Poor customer service & limited froyo selection. I did not like the way something I had ordered tasted due to the topping tasting off, and wanted to change it, and the lady told me that is not my responsibility, that is your fault. Then she was showing me the brand of the fudge they use and trying to argue with me that nothing was wrong with it, but it did not taste like regular fudge I am used to. I know times are hard for businesses right now, because she was talking about prices and such and how they dont raise them (in a rude tone of course.) but that is just a rude way to operate, especially if you want me to be a returning customer. Arguing with customers does not help.

Super friendly staff, quick service, great tasting food . The Acai bowls are the way to go.

The place was clean. Masks were needed to enter and be served. The employees were very pleasant and helpful. I love their cookies. The ice cream and yogurt are good as well. I will definitely be back. Thank you Dewan (sp?).

A great selection of healthy snacks, foods, and drinks. Im a big fan of the Red Mango smoothies. If Im ever in a rush I call ahead and they have my drink ready for me by the time I walk in the door 5 minutes later. Prices are more than fair. I will happily continue to support this business and will recommend Red Mango to my friends and family.

Hi. First i would like to say that Red mango has delicious treats and usually has a positive atmosphere concerning the workers and the customers. I would consider it one of my happy places where everything feels happy, especially when they play pop music videos on the big screen. However, this view of mine completely was destroyed when one worker in one of the locations near me made my visit very unpleasant. I was making a large order and he kept barking at me to remind him what i had just ordered. He had a disrespectful tone towards me and rolled his eyes too many times! Also, he lied about the wait time for the five items I had ordered. The worker mentioned that it would take 30-40 min to wait and I had pushed my ride off home for that amount time. despite what he said, my order was completed in about 8 whole minutes. Due to this worker, i would say my recent visits to Red Mango have been terrible. This worker should recognize how he had acted and should deserve appropriate consequences. I hope in the future they might hire more postive people with better customer service. Thank you

First time at red mango and was pleasantly surprised! I tried the choco nut bowl with extra Nutella and it was amazing. I will definitely be returning!

Went to this place over just for yogurt but turns out they also had savory food. Jasmine was so sweet and Xavier was super quick making our order! They make a wonderful team. Cant wait to come for more!

Full range of fruit and veggie smoothies, frozen yogurt, ice cream, and also savory flat bread sandwiches, wraps and crepes. In addition, there is a whole section of Nestle Toll House cookies and cookie cakes. Yum!

This Red Mango in New City is Great!! Always received with wonderful greetings!! Place is immaculate and go at least once a week, even our dog gets her little cup!

Good bowls good prices fresh sweet ingredients. 4 topping build your own acai bowls and cheery counterpeople. Different options for blends. Yeah I only came here for the acai bowls, they have a lot more. Smoothies and froyo etc

Asian guy with great eyebrows made my acai bowl super quick. Took him like a minute! Wish I remembered his name. He also made great conversation while doing it.Definitely coming back again.

I go to this place alot because acaji bowls are good, but i DONT LIKE how they always charge me a different price, one days its $9.70 the next day is $10.24 if not they charge me $10.74, i went the other day and the owner of the place charged me $11.87 for a totally tropical acaji Bowl, like thats too EXPENSIVE for a yogurt. Learn how to charge one price teach your workers also if they dont know,

For Rockland County, this place is fantastic. Yes, it is a little bit on the pricey side, but the place is clean, employees are nice and the smoothies are pretty good. I’ve had the cookies, the brownie was a disappointment, but cookies were pretty solid. Extremely upset that they’ve opened right next door to my gym, since it invalidates all of the calories that I burn. Will be back to try detox drinks & hot food.

Visited this place several times and Ive noticed a couple of things. The good thing is that this place is always clean and has young workers so the environment is very youthful and friendly.The bad thing is that there is definitely a flaw in the balance of work ethic. Theres one specific guy who I usually see (I think he usually works night shifts, he has brown highlights). Hes always smiling, fast and eager to help the customers. He takes initative with customers and can multi-task. He makes great conversation and even remembers my orders.On the other hand, in the morning/day when I come in, theres a blonde girl who is ALWAYS on her phone! I had to get her attention for her to take my order. Shes slow and does not really know whats in most of the items. Therefore, I like coming in at night because theres definitely a huge difference.If I can give a recommendation, I think you should put the guy Im talking about during the day shifts because theres more people who go for food during the day. (At least thats what I observed) Also please train your staff better. I also see that you are well staffed, but half the people dont do anything. I see grandparents in the back just washing dishes when they can help! This place has so much potential!

It makes me feel old to say this, but I hate when employees are on their cell phones while I am staring at them waiting to have my order taken. There is a young blonde girl there who was probably 17 or 18 who was focused on her phone for a good 2-3 minutes before she looked up to assist me. Turned me off right away. As soon as I told her my order, she went back to her phone to probably send a reply text and then started dispensing my Ice Cream. Ill stick with other spots in New City.

Was there for the first time today and loved it. Cant wait to go back. Going to do the RAW6 Resist juice plan next week! Highly recommend

I always come here after the gym with my husband and as soon as I walk in, Im greeted nicely! I enjoy how nice and clean the place always looks! Also I wanted to mention that one of your workers, he usually works night shifts, brownish/black hair, asian.... he always remembers our orders! I think its so nice to feel welcome and to feel like were family. Everytime we walk in, he already knows what we want and gets started right away. I can tell this is going to be a successful place!

Was here about a week ago to get the choco nut acai bowl. When I gave cash I noticed that the worker did not put on gloves nor wash his hands to start making my bowl. When I got my acai bowl there was a hair in it and I told the worker right away if I could have another one made. Im pretty sure he was bad mouthing about me because instead of making it right away, he went to talk to his coworker. extremely disappointed in the lack of cleanliness and bad professionalism.

You - sadly are the stupid person who clearly waited for an hour for a smoothie and DIDNT speak up when you should have.

Oh my God is this place delicious! The best Froyo that I have tasted in years. The cookie cake batter Froyo is off-the-charts yummy. The service absolutely was jaw-dropping excellent. See Melinda if you want to know what good service is. And the prices? Incredibly reasonable! Two filled beyond the brim Froyo regulars for under $9. I feel like I walked into a place from 10 years ago. Lots of options and theyre all delicious and they change every week. I will be back. See you there

Wasn’t impressed. There was one cashier and all the other workers were too busy making things. No one acknowledged that we were there. Had to wait for the cashier to finish with what she was doing for her to take the order. Got a small (2 scoops) ice cream, bottle of fanta and a wrap all for about $14.Really did not like that the bathroom did not have a baby changing area. Had to do it on the floor.All the workers seemed rushed and lost. They are probably still learning the menu.

Friends card was declined 4 times but the money was taken out of her account.Alfred tried to alleviate the situation with the credit card machine company to no avail. They at least he could have given her the smoothie, which they already made by the way, for free for her troubles but they didn’t and they threw it out.You would think a new business would go out of their way to make it a good experience. No doubt in my mind this place will become another failed New City storefront. If you want froyo, go to 16 handles. If you want a smoothie, go to rocket wraps, that new place next to David’s, or make it yourself at home. If you want ice cream or a cookie go to the supermarket or carvel. If you want a panini, you shouldn’t because it’s a dessert and smoothie place.You can’t see that this place is even there from the street and don’t go out of your way looking for it, not worth your time.

2 girls who looked like they were in middle school could not answer my question about the acai bowl. Luckily, the guy with glasses was able to answer my question. Coming back to try more things.

My husband and I just returned from The Red Mango in New City . We were disappointed in our visit. First of all I wanted Chocolate yogurt ice cream. They didn’t have it so I ordered a flavor I didn’t want. My husband wanted a vanilla chocolate twist which they didn’t have either. We ordered one small and one medium size to go. When we got home each cup had the same amount in it.

The employees are vary friendly and they have great drinks. I really love there smotheis and fresh juices. They are overall a great place!!!!❤🖒

Went in for a smoothie, no one took my order for like 15 mins and then finally Amy(she was nice)took my order and I still had to wait for like another 15 mins for my drink and the owner from that place was so rude to her employees and that wasn’t a pleasant atmosphere for the customers. The owner should manage the employees in the back away from the customers. This was really disrespectful and I will not be coming back any time soon.

Walked over from the gym and got spk smoothie . it was delicious ! everyone was very polite and attentive. I am from Southern California and love my açaí bowls and fresh juices etc. finally new city has a real juice bar Thanks :))))

Absolutely great place! FINALLY a healthy “on the go” choice in Rockland AND cookies, i had their Snickerdoodle cookie!!! WOW!!! Their fresh juice assortment, Acai bowls, and of course fresh yogurts! Wife and I order a cookie cake and their turnaround time was quick, less than 20 minutes. Thanks guys for bringing this spot to Rockland! Excited for the summer! A repeat over and over and over again!!!

The toppings were all over the place and uncovered. It didnt look clean.
