Great customer service and they have a lot of merchandise on hand. They had parts I needed that advanced Auto body did not have.

Although there are signs at the door that masks mustve worn they allowed a man without a mask to stand in line and took forever for him to get out of there. Never shopping there again.

This Place is awesome. I bought a pair of headlights for my Honda civic which went bad in few months I didnt have the receipt for them but still an associate Juan helped me out and replaced for free as they carried 3 years warranty. And Juans was so polite and humbled. Thanks all of them .

Great service and the parts are a little more expensive but you get better quality products like the saying goes you get what you pay for!!

Terrible customer service. They sold me a broken part, I drove there to show them it was broken and they wouldn’t give me the new part because I didn’t have it how. I couldn’t have shown them otherwise. Will NEVER be going here again. Please do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.It’s a shame because I’ve always been loyal to them.

Great customer counter service whether your a novice or a professional.For those that have SUVs with 15 rear wiper blades, NAPA was the only place I could get them right off the shelf. Other places either didnt carry them or special order.You can also save money by ordering on line and pick up at the store of your choice.Ive shopped NAPA since they opened their first store in Bristol . Never have been disappointed.

I still consider Napa one of the best auto parts stores. If a location does not have your part, chances are the warehouse will have it, and you might get it the same day if you order it early.

Very convenient same old same old there always a little bit pricey but they have everything you need

I had good luck with this store this time,I have walked out because of the degree of socializing and not getting the line of customers moving.

Ordered parts to put on hold to pick up next day. It was supposed to be a break pads kit...they dont tell u online that the kit is really separate items . So when I went there to pick up my kit, surprise they didnt have something I needed for the job was not in stock. Was NOT a happy camper that day.
