Ordered a table last year. Loved it so went to order a matching bench. Stopped by and asked to order it. Was told to go home and take pictures of the table and send them. He didn’t get out of his chair or look up the invoice for the table. His big boat was outside. His mechanic was to fix the tire. I sent pictures. It took over two weeks to get a text to send pictures again. I gave him the measurements. Got a price greater than the entire table. When questioned was told to get my bench made elsewhere. With pleasure I will go elsewhere.

Odd experience today. First off, I have been purchasing wood for many years from this location. Staff has ALWAYS been wonderfully helpful. Today, I came in to buy a piece of wood and to ask if they had someone who did small jobs. When I asked to pick out the wood I was told he would have to cut the lumber. Um, what? He said to let the guy on the card pick out the lumber... Um, I wanted to pick out a contrasting wood. He assumed I wanted the wood to match. He assumed I dont woodwork and that I was going to hire the man on the card (whose telephone number is not in service). I hope he is not the new boss because he was rather off putting and possibly exist. Im less than impressed. Ill order online this time and hope he isnt there next time. Women woodwork too genius.

Stopped by and were met by the rudist man possible. This person should be in the back of the building not in the office. I hope Nancy is aware of the fact that he is bad for business. Never again. Ex

They got me exactly what I asked for cut like I asked. Wood, red cedar, was even better quality than expected. Grain was straight and tight.

The best place for tables, mantels and custom woodworking.Nancy is so knowledgeable about all kinds of wood. She will help you design anything that you can think of. She helped us with a distressed mantel for our house and now were back for a table.

They made a beautiful mantle for my fireplace for a very reasonable price.

Sometimes you can talk to a business on the phone and know how your experience is going to turn out when you actually get there. I just had a conversation with a polite and professional person that I know I want to do business with. Refreshing these days!

We needed a custom wall mounted wine bin with irregular dimensions and the good folks at Precision did a really surperb job and at a great price.We then brought in a hand made Scandanavian secretary and asked if they could cut and modify the unique front feet so we could fit in a special location.Again, their craftsmanship was so good, it is impossible to tell the feet were modified.Ron & Teresa

They sell hard to find lumber such as cherry ..ash...oak . Maple.ect.will size and plain it for you .. also make table tops and much more..nice folks ..easy to deal with..
