Place has a good variety of products and are in stock 90 percent of the time, but the customer service is not there, most seem to not wanting to be there. If they work on a smile and some knowledge of thier products, they will be a 5 star store.

I went to pick up a case of Zywiec and an employee who I think had reddish hair, was so helpful. She helped me find the best deal on this particular beer and even hunted down a cold case, which is a rare find when buying Zywiec. The store was clean and has a massive selection of liver poisoning beverages! Enjoy!

DON’T SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE BECAUSE THEY DON’T APRECIATE GOOD CUSTOMERS!! After 5 years spending thousands of dollars every year in Liquor depot in new Britain one day I paid for a bag of ice on my liquor shopping and forgot to grab it. If you been to this place you know that when you need ice you paid for it first and then grab it. Unfortunately I forgot to grab it that day and when I got home I noticed that I forgot the ice so I decided to grab it next time I when there. So on my next liquor shopping I told them I forgot my ice last time I was here and they said sorry we don’t believe you!! I was in shock after all this time spending all this money in this place they did not believe and I even brought my recipe to show. I felt sad for them because they just lost a very good customer for only $1.50 which I paid for.

Sure there are other liquor stores nearby that boast a bigger selection, but Liquor Depot always has what I need and the staff is the best in town.

The bottle return department is completely rude. Customer Service is not their strong suit. I suggest going to the Southington Wine & Spirits. They are courteous, pleasant and very helpful.

It was in and out in less than 10 minutes I think. Clean aisles, friendly personal, quick cashier with a smile and pleasant attitude which makes liquor depot a great place to shop. I recommend it.

I cant speak for the wine or liquor, but Im disappointed that the selection of local and regional beers is completely overwhelmed by IPAs. I have trouble finding porters, stouts, and other dark varieties here, even in winter which is prime Imperial stout season. Even local/regional lagers and pilsners are not well stocked. Its a rare day that I find Southern Tier or Weyerbacher on the shelves, and never in the fridge. Its slightly better than going to a corner store or Stop and Shop, but theres a LOT that could be done to diversify the selections here.

The staff is really nice. The beer selection is okay, nothing special. Definitely expensive compared to other stores of the same size in the region.

Very nice and large wine selection. This place is huge, it reminds me of a warehouse. They have all kinds of brews, I shopped from the sales bin and was able to put together a beautiful hostess basket for little or nothing.

Great! Selection of beer is incredible. Wines are also plentiful. Single malts and blends, vodkas gins all around a fantastic selection. Prices are average.

The employees that work inside the store are really polite but there is one employee that works in bottle room he is really disrespectful, rude, treats people that do bottles and cans like they are worthless and call them names and refuses to take there service

Larger than your typical strip mall liquor store, hence the Depot name. Dont expect a commensurate variety of wine and beer to go along with the name. The focus here is quantity.

Horrible service . Was told there spent barrels are available . As a wood worker I was excited to buy one for a project . 1 trip here and 1 to Simsbury was told by Simsbury come here . Was told here they can’t sell cause some are saved . 3 hours plus each trip . Total waste
