4/5.Im a man of not so high standards.. But the bookatore here.. Ehhh... I know the students work there and all, theyre awesome and whatnot, but the service could be better.If theyl staff can analyze the lines a bit more, and just have maybe 1 or 2 floaters who go between bookstore staff & cashier staff, the overall experience would be that much more pleasant, in terms of time saved.

Such a beautiful campus. So many places to hang out, study, eat and really just enjoy the place.My number ONE most favorite ice cream place is here - Dairy Bar. You HAVE to check it out. I always get the toasted amaretto sundae with whipped cream and fudge. Can you say AMAZING??

I received a book that I was renting, and unfortunately the postman left it on the porch in the rain and it had some water damage. When I brought it back to return, one of the sales associates was very rude to me, laughing me off telling me they “don’t stock damaged books” when I tried to explain that it had arrived to me that way, and sent me to another desk with no other options than to buy the book out. After speaking to another associate, who heard me out and was understanding, she got the okay from a manager to take the book back. I understand that policies are in place, and having worked retail I understand that there are some circumstances where customers try to work things in their favor, but I felt that the associate was a lot ruder that the situation called for. I’m thankful that the manager took the book back, but the instance left me feeling that I won’t be using their services anymore.

I would give 0 STARS if google allows it. I bought 4 books came to $580.00 and same books online were $138.00. you got me once CCSU bookstore, never again.Also they have a 7 day return policy which includes Saturday because they are open, cough cough just trying to milk that text book money as fast as possible and cutting down days as well. UNBELIEVABLEIts a rip off how expensive books are here, go to AMAZON, CHEGG or any other ONLINE services. I am disappointed that they throw this expensive bill down to a STATE university students who are already working other jobs to pay off student loans and all college tuition are expensive to begin with.

Convenient to campus. But like any College or University Book Store, you get what you pay for: convenience at a premium. Friendly staff, nice of array of products to choose from for those living on campus or commuting.

The community should do walkthroughs and see how beautiful it is. And its just getting better a little bit at a time I love you old buildings I hope they keep them in place they are so classic of our past and our time

Way too expensive! Lower the cost of the apparel. Students will buy more if you lower the cost of certain items. We go to amazon because its way cheaper.

Great store with awesome university products, but the prices are high. Great variety of food, snacks and school supplies.

I need the books there. Plus, the staff is cool.

Fast check out and good selection of CCSU related clothes and school supplies. A bit on the expensive side tho

Great bookstore located on campus. Its pricey but, it is a college bookstore. Nicely organized and filled with helpful employees.

I ordered a book and I was never notified that theres a shortage. I kept waiting until I called to find out.Thats unprofessional!

Not much of a CCSU swag selection, but pretty decent stuff.

I don’t recommend it, specially the English Department Staff there, they don’t know what they’re doing, like they don’t respond to students emails and messages, beside being rude and mean to students.
