We were so pleased with our experience at Stone Valley. They were very helpful and professional. We found their prices competitive. Everyone we dealt with was pleasant and friendly. Their installers were experienced, friendly and careful to make sure everything was perfect. So glad we went with them.

This place doesnt honor their quotes. I got a written quote from Kathryn to install my countertops. I told her my counter is very small and only needed 24.5 sq of granite. She quoted 52 per square feet including installation. This was on a Friday October 1st. I called yesterday Monday 10/4/21 and I was told by Debra that I needed to pay $300 more because I have less than 40 sq ft of granite. The $300 is purely a junk fee. It is totally ridiculous and I did not agree to pay this junk fee. Buyer beware. Terrible experience and I would not recommend this place.Response to owner: No, the quote was not based of a remnant. I have the written quote to prove it. The quote was based from a full slab. You just dont honor your quotes. Admit it.

Stone Valley Granite is a family own business. They are very professional and take pride in their work. I am in love with the design they came up with for my kitchen, I simply told them my ideas and they came up with the perfect design to compliment my vision. This picture is from a house that sold in 2 days because of the kitchen and the granite is the biggest part of that renovations.

Absolute worse experience!!! They install the wrong counters and expect me to just deal with it.. Horrible work and unprofessional.. Now Im stuck hiring another crew to fix their giant mistake!!! Dont use these people they are crooks!!!

Awful experience! Stone Valley provides completely unprofessional service. Sonia, the rep we saw, was rude, barely acknowledged us, and treated us as if we were inconveniences. The quality of the product (stonework) was moderately good; however, one slab had a fissure, and the stone they provided did NOT come from the slab we had chosen (different lot with different coloration). We were notified of the delivery date one day beforehand, so we had to shift our schedules at the last minute to accommodate them. On the day of installation, they did not arrive on time, nor did we receive a phone call about their tardiness. Had I known, I would never have given them my business.Overall, they are highly unprofessional and unpleasant to work with. I would never use them again and would discourage others as well. In comparison, the Galleria Design Center in Middletown, although more expensive than Stone Valley Granite, is a great example of professionalism and quality craftsmanship. There are many other, better places to spend your money--CAVEAT EMPTOR!

Excellent selection for Granite. Very nice for counter tops for our new kitchen. Knowledgeable staff.

Ellisa had multiple samples brought in from not only CT but MA and N.J. until we found the one we were looking for. The turnaround time from taking the old granite out and putting the new granite in was less then a week. The installers did a great job, as they were very meticulous and thorough. We were very happy with the final product.

They have a very good collection of stone slabs and quartz countertop options. Their prices are most competitive and service is great.

These guys are first class! Their customer service was great as they walked me through the process of measuring my countertops, helping me select the perfect pieces of granite, and installing the countertops, backsplash and sink. I wouldnt suggest anybody else, I know they are new to the area but they really know there stuff. And best of all their prices were great!

Ellisa was wonderful and extremely knowledgeable! Making the decision for the right countertop was difficult, but choosing Stone Valley was easy. Ellisa quickly emailed me back everytime I had a question. Her quote was best lowest I had received. She had the slabs I wanted sent to CT. When I had difficulties viewing the slab, I again called Ellisa and she helped us solve the problem without a contract signed. She went above and beyond to make sure I was happy and getting the right product. When I asked her, Ellisa gave me terrific advice that assisted with our designs. The fabricators and installers were also terrific. They were organized and professional in finding the best way to use the slab in our kitchen. The granite looks wonderful in our home. I’m so glad I chose Stone Valley.

Exceptional! It was such a relief working with Ellisa and the staff at Stone Valley. We had been on the hunt for slabs of Colonial Gold for our kitchen. After visiting multiple businesses that were overpriced and carried mediocre slabs, we were referred to Stone Valley. Overnight, Ellisa contacted her supplier in another state. The slabs were gorgeous. Installation was quick but methodical. What moves Stone Valley to the front of the line is exceptional client service . Ellisa answered every call and question. I was also impressed to learn that after 14 years working for other granite companies, Ellisa has parlayed her knowledge and is the owner of Stone Valley. Im thrilled to support female owned businesses. However most importantly Stone Valley offers fair prices, great product and exceptional customer service!
