Some of the nicest people you will ever meet, they did an amazing job on my garage doors and far exceeded my expectations, you can tell they take pride in their work. Have used A&R for years for assorted issues and they have always been great to work with and very reasonably priced. So when we needed a new garage door we called them. What was supposed to be a 2-3 hour job installing our new garage door turned into an 8 hour day due to rotten wood around the opening. But that didn’t stop them. I’m sure they had other jobs to complete after ours, but I never heard them complain once. They did a professional job and quality work. And although the extra work cost us more - they didn’t gouge us. Felt they were very fair. And in the end we love our new garage door. We have gotten so many compliments on it. They came out the day after my call and technician was friendly, knowledgable and went above and beyond to make sure the door was totally repaired and working smoothly. He even went back to replace the rollers after he had already finished the initial repair. Affordable pricing as well. Will absolutely call them if I ever need anything more for my garage— looking forward to an automatic garage opener one day!
