Waited over a week for a call back rude unprofessional.

I am a first-time customer and had a great experience at Automotive Connection! My call was answered and handled with great professionalism and customer service by the owner himself as well as all the details when I came into the shop. I asked for an oil change, the tires to be changed, and a tune up. Instead of having me wait they gave me a free loaner car, which worked out wonderfully! They were honest about what my car actually needed, no trying to rip me off, because I was convinced I needed all new tires, but it turns out that everything was in working condition and all I needed was the oil change. I received a phone call with all the details of the work that needed to be done and a follow-up when it was finished. Everything was very quick! I called that day, brought my car in immediately, was out with the loaner car and back within the hour. And everything was very well priced even with the full check-up to make sure my car is in good driving condition. A trustworthy and honest automotive shop is very difficult to find, but I was extremely pleased with my experience at Automotive Connection and will definitely be returning!

My experience was nothing like any other. I was greeted with kindness and was told everything (whats wrong, what the price will be, etc) before I paid anything. The prices are great and the service is even better. Would definitely reccomend to more people

DONT GO HERE!I had my oil changed here and then it appeared that my car had a leak right after. I went back to figure out what was wrong with my car and they had diagnosed it with a cracked oil cooler . I drive a nissan pathfinder and it is typical with these vehicles that the seal for the filter can begin thin, which would cause a leak. However they told me i needed a new oil cooler which cost $620! WHEN i suggested what the real issue was, the man at the desk suggested I go find business elsewhere and was very upset(probably because he was lying).The seal for the filter cost $5 dollars, and i got the job done by a private mechanic for $70 dollars.IF YOU WANT TO BE RIPPED OFF OR GO TO A MECHANIC THAT causes repeated issues, PLEASE FEEL FREE TO GO TO AUTOMOTIVE CONNECTION.

I love this place! We have never had any bad experiences here. The customer service is always above and beyond, the prices are always fair and if need be, there is usually a loaner available!

If you are looking for someone to call your mechanic, Kenny is your man. Honest, professional, knowledgeable, courteous...he is the best and his shop and staff are the best. I recommend Automotive Connection to all my friends. He has taken care of my two Subarus for the last 5 years and they are still running like new.

Kenny at Automotive Connection is so much more than my family mechanic. Kenny and his crew make sure that my family is safe. Not only do I go to him whenever my car needs regular service and major jobs but so do my children, boyfriend, best friend, and a other friends and family. Automotive Connection is always honest and trustworthy- They are the only ones I would trust with my childrens lives. Where do i start? God these people were awful, when i first got my car back i thought everything was fine & then boom, both of my headlights go out. which was convenient timing to say the least, then when i took my car back because of other problems arising (my check engine light was on) they told me it was due to my temp gauge getting stuck. lol. the moment i picked my car up my check engine light was already on so at this point i wasn’t bringing it back there. i took it to a trusted family friends mechanic and he said they missed at least $1000 worth of repairs, and didn’t inform me on any of them. while working on my car they failed to inform me of a cracked oil valve, definitely overcharged the hell out of me & broke a cap in my hood which my mechanic said was just chilling somewhere under the hood. also they said they fixed my coolant line & my mechanic said it was looking very swollen and should be replaced soon. 🤨. Also asked them to look at my brakes and see how bad they are, they said and i quote that i was “good and have at least half a brake pad on each pad” When i got my car back from my new mechanic he said one of them was scraping metal.So yeah, tldr; don’t trust these guys. overcharging, lying, & just all together bad at their job. if i could give em 0 stars i would.

Thank goodness I found The Automotive Connection and their staff of true professionals! I have complete trust in Kenny and his Team. They have always provided great service and honest advice. The super clean shop and free coffee is a real nice treat too. I can pop in for an oil change and with the wi-fi, TV and coffee, its almost like Im at work. They are great and have amazing specials on service and parts - get on the mailing list for coupons you will actually use!Kudos to The Automotive Connection!

Great shop really knows what there doing and dont beat around the Bush. They gave me a call told me exactly what was wrong and how much it will come out to. I think I found myself a new shop thanks.

Great experience, they text after to make sure everything worked out with your car. Girl at the counter is a gem.

Expensive place. They wanted to charge me $600 for a master window switch and $200 for labor to put it on. I went to a junk yard and bought the switch for $38 and I put it on myself by watching YouTube and took me 5 min to put it on.

Very nice people, good prices and quick service. Ill be back!

This shop is not one to own up to mistakes and will literally leave you in the rain without help because they are too proud and macho to admit one of their mechanics did a poor job. My family has gone here for years and so disappointed in how little they value their customers.
