Jay is amazing. I went in with questions about how to get a replacement phone because of my old one malfunctioning. Jay advised me that not only was I eligible for an upgrade, but allowed me to borrow a phone for use until mine was delivered to the store. OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE. The customer service at this Verizon store was beyond superb! The gentlemen was extremely helpful and patient when we were in need of a switchover from Sprint. Some outside complications arose and he handled it very well. I would definitely recommend going to this store as you will get nothing but excellent service.
