One of my favorite places because of the wide variety of materials and the always helpful staff.

They have the best prices on foam one might need to make pillows or to re-upholster a chair or other household item. Lots of wall art is now being sold there as well as rugs and misc. items!

If you need fabric to recover seats or foam to replace some sagging couch cushions this is the place to go. They also have a large selection of Sunbrella fabrics to freshen up that faded fabric on your boat . The ladies working here are the most knowledgeable and patient folks youll ever meet. Ive ventured into some unknowns, at least for me, in the area of upholstery. I also know Ive asked them some silly questions and they just smile and say: I have a suggestion. or Let me show you this. They can make your undertaking turn out so much better with their professional advice.

A very nice woman (initials PB) assisted me yesterday in cutting foam for three chair bases.. she gave me advice on using a garbage bag to get the foam back into the cushion cover. It worked like a charm. Thanks so much!

I saw a tag that said $12.99 for buffaloe print. I asked for 8 yards. She said $273.....I said ;excuse me? ( many precut prices on that roll) tag belonged to roll above. I think they should verify price with customer on expensive fabrics before they cut. I believe it was price gouging on the popular gray plaid fabric. Ive seen so much less expensive since then. I did buy it since it was my error, but not going back. There goes my spending money for quite a while.

Helpful and friendly staff. Great selection of upholstery fabrics, foam, batting and piping and helpful advice for just about every project. They even have automotive headliner and carpet. We are reupholstering our sailboat and Mill Outlet Village is our one-stop shop for all that we need for our project - including Sunbrella fabric.

I purchased fabric and incidentals for a re-upholstery project. I drove almost 2 hours to get there. Young lady that helped me was wonderful but turned me over to someone else which, I believe was where the problem started. When I started on project I realized that she completely forgot one item, cut another to short, zipper was cut halfway through and when I rolled out the ordered fabric there were dirt marks I had to work around and many flaws that I had to repair. I called and spoke with the young lady who had originally helped me and she said, We will take care of you next time you are here, just photograph everything. When I went back into the store, photos in hand along with receipts for replacing what was wrong, the manager basically said, tough luck. I will never shop at that store again and would not recommend it to anyone. They clearly do not stand by their products. Worst service I have ever had. If you do choose to shop there, check EVERYTHING before you buy it!!!!

I have been frequenting this fabric store since I was a small child, shopping there with my mother. They have a huge inventory, and if the dont have it in stock they will order it. Staff are kind and helpful!
