If I could give this place 0 stars I would!!! Went to this store… asked for help immediately, the man and women were very very rude. I made it known I was looking for something specific (which is a well known item btw), but they weren’t even familiar with their products… they threw their hands up and rudely told me “I don’t know what that is” while giving me dirty looks, making comments under their breath amongst other things. Instead of just assisting me with finding the item, they were trying to rush me out… I was literally told by the man “time to go”… I literally was searching for one specific item not mindlessly perusing! In fact when I was told this it was STILL BEFORE THE POSTED CLOSE OF BUSINESS. Be warned: they lock their doors before posted closing business hours … they were rude and disrespectful and I had a horrible experience as a potential customer. Just know, I will never return or spend my money there, in fact I will holler to the roof tops letting people know to never give them business!

This location is alright with a decent amount of accessories and beauty products. It is a bit pricey for location wise i kinda prefer the one down the street towards Bladensburg because its significantly cheaper. The owner did follow me around in there but I think its because Im very attractive and maybe he liked me or wanted to help me lol.

My local beauty supply store for the win! I drove farther out to a larger beauty supply chain expecting to find what I needed but did not. Star Beauty, however, 5 minutes from my house, had it all and then some. Owners are friendly, helpful and familiar, and DONT TRAIL YOU around the store like undercover police.

My wife really liked it so since she was happy Im happy.

Not open durning covid even though they still show that when you google the store.

The people were awesome and helpful!

The female owner here is a very heartwarming person. Overall good stock, apparently they have a second, much larger store.

Ok service. Under new management with jacked up wigs. Not so good quality. Stop going there.
