I bought a mattress and box spring yesterday for an amazing deal. The associate, Edgar, was great and helped me find the mattress that was exactly what I was looking for. I also met the owner, who was super nice and willing to give me a good price for what I wanted to buy. He also helped me tie both the box spring and mattress to the top of my car so I was able to take them home with me the same day. I was super happy with my service, I was in and out within an hour (including looking at all options and trying out different mattresses). I would definitely go back if I need to buy another bed/mattress, and I would 100% recommend to anyone looking to buy.

I went to Mattress Man in New Carrollton to purchase a dining room set. I found one that I liked, made what I believed to be a good deal, and put some money on it to place it on hold for a week. When I returned a week later they had a new song and dance for me. They wanted to add an additional $40 for a fee they apparently forgot to add. When they told me this my reply was, I didnt feel it was right or fair for me to compensate for their mistake. I told them to they should pay it, not me. Then the manager said that the finance company I was planning to use required a minimum purchase of $399. When I contacted the company myself, they told me that the minimum purchase amount was $250. My purchase was above that amount. When I contacted them again they refused again to honor the deal that was made. Needless to say, my experience was not pleasant and I wouldnt recommend anyone else to spend their money there.

My sister recommended me this place after she purchased her king set. Came here looking for a basic Queen size mattress. Kevin was excellent and gave me a few options in my price range. My husband and I just bought a home, and needed some beds to help fill the rooms. We were so excited to upgrade our queen to Cal King. Edgar helped us this morning and he was awesome! He was patient with us, didnt hover, and actually encouraged us to spend time (and I mean minutes not seconds) on the different mattresses to make sure we were making the right decision. We were almost there for 2 hours. He was very knowledgeable! Most importantly he was friendly, easy going, and not at all just trying to sell you. I purchased 2 mattresses and a full size HBD FTBD back in April 2020 (smooth and easy process) and have had numerous problems out of my hbd and had to have the company come out and fix the issue of the bed constantly coming apart. I honestly believe they gave me a faulty hbd ftbd. I’ve had the same problem occurring for months now (the hbd ftbd) coming apart, I’ve officially got fed up and decided to call them Saturday November 14,2020 and spoke to Edgar who explained there’s nothing they can do (warranty only for mattresses) but promised me a higher manager by the name of Kevin who should be able to assist me further. I honestly wanted the hdbd to be replaced with hopes the detachments wouldn’t occur. I’ve yet to get any type of call back. Which is no way to treat a costumer. Now I’m being forced to go elsewhere due to lack of communication or a resolved issue.
