They do a really great job making sure their employees are safe and comfortable working at that factory. I had the opportunity to tour the place and couldn’t say enough nice things about their operation.

Not a retail store! Moen produces faucets and other products at this facility.

Its ok. Fast paced moment constantly with your hands while standing long periods in mandatory steel or composite toe shoes. Safety is held at a high standard. Management is good and for the most part value you as a person. The pay is great once you become permanant. Hours are 8 with no more than 10hrs a day. If you complete the job before your 8hrs, you can leave or go work on another line for extra hours.

As an employee there, I did not have an enjoyable experience in my short stint there. Mandatory long hours, which was not explained in the hiring process. Most other employees were excited with long hours, due to having a larger paycheck. I, on the other hand, also juggle being a student and a parent and was told that it was a 40 hour work week so that is what I was expecting. During one shift, with a total of 5 ruptured blisters on my feet and after having been all caught up with my tasks with a few possible minutes of down time, I made the mistake of sitting down in a chair. Mind you, I am a retired Marine so I understand all there is to know about hard work, not sitting unless youre told to do so, etc. etc. However, my pay was $9.25 an hour, with my feet were in excruciating pain, I made the command decision to seize the opportunity to sit down. Approximately 10 seconds after I sat down, I was sternly informed by the team leader that I was not allowed to sit down. She said sitting was not a job requirement for my position, so therefore I am not allowed to sit down on my shift unless I am on either my 10 or my 15 minute break. The job itself was very easy, i.e. typical entry level warehouse position. Apparently not for everyone considering I enjoy coffee (anti-caffeine posters throughout the warehouse - dont need that type of negativity in my life) and being able to sit down for a minute if the situation allows it.

A girl named Kalie Zymorz that says she works there and she is a liar and a thief. She has stolen from us and has probably already stolen from Moen as well. She is a poor repetitive of your company.
