I got my rear tire changed on my Vulcan Vaquero. I brought the whole bike and they had no problems with me bringing my own tire. The staff was very friendly and hooked me up. I will be back again for future service for my bikes. Thanks again.

I have been going to Sanders of New Castle for over 20 years. I own several bikes, and it seems like every year I need something done to them. Tires, brakes, parts, you name it, Ive gotten it done there. Most of the time I have dealt with Dave up front or Gene the owner. I always get friendly and knowledgable information, and top notch service. I rarely go anywhere else. 35 years in business speaks for itself.

2 years in a row they sent me home 1 qt low on oil when I bought it over the counter.Guy please remember its 5.6 qt for a 2018 yamaha venture not almost 5. I drove half hour to pick up the last .6 qt. Ugh

Great local shop, always had what I need when other places always seem to never have what I’m looking for! Nice friendly staff owner comes out to see and talk to me kids! They were super helpful both times we were there to pick out new helmets for our 2 kids 10yrs old and 5yrs old and they even get candy before we leave! Beat shop around hands down!!!

Took my 2019 Yamaha MT-09 in for a simple service in august. These people were the nicest people you could ask for. By far best customer service I’ve had anywhere in a long time. I ended up staying an extra half hour just having a conversation with the staff! I paid $100 less here than I would have at the dealer. I have been back several time just too look at all of the gear they have on hand.I can not stress enough how great these people are! I would recommend to anybody!!

Buyer beware... If you are looking to purchase something from here please check around. We were in the market for a Kawasaki mule pro fxt after looking around Sanders had one in stock so I went down to make a deal. The salesman worked up a quote and it was over 3000 more than any other dealer I had looked at. After some back and forth he went and got Gene the owner he was rude and short he said that the best he could do was the price on the quote that had the factory discount that kawasaki was offering at the time. I said no thank you left there drove up to Butler to First Motorbike talked to Brandon he didnt have what I wanted instock but said he could have in a week he quoted me over 3000 dollars less than Gene. They had it in faster than a week gave us discounts on all the needed accessories including helmets, gloves and goggles. It was a night and day difference. Sanders is out for one thing money and to take advantage of people. Check around before purchasing from them.

Terrible service, 2019 kawasaki z900 brand new bike overheating and leaking coolant their answer is they just run hot and put LIQUID SEAL IN MY RADIATOR. No bike should be running a 5/6 on the temp gauge brand new AND YOU NEVER OUT LIQUID SEAL IN A RADIATOR LET ALONE A BRAND NEW BIKE NOW THAT IVE SOENT $2000 AND HAVE NO REMEDY TO FIX THE BIKE IT WILL BE GOING TO A DIFFERENT DEALER CALLED KAWAKSAIK AND FILED A COMOLAINT

I WAS LOOKING FOR A USED MOTORCYCLE, THEY ONLY HAD 2, IT WAS NOT WHAT I WANTED.THEY HAD A LOT OF NEW ONES.CLEAN PLACE.

Never again, I dropped off my motorcycle to get worked on. When I dropped it off I told them it died out on the highway bogging issue. I told them that it only did it at high speed. Told them that the person I bought it from told me there was a leak in the boot. They said no problem they would have it looked at in a week. So 3.5 weeks later I called to check on it. They answer told me they haven’t got around to look at it yet. ( mad because I took it there because I was told 1 week). I called couple days later. They told me the same thing. They haven’t looked at it yet. I told the lady Don’t worry about it. Do not look at it I’ll come pick it up..... half hour later they call me. They tell me she was wrong they did look at it and it’s my kick stand switch. ( they pulled it in when we hung up and looked at it after I told them not to to charge me 58 bucks.). When I went to get it I asked if they looked at the air leak or whatever. He said no they didn’t know it had that problem. Very very terrible service. Don’t waste your time.

Hard to sell bikes when your hardly open a 40 hr work week must be too much for these guys what a joke.

These guys are amazing. I lost my passenger seat for my R1 Raven, and they ordered the part for me at less cost than I could find it anywhere else and shipped it directly to me! On top of that the gentleman that I spoke with was super easy to deal with, and totally under promised and OVER delivered! He said I wouldnt get the seat until Wednesday (ordered the previous Wednesday) and to my pleasant surprise, bright and early Monday morning it was here! Highly recommend them!

Had a great experience with these guys. Im from Michigan and had a really hard time finding a gasket for an older bike. I gave them a call and they ordered it and shipped it to me. I had it in just a couple days (During Covid) all the online part stores were several weeks out. These guys were nice to talk to over the phone and really helped me get that bike running again! If I cant find something again, Im gonna be ordering from sanders!

Felt as if I was kicked out. Within the first 2min upon my arrival the employee walked with me showing me the motorcycles then lead me out to view the motorcycles outside, made it close to my vehicle shook my hand as if it was time for me to go. I was unable to look at anything else other than what he showed me before feeling like I was escorted out. Throughout the tour I was not inquired about what it was that I was interested in.

I bought a leftover 2008 Star 1700. Was told when I bought it the first service was free. When I took it in a month and 900 miles later was given a bill of $134.44! Was astonished. I told them this is outrageous for an oil change and filter. They just brushed it off. I have done my last dealing with this shop. They don’t seem to care about their customers. Would never recommend them to anyone. Am totally disappointed but I must say, I love the bike.

Bought a leftover Brute Force and owner gave me a great deal...I also added a moose seat, moose plow and winch....VERY HAPPY with Gene the owner and Vinny the service guy...did a great job and took time to answer all my questions. Today I picked up sum parts for my Kawasaki bayou 220. I called ahead of time to make sure they had everything and they did. The 2 gentlemen at the front were so helpful and they had all my parts waiting for me in a box upon arrival....then took the time to look up sum other things....LOVE THIS PLACE AND GLAD ITS LOCAL....HONEST DEALERSHIP

I planned to check out a new bike, but saw a used one on the lot that suited me better and was significantly less expensive. Gene is an honest, excellent salesman with great experience and can help you figure out what you really want. His trade-in allowance is very fair, too. Highly recommended!!

Had my 1975 Yamaha Rd 350 in for service. Gene personally took care of me and got it up and running well. On the way home, the bike conked out. I called Gene and he immediately came, and found that a piece of dirt dislodged from the tank and clogged the fuel line (Bike previously sat for years!) . Had a great ride home and Gene wouldnt take a dime for the roadside service.Ive dealt with other mechanics there and found them to be very competent and took the time to explain everything to me. I thought their service prices were very fair and have gone back for additional service and state inspections.

Good staff very knowledgeable job well done! But three weeks to get a tune up and to find a disconnected wire. A little bit excessive but then they did also lose my vehicle. Just glad they found it in the end! LOL

They have a good selection, and if they dont have it they will get it for you quickly. It is a great and knowledgeable staff that is friendly and willing to help. There are other dealers closer to me, but I always make the drive to Sanders.

Great place, nice selection of bikes/quads. Have always answered my questions When I called abo ut a issue I had with a quad i was working on. Parts are priced well. I recommend them for sure great people good mechanics been around a while too.

Was having clutch issues called and am not sure who I spoke to but they told me to bring my bike down and they would look at it in the parking lot. Gene met me in the show room and fixed my clutch issue in 10 minutes. Awesome service and group of guys. Thanks again.

An absolute joke of an experience. Traveled from Pittsburgh to buy a bike that they had advertised on their website- only to find it be the wrong bike and wrong picture.Then get sold into a new bike with a model type my bank can’t recognize for the loan. And when asked why the price is so much higher than what can be booked for, my loan advisor gets answers shouted over the phone. Than suddenly to top it off the owner is “too busy” to take my call.I gave them a shot even after cautions from residents in NC, and have wasted an entire afternoon. Will do business elsewhere.

Had my bike for 2 months. When i called to see what was up it had been done for two weeks and noone called me. Then the bike breaks down 10 miles down the road after spending 1k to get it fixed and they act like their clueless. No communication between anyone in that store and terrible service. No respect for my property or my safety. The guys at the front desk are clueless to whats going on.

Gene and Dave have done great job servicing all my bikes for years. Highly recommend

They sold me a bike and put an old dry rotted tire on it that I now have to replace also when the put the tire on they did not change the bad valve stem. I should not have had to do these repairs within a year of owning the bike.
