Machine Tool Products came to my facility to install new siemens 828 controls on our Fryer VB-100 milling machine. It was obvious from the start that they had a great knowledge in their field. They replied quickly to all my inquiries and were able to provide a good timeline to get our machine back up and running. Their site technician was great to work with and was able to teach me many new tricks and tips to help us better utilize our machine for our product. I ordered the align power table feed al-500d for my central machinery mill/drill #33686. It mounted on in 20 minutes with no modifications to machine or power feed. It works great. Machine tool shipped my order quick I received order 4 days mind you I ordered day before memorial day weekend, I live in Michigan. Nathan is friendly and very quick to respond to emails. I ordered a Newall NMS300 for my Clausing 4914 lathe and it took longer than expected to arrive due to Covid, but Nathan at Machine Tool Products kept me informed and up-to-date about the status of my order and replied to emails promptly. After receiving the DRO, it is accurate, repeatable and functions flawlessly. It took my old lathe to a new level of precision.

Ordered a Newall DP700 DRO. It was backordered 3-4 weeks and I had to wait but it did come and was easy to install. Works great and I would order another Newall Dro if needed.

There was some difficulty ordering caused by my Credit Card co. I contacted them and let them know I had taken time off to install this. They said they would do their best to get it here when I needed it. It arrived on my first day off. However I was out giving my son a driving lesson and was unaware I would need to sign. It came again on Memorial day and I started the installI chose MTP because of revues and research on places like youtube, practical machinist. hobby machinist. I could have gotten the same thing cheaper direct but would not have had the support USA that I potentially was going to need. Every thing worked according to plan and I didnt end up needing any help.I look forward to ordering power feeds when I get the jack.

I called Nathan to see if they might have a power feed for the table on my Harbor Freight mill, because I was starting to have serious rotator problems with my shoulders, and I am in the middle of a large project for a friend. He came up with one that he thought that would work, and we took the gamble. It fit like it was machined for that mill. Everything fit perfectly, and I did not have to modify anything. I had a couple of follow up questions which were all taken care of quickly via email. The system arrived on my door step, very carefully packaged, within a week of ordering it. Through my fault or theirs, I dont know, but one mounting part was wrong. I let them know and had the correct part at my house within a handful of days. These guys were great to work with and I look forward buying stuff from them in the future. Short of installing the system for me (which was a very educational chore ;-) ) there is nothing they could have done to make the experience better.
