Would not recommend due to new ownerships rules and price hikes. Youll only be paying a large amount of money to give someone else control over everything you do. I dont see anyone wanting to jump at the chance to rent a trailer with these policies and prices in place. And frankly, I feel its only a matter of time before they run off long-time residents who get sick of being micromanaged.

Ive been trying to get a hold of the management for 3 days now to get information about a house for rent and no one answers the phones or even gets back to me after I leave a message.Update: when I went there today to talk to them the old lady was not very friendly and when I asked why they havent returned my call for the past week she just shut the door on me.

Lived here for 7 years. Wish i had never bought a trailer and bought a small house instead! Just taken over by new management so hopefully things will be better!

Lived here 3 years in june. Been a nightmare since charlie and eleanor had us moved beside them because our unit 147 was full of mold. Since then my husbands New Camaro has had 6k in damage after they said the exhaust was loud. Charlie sat on the porch and heard it the little boy told him about what he did and Charlie never even called the cops. Then they refuse to give us recipets for rent. Also refuse to sign the money order as well. They told us to get rid of our kiddie pool but allow 6 other homes here that are not owned but rented as well to have them. But we cannot cause we are their neighbors thats how they made it sound. They have 12 stray kittens living under their home breeding diseases Im sure. They refuse to fix anything. Eleanor signs all papers as if she is this ginny boling lady but they refuse to give us her actually number and name stating they are not aloud. But eleanor can falsely sign said ladys name to documents. Truly been a nightmare here. Do not rent from them. Better off buying because thats how you feel left to fix it all yourself because they refuse.

What you would expect from a place of this type.

You pretty much get what you see. Nice neighborhood, but park has shady management.

We love it here the neighborhood is quiet and the property manager is very nice. I couldnt ask for a better place to live for me and my family.

VERY NICE PLACE TO LIVE....THEY HAVE TRAILER TO BUY OR RENT.....

Not a very nice landlords they evict you for ya dog after they approved them from animal shelter.

Such a nice little getaway in this town

Very shady management very rude considering low standard mobile homes very rude people that live there would not consider it for childern unless u conduct a safe search of the park !!!!!!!
