busy! It is nice knowing that you are dealing with a family business ran by Christians and it shows from the minute you walk in until the minute you leave! Give them a shot! A little hard to find but arent all gems!

To the guy that said Mr. Martin is a Crook six month ago. I believe you he try to scam me on repair cost, and he also did engine damage to my car and try to make it look like it was preexisting cause. He will used words like God bless you, like hes a honest man. I had to report him to the BBB about his work.This shop will scam you on auto repair. Beware I will never go backto this shop again.

Dave Martin is a CROOK and a liar I bought a truck off of him he told me everything worked. It burned oil, AC didnt work he offered to fix it but I was scared he would damage something else, I have a Jeep which I took to him with a electrical issue he said he fixed it but the problem kept coming back in the end he said I didnt cause those issues to your car but hey I paid you to fix them numerous times and you never did I cant stand the Martin he had me fooled into thinking he was a good man but no hes a liar and a thief and a crook dont ever take him one of your cars because it will never work right again look at his daughters I mean theyre all wild but anyway thats all I have to say
