It was amazing. A nice local place with amazing food and ice cream. I got the B.E.L.T (Bacon, Egg, Lettuce, and Tomato) which was delicious. We are outside and got to enjoy the beautiful flowers that decorate the patio. They even have a small store of local goods. I would recommend Red Hill Cafe to anyone.

This place was recently taken over by a new owner. The service is great and the food it high quality. The coffee is consistent and delicious! I like that the servers at the window are always friendly and take a moment to acknowledge me as a repeat customer. Now today I had this brisket and slaw sandwich special. Well that has to be one of the most delicious sandwiches I’ve ever experienced! Just wow! I’m looking forward to more interesting new eats. Go here, you won’t regret it!

This place changed owners and its called something else but its in the same location and it is amazing! They currently only have a takeout window but the staff is super friendly and the coffee and food is ridiculously delicious! Highly recommend!
Andrew the owner and chef has done a great job in these difficult times. My wife and I mostly go for their amazing coffee and ice cream. But tonight we went for texas BBQ! It was great! The ribs were flavorful and falling off the bone. I wish I had room for the fried chicken but people around us were raving about it. It is small cafe but the quality is great. I am looking forward to other themed specialties in the future! Support this local business!

This is my go to place for coffee. They make a truly outstanding cappuccino. I also love their sandwiches and salads. The change in style of this establishment does not bother me at all. In fact, I appreciate a pared down menu because I know that all of the ingredients will be fresh. The staff are extremely friendly, greeting me by name and taking time for a brief chat when possible. Its a great place for getting a little work done out of the office. In fact, they encourage the coffee house vibe with mellow music and allow you to sit with your coffee and laptop for as long as you like.
Great quick good, very fresh! The only thing is, keep in mind, their menu says, no substitutions! A lot of the food is ready made so they arent able to change a sandwich into a wrap or that kind of thing. The coffee is also Coffee Lab Roasters, and its delicious. The lattes and iced coffees are spot on.
Good coffee cheap prices. Great service. They take a bit too much time to make your espresso and sometimes its a bit too hot but they dont burn the milk and it can cool down. Good, fresh, made-on-location, treats and breakfast items are stellar. They have a coffee card and they have great people behind the counter.
The ambiance was nice with relaxing music. We were seated and had our orders taken. When the food came I was presented with a strawberry/banana waffle with a gorgeous long silver strand of hair on the side, tucked under my banana. I kindly pointed out to the waiter and said it wasnt a complaint at all (took a while to get our food). Time came to pay the bill and I was shocked to see they still charged us full price PLUS a tip! I never knew being nasty could earn a place a tip. I come from London and customer service goes a long way. Me and my husband were appalled this place saw it fit to charge us AND had the guts to add a tip onto the bill. Perfect way to lose clientele.
Used to love this place but after today I won’t be going back. I always get a delicious freshly made salad that comes with goat cheese. I always sub out the goat cheese for cheddar no problem. Today I was told they no longer do substitutions which I can understand. I was willing to pay for the cheddar or even pay for a side of it which I was told they won’t do. I’m not just being picky with the goat cheese, I actually cannot have it for health reasons. I told them I was really upset about this and likely won’t be returning if this is the new rule. (The cheese makes the salad so much better!). I sat down at a table with my friend and a few minutes later we were brought 2 salads in plastic containers that had come from a fridge pre-made. Not sure when that changed over but the size of the salad went down significantly and it certainly did not seem as fresh. Complete disappointment from start to finish! I am so turned off from that place. The salads are so not worth what they charge for them and the substitution thing I understand but then let customers pay for a side of whatever they are requesting...

The food is delicious and the service is very attentive and professional. Their coffee is also very good. My only complaint is that I think they are slightly over-priced. The most egregious example of this would be the B.E.L.T sandwich (priced at $10), which is basically a Bacon, Egg, and Cheese sandwich with lettuce, tomato and avocado.Locally, you can find a sandwich with all those ingredients except the avocado for under $5. Is the addition of a few avocado slices enough to justify almost doubling the cost of the sandwich? I dont really think so.My only other request (aside from adjusting the prices to more reasonable and justifiable levels), would be to bring the farm plates back year-round. These were offered throughout the Fall/Winter of 2016 and were absolutely delicious, but discontinued for the Spring/Summer months and I have no clue as to why.However, I still rate them 4 stars for the quality and flavoring of their food.
Best coffee in the area! Food is great, but they’ve recently stopped allowing any modifications. The coffee/ food is worth the pretentiousness and service.
Their food is amazing but Im not impressed with their coffee. Bacon egg & Cheese on a buttered brioche roll was delicious. Their coffee was very strong but its too bitter. Also place is a bit pricey. Its an over priced yuppie place. They will try to push the advocado toast... dont. Just dont be that kind of person.... (yupsters aka hipsters with money to burn.) Get the breakfast foods. Get the berry waffle or the sandwiches. Take a lunch date there. Its usually not crowded. Ample parking in the rear (Snicker.) Im saying go there for a meal but if you want just coffee go to elsewhere. Its not bad coffee its just not delicious pay $4 a cup good. Which is what they charge.

Me and my wife was coming to this restaurant at least 2 or 3 times a week we use to love coming here they had really good customer service since we came back from vacation we stop by today for the second time we had bad experience for the second time they have new people working I never seen before they told us we arent allowed to choose what type of bread we want for our sandwich and my wife asked why I cant choose type of bread I want the girl told her that if she chang the type of bread it will take longer time to make the sandwich does it make sense to anyone I order one sandwich for me and we went to another restaurant to buy sandwich for her. I hope they will bring it back to the way they do it before, it might not hurt there business loosing my business thank you for those delicious food and happy times
The staff here are amazing; they are so kind and make you feel like family. The food is equally as amazing. Ive never had a bad meal here. Coffee, smoothies and ice cream are all a must have here. Will be back because I cant stay away from this place!
It used to be a good place but it changed a lot. Food is good, can’t complain much but often lacking consistency. Same sandwich being served with different bread depending what they have available on that day... but service is the main complain, or rather lack of it. Now when you walk in, you have to get your seat on your own along with the menu cards. Yes, CARDS, as they keep crossing things out of the menu with black marker and than printing new things on separate papers, so if you want to have a look on the full offer, you have to pick up 5 different printouts! Than you have to go yourself to the counter and put order in and than pick up your drinks, while there is few girls behind the counter talking and laughing or texting... and on top of that rude. LACK OF SERVICE made them loos a returning customer.
Ive never tasted such delicious hot chocolate. Awesome food worth waiting for. Worth every penny. Best diner in Rockland!
W O W ! Nothing like patronizing local businesses. The hot chocolate is awesome and goes perfect with these great size oatmeal cookies. The kids love all the smoothies here. Unfortunately not enough people are are partaking of this local gem. Why go to another commercial cookie cutter run-of-the-mill place
This was a little place with great food. I had a delicious TexMex salad. Staff was very attentive. I will go again. They also run a lovely nursery right next to Cafe.

The food is good but the service is the worst. I have had better service at the movie station down the road. The only reason few people go there is because the food is good. I have gone there 4 times over the last year...rach time thinking the service would improve. Instead it keeps getting worse. They really need a person who knows how to run a restaurant come in and revamp the cafe. Expect to wait an hour for your food and then the order is wrong.

Mediocre, over priced, only one option for breakfast, all the muffins and pastries are from another place and the coffee is ok but overpriced. Starbucks is a much better option

We ordered pies for Thanksgiving and they were all amazing. The pecan, was perfect, not too sweet, the pumpkin was great and the chocolate was simply the best. I would definitely recommend this place.
Great little cafe! My Panini was very tasty, and they give you homemade chips. Stop in for a quick lunch, or order takeout, when I went it was packed.
Update - Im really disappointed with what Id consider inconsistent service. Ive like coming here for a nice casual atmosphere, nice breakfast options and a nice mug of coffee. Apparently, during the week they serve virtually no breakfast. Went at 930am on a Friday and was told I could only have egg, cheese and bacon on a roll. I I decided to just get coffee, but my group ordered that sandwich. I was handed coffee in a paper cup and the sandwiches came out in to go wrap. If someone sits down to eat, they should be treated as a gift who is dining in.Went here for the first time last weekend and was really impressed. Havent really been there since it was Cropsy Farms years ago, but they definitely did a nice job turning this market into a restaurant. Breakfast was very nice, coffee was good (although they can give refills like most sit down places do), and paninis looked good. Definitely plan on going back when the weather is nice.

Nice lunch cafe and fairly good food. The venue was quite noisy and the servers were inexperienced. If the day was warmer, we would have sat outside.
For what it is, it does its job well. Nice place to catch breakfast when with someone out of town, due to its atmosphere and homely nature. Good food, though its definitely a bit too expensive for its level of quality. Many nice local products, and coffee is for sure one of the best things on the menu. However this is dampened by the fact that its often crowded, and thus service isnt always the best. On top of that the price for the products doesnt warrant frequent visits. The only thing that seperates this place from the rest are good coffee, and local products. All in all, its good at what it does, but when theres so many places that are great at the same thing in this area, then it just lags behind the competition.

Country vibes so close to city life.Farm and nursery accross the street, gets the feel of a classic eatery next to the farm.The wait for food which needs preparing was a bit long, but imo - worth it.Beet Hummus Fruit bowl! Who wudda thought? So good. The taste of the smooth hummus with the fruit blended together real nice.
