I have gone there and they ignor me I have waited 15-20 minutes. People have comes before me and then they take there order before me and then they come and tell me that the kitchen is closed that I cant order no more I do not recommend this place they are also on the phone lots of the times.

Love their tacos! Not a fancy place more of a take out but they have a lot of Mexican snacks that are hard to get where I’m from, so a trip there is always great

A good place to begin your explorations is at one of the longest running, La Placita Mexicana, which has evolved in its ten or so years of existence from a tiny kitchen inside a grocery to a slightly less tiny kitchen inside a grocery with a massive following. Because growth really is not an option at this original location, they have opened up two formal restaurants nearby, but the casual nature of the grocery is still preferred.The big crispy yet stretchy tortilla used for tlayudas ($10-12) is not ever made to order, as these are actually imported from Oaxaca. A layer of asiento (unrefined pork lard) and black beans creates the canvas for lettuce, the meat of your choice, stringy white Oaxacan cheese and avocado. Before the tlayuda is folded over, it is large and round, about the size of a medium pizza. Sometimes it is served without folding like at Costa Chica across the street, but at casual places and on the street the fold is done to make the dish easier to eat by hand.

Dont let them fool you, this place have really good food, whatever you order, you can go wrong

This place is a hidden gem inside a mini govern store. They make their tortillas fresh and makes all the difference. I tried the tacos and sopes. Also best horchata Ive had in NJ so far.

Today I ordered two tlayudas, the cold tortilla without flavor, I ordered two types of meat, they charged me double arrived at the house they did not give me what I ordered, the meat was fat and burnt, the girls in front do not have any jokes, I remember when they opened this shop they were so rich a lot of meat and quesillo i now not even that, I will not return to this place.

The bad thing is that on weekends the meat for the tacos is a bad idea to have it cooked and to have it in the steamer since it loses flavor, color but from Monday to Thursday when they cook the meat instantly it is the most delicious thing I have tasted
