They got me in for service the same day of calling for four new tires and everything included on a Saturday! It was super quick and the best price I’ve seen thus far for all season sport tires. I did have to adjust the tire pressure in the tires but I’m overall very happy!

I went to Xtreme Rides to mount tires on my BRAND NEW wheels I bought. During that process they scratched both rear wheels. The owner offered to powder coat them and he reassured me that he will perfectly match the color. Unfortunately he couldnt do it. Color was off from the beginning and he said its the best he could do. After few months it got even worse. There is no shine on rear wheels at all and they are much darker (like covered with brake dust). You can see it on photos below (front wheel vs rear wheel). I always washed them myself with Simple Green, small brush and warm water (never used any acid based cleaners). When I went there to show him he admitted that it looks bad. He also said that he can do nothing about it and that they will not take responsibility for any damages that happened inside the shop. So pretty much you letting them work on your car on your own risk. I will never go there again. Quality of their work is very poor. The only XTREME thing about them is that they are XTREMELY UNPROFFESIONAL. Everybody should stay away from Xtreme Rides!!!

Very expensive, but they took my car right away with no appointment. they did a job very well and quickly. I had a problem with wheel balance on my 1995 mercedes s320 19.5 amg monoblock wheels. they solved the problem by using the force drive wheel ballancer. Previously, wheel balance was done using old schools wheel balance, but with no positive results. I recommend force drive balancing to anyone who has a problem with wheel balance.

This place is full of scams, they will give you a price over the phone and total different one when you go down there and get the job done. Rude customer service from the owner it self and bad tires quality. CHECK THE YEAR the tire was made. All of their tires are old very old and will start going bad after driving it. Don’t get fooled by the look of the tire. Check on the date it was made.This shop has scammed with 4 old tires and nowI’m patching left and right only after 2 weeks of buying them.Do not deal with Xtreme rides in any form of business

Please ensure you request a quote prior to reviewing service. Came in to mount tires (which was already on a rim) and calliper cover the business charged me $180 to do this.I am surprised at this predatory pricing as all my friends have had a good experience.

Very reliable place for new and used tires

Hector was referred to me by a close friend - I needed tires so contacted him - I got a lot more than I bargained for. the price he quoted me was within my budget and as I was leaving my brake-line snapped due to rust. I called him immediately and brought the car back. I was not that far from the shop at all. He told me to bring it back - he and one of his workers looked in and under the car and told me that there was no way I could drive my car. Hector was wonderful... he not only offered to drive me home but I had ordered a pizza - he made that stop too. Hector... thank you so much for being a great guy!!! Im so glad I took my friends referral.

I had an issue with one of my tires which kept leaking so i took it to two different places and the valve was changed and supposedly fixed, yet I kept having to add air to that tire every morning. I brought it to Xtreme rides to get the tire checked. They inspected the tire and rim and found that the rim was cracked and needed immediate attention. Since I needed my truck sooner then later they actually went directly to the warehouse and picked up the rim and in no matter of time I had my truck ready for the road. Great service from start to finish. Highly recommend.

Been there twice first to change my tires on my car. They did an outstanding job. Then my wife got a slow leak and she went to Firestone they tried charging her $200 for 1 tire. I have bought tires and rims, had tires changed over to rims, front end alignments, and oil changes all for a good price, fast, quality work.

What can I say I’ve been seeing Hector at his shop bringing in my Ford escape truck and now my GMC terrain 2013. It’s been about almost 2 years I just saw him yesterday which My wife took my GMC to economy oil change two months ago and my check engine light went on so I brought it in to his shop yesterday and he told me that my truck didn’t have any oil here I am thinking that it was gonna cost me a little over $3000 to get this fixed and all it was that economy oil change in Glastonbury Connecticut do not put oil in my truck when my wife brought the truck for an oil change. Hector is fair he’s honest he’s a great mechanic his staff is wonderful he’s very convenient when it comes to setting up appointments very accommodating I would recommend him to work on your vehicle all I can say he is awesome and he does a lot of work for Uconn employees . I got recommended to him by one of my coworkers here at UConn who works with me and now both me and my other coat workers workmen him if you need any car repairs tires modifications in your vehicle call a casino guys unbelievable he is awesome

Went to get a tired repair and when I left my car was making noises,called back they said bring it back they took it for a ride. Came back to say that’s your abs that’s not are problem the vehicle was never moved. Poor customer service will not recomiendo anyone here. Spend your money else where definitely better shops around the area that’s will take care of there paying customer. Not a dime from me Or referrals from me to this shop. Go else where.

Went to them for an oil change n tire rotation. They didn’t tighten the nut on my car correctly and the tire came off damaging my front fender and car door. Don’t go here, these guys have no idea what their doing.

I bought 4 used tires with an alignment for 290 from this place. Within 3 days of purchase and installation I woke up to a flat tire. Brought it a local shop and they inflated it for me. Now 2 days after that I wake up to a flat again (same tire) and bring it to a different shop and they say there’s a hole in the tire so I had to buy a brand new one. First and last time I come to this place.

Terrible results.purchased 4 tires from these CROOKS!2nd day 1 tire was flat..I drove 4hundred miles got a flat on another tire..now theres a big bubble in another..tf Yo..this business SUCKS..take ur business elsewhere save u the headache..

Great service for used tires

The shop is a ripoff!!! I had some valve cover gasket work to be down, first they said 160.00, then they jack it up to 800.00 then 1,000.00, and on top of that I had to get some of the work redone because they didnt do it, they just clean off the valve cover. I spoke to the owner and he just wants your money. Dont trust this place!
