Jarren is always responsive and pleasant. He installed my boiler a few years ago. He helped us pick the boiler we wanted and installed it. He services it every year to keep it run efficiently. He answers the phone if I call with an issue or to order oil. He is prompt, courteous and efficient.

Personal Energy Company seriously came through for us! As new homeowners, we had not signed up for automatic deliveries with a company, nor had we had a delivery of oil. When the temperatures dropped to below freezing at the beginning of January, we unfortunately ran out of oil. Not a single company would help us out, and believe me, I was willing to pay ANYTHING. Thats when I was referred by a family member to Personal Energy. Jarren was kind, quick, honest, helpful, and above all, fair. I was not a regular customer at the time, but Personal Energy quickly earned my trust and I plan to continue to do business with them. Thank you!

After purchasing a home in a new area, I had to search for a new oil provider. Not only did Jarren have very competitive prices and a great service plan, he made our delivery the next day. Very prompt and friendly.

This guy is extremely rude and extremely unprofessional. He gets up set that we have to keep calling him out to fix the same problem. If he would only fix it correctly we wouldn’t have to keep calling. Such a nasty attitude.
