Over price for most items that should not be with scratch marks, rips, tears, things or other unappealing looks. Customer service was okay . Almost fell down the steps because he did not have a caution sign theyre going to get a lawsuit because of that.

The gentleman at the front desk is the best. We got a beautiful furniture at an excellent price and got really nice throw pillows as well. We are glad with our purchase and will definitely go back. Walked in, African American gentleman at desk, rest of employees standing around talking, no greeting or can I help you, nothing. I went to look for dresser I previously purchased 2 yrs ago for my son. I didnt see so walked back out the door. I wont be back. Customer Service is KEY and word of mouth. I wont be back. Take my $ elsewhere. My sister agreed also she witness the same thing when she came a different time.

I pull up at 20 minutes til 5(closing time). A white tall male starts to take down the giant OPEN flag in the window as soon as my friend and I get out of the car. We walk up to the steps and attempt to open the door. The man blocks our entry and asks what we need. What we need is a couch, and to purchase said couch; an in-door search would help, but no; this business picks and chooses who they let in 20 minutes til closing time.

The person running the desk made fun of my mothers speech impediment while she was trying to ask about delivery. WHO DOES THAT? We want to give our business to your establishment instead of Ikea and your first response is to heckle us? No, no forget that.

Worst place ever. Horrible customer service, very rude. Furniture is trash. I am 8 months pregnant and they wouldnt help me get my furniture into my car AFTER I already paid for it. What kind of furniture store doesnt help you with that.... do not recommend.

Everything I was looking for! From beginning to end, customer service was fabulous, prices rock bottom and merchandise in overall good shape. You have to expect a few scratches and dings at a place like this but overall everything looked pretty good. Definitely no stink eye here as another post said. Go here if you are looking for unusual, veey limited edition furniture. They do have general furniture as well but I really like seeing the random metallic gold sofas or the bright red cusioned restaurant booths.

First time coming here and I did enjoy the day experience. A lot of selections from your household (couchs, tables, business desk, bed frames, lamps, pictures, etc) I deducted 1 star because when you enter in was hard to get someone to acknowledge you. After walking around a bit a gentleman did approach me and directed me to where I could find what I needed, quoted me a price, and has it waiting for me at the dock. They do not load the items into your vehicle so make sure you have the appropriate help and hands for the items you wish to purchase

Its a really crowded warehouse full of furniture. A little awkward to squeeze yourself in between the rows of couches. But you can find some really good furniture for decent prices. You just have to inspect the pieces youre interested with first. Some of them have rips, dents, scratches, broken legs etc.

Took my cousin to AFR. He managed to purchase a sofa loveseat two end tables for under $450 the sofa and loveseat were pretty much brand new ...dont have a truck? They contract with a guy to deliver for a nominal fee. He even delivered it 30 miles away ... I still stop in from time to time to see what may be of interest to me ... I definitely recommend of furniture shopping on a budget

Fair prices. Theres a decent selection. There werent many recliners though. My only gripe is that the saleaman said my furniture will be delivered to me on Saturday or Sunday. I called the delivery man, bc he didnt call me like I was told he would. The delivery man advised me that the rep didnt contact him. So now I have to take time off work Monday to receive my furniture. Im frustrated. But overall, I would shop there again. The customer service was exceptional until this blunder.

I was just in this place and I dont get it. For a little more you can purchase brand new somewhere else. I honestly thought they would have better prices but I guess markups are still high here even though the stuff is used or defective in some way.

Worst furniture buying experience i have had so far. I bought a sofa and 2 chairs from this place. Few days after my purchase, i found one of the chairs was having bedbugs. I called the furniture store to report the problem.They not only refused to issue a refund or replacement but they we so rude in their reply.When i told them that i would dispute the purchase, the store manager threatened that he will report that as furniture theftI ended up sanitizing my whole apartment to which i moved recently and throwing out the furniture.Dont go this place... We are better off buying furniture first hand and avoid all the heart ache
