If i could give the a 0 star I would. AWFUL service, poor quality of furniture, I have called everyday about my couch being broken no call back. Every time i call they say no one is available to help me. I am surprised they are still in business. Save your money and your time. You can get better quality furniture at a better price. Please believe the reviews its a SCAM!!!!
No answer on phone most of the time and they leave hanging on line for 30 mins for more
I visited the location in New Castle, walked in on a holiday weekend with “the big sale” going on. Walked through the entire building for 20 minutes before I was greeted by a salesperson. I showed him an advertisement for the set I wanted and he said it wasn’t in stock. So I placed an order for the complete bedroom. The manager explained to me that I could have it as early as the following week if it was at the warehouse, but if not it would be 3 weeks. I agreed, paid them in full and patiently waited to hear back for delivery. Three weeks pass and I received my first phone call, telling me it would be an additional 3 weeks. They apologized and told me I would get $100 off the bill. I said alright and again I wait. Another 3 weeks pass and I place a call. Manager says he doesn’t know what’s going on and he “thinks” it will be here at the end of the month...really, another 2 1/2 weeks? If you value your sanity, and your hard earned money, don’t do business here...btw, I still never received my $100 reimbursement. I’d give these guys 0 stars but the system won’t let me.
This furniture place its terrible . My mom and i went there to buy 2 mattresses, we bring them home and 2 days later we took off the plastic bags of the mattresses and the mattresses had this disgusting smell, we call the furniture store and, Mary the lady that sold them to us she said that she couldnt do anything about it because she knows that the mattresses were new, but that she will talk to her manager to let her know about the problem, and that she will call me back on a Tuesday or Friday of the following week to let me know what could they do about it of course she never called me back . i had call the furniture store asking for her and they say she is gone for the day but that she be back tomorrow, i call back at the next day and no one pick up the phone.. PLEASE DON’T BUY THINGS AT THIS PLACE!!!

Prices are affordable! And payment plans are even better I bought my queen bedroom set from here in June of this year. I went to their website and what I wanted was on sale for $899.00 delivery was $75. My furniture came on time and it took the workers 10 mins to assemble everything.
I GOT 2 BED SET YEAR N HALF AGOTWIN N QUEEN COVER ON BOTTOM OF BOX SPRING IS STAPLED ON THE TWIN GOT BEDBUGS N THE QUEEN FRAME LEG BROKEN N I PAID FOR BOTH THE DAY I WENT IN FARMERS MARKET COHENS THE ONE BED SET HAD TO BE GOTTEN SOME PLACE ELSE DONT KNOW WHERE. I HOPE OTHER CUSTOMERS DONT HAVE SAME PROBLEMS.
My husband and I went to Cohens on a Sunday, and were told our bed could be delivered on Saturday. We were very clear that it had to be in the morning, and that if it couldnt be in the morning, we would have to reschedule to the following Tuesday, my next day off. The Thursday before our scheduled delivery, I got a call telling me my time on Saturday would be in the afternoon. I tried to tell the person I was speaking with that I wouldnt be available in the afternoon so can we reschedule when my phone cut off. Five minutes later, when I got to an area with service, I had a voicemail telling me my afternoon time frame. I called back at that time (5 minutes later), and a different person answered. He told me there was no way I just talked to a woman because the woman left an hour ago. He kept telling me this like Im stupid, and he said he couldnt reschedule me, that Id have to wait until the woman comes in the next morning. He said he would have someone call me the next day. By the next day, late afternoon, nobody called me, so I called. I got a voicemail, and I left a message with my name, call back number, and reason for calling (that I need to reschedule my delivery). I finally got a call on Saturday morning. At this point, my husband had asked me to ask if it was possible for him to pick the bed up himself on Sunday because we didnt want to wait much longer considering weve been sleeping on our couch for weeks since loosing our bed in a flood. The woman said she would cancel my delivery for that day, and I told her Id call her back to let her know if we wanted to pick the bed up ourselves, or reschedule the delivery. I called her back 15 minutes later, and left a voicemail saying that we would like to reschedule for Tuesday. I never heard back from her. The delivery man still showed up at my apartment on Saturday when I was not home. I left another message on Monday asking for a Tuesday delivery, still nobody called me back. I called again this morning and left a message. I placed another call later someone finally answered. They said today was booked. I explained how upset I was because I called Saturday to set this up and nobody called me back. I explained how Ive left several messages with no return call. The next day off that my husband has is Saturday, Im not off again until Sunday. After sleeping on a couch for weeks, my husband and I are extremely frustrated. I asked to speak to a manager and she said she would have one call me back. I then called my husband and told him what is going on. He called them himself and asked if he could just pick up the bed. The woman told him that I told her Saturday that he would be doing that. I called back at this point to confirm that my husband will be picking up the bed, and to clarify with her that I never said that - that I had said I needed to get back to her and when I called her back she didnt answer so I left a message asking for a Tuesday delivery. She said I never left any messages. Its one thing to say you didnt get my messages, but to say I didnt leave one? I left several! Then, when my husband went to pick the bed up, he asked if they could deliver the headboard on Saturday since there was not a lot of room in his friends truck. They told him WE have to set up the delivery! I dont know what kind of business this place is running. From being told there is no way I had just hung up with somebody because that person left an hour ago, to not receiving any return calls, to being told I never left them a message, I will never shop here again, and I advise others not to as well. It is Wednesday and I have not yet heard back from a manager. This is some of the worst service Ive ever gotten from a business! DO NOT SHOP HERE!

Horrible experience! No return calls, no follow up after I spent 1699.00 in there store at the Farmers Market!! Would have loved to just have my money back so I could have taken my money elsewhere!! Unfortunately the small print says STORE CREDIT ONLY!! NEVER AGAIN WILL I EVER EVER PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS STORE!!! Buyer BEWARE!!!
Omar was super helpful provided all information we needed, he was not at all pushy and helped make the fun but stressful task of buying furniture for every room in the house all at one time much less stressful, I would recomend to anyone I know who is buying furniture.
