I just had Moose Track repair my old garage door for a house I purchased a couple of years ago. The sensors were not working properly and I was never able to sync the opener with the keypad. Moose Track resolved both of those issues in an honest and efficient manner. I was wary of contacting a garage door contractor, afraid that they would say the entire system needed to be replaced since its almost 30 years old. But Moose Track showed up, as scheduled, evaluated the system, including the opener motor, and I found their assessment to be professional and honest. They indicated that while the garage door opener was almost 30 years old, it looked fine now, and didnt need to be replaced. They recommended replacing the cables, springs and pulleys, which I had them do. They also were able to sync the keypad with the opener and even provided a keypad for my car, which they also synced. My garage door has never worked better! Moose Track worked efficiently, and I found their quote to be reasonable. I would go with them again if I never need any future service on my garage door.

I found Moosetracks from recommendations in a FB Mommy Group. Everyone raved. Now I know why! From our 1st call to installation, these brothers were topnotch. Calls were returned within hours, they arrived not just on time but early on the day they came to give us an estimate, on the spot fair estimate... and even emailed us the following day with answers to our questions. They arrived on time, were extremely tidy and very professional. Our garage door is not fancy or sporty... but it was installed as though it was! And, heres the icing on the cake. My husband accidently overpaid them because two bills were stuck together. He didnt realize it, nor did they. When my husband told me what had happened, I reached out to Matt to ask him. He thought the amount paid was correct, but he checked for me anyway. Sure enough... two bills were stuck together (he had not noticed it either) The overage was returned within an hour. 🙂 I was truly impressed with this companys integrity. So I called for an estimate on a new garage door that I needed done quickly and at the most economical price. Kevin came over, took measurements and respected the fact that I was on a budget and time constraint! He gave me a recommendation and paperwork right on the spot without trying to up sell me in any way! I truly appreciated that as the other two companies did exactly that. They replaced my garage door extension springs (one got disconnected) Checked the motor and explained that a connection point on the door was not ideal and needs to be replaced. All in all I spent about $280. I was thinking of a DIY but some things you leave to the pros. I couldnt manually lift the doors for the DIY but the gentleman who fixed it had some kind of super strength and it was a piece of cake. Overall I am satisfied with the service they provided.

After my garage door opener broke I purchased one from Home Depot with included installation. When Kevin came to install it, he saw that the original opener and track had been installed incorrectly. The BEST!I called them at 2 pm explaining my garage door was buckling and not opening they were out at the house by 5pm. Door was fixed in less than an hour. They were extremely helpful and explained what had gone wrong. When I upgrade my doors this is who I plan on hiring for the job. What a great find!

They were very knowledgeable and the fact that they were able to come in the early evening was really great because I am not usually home from work until 6-6:30pm. Their communication was excellent even responding to my emails which I sometimes sent late in the evenings. Install was a breeze and they were very prompt arriving exactly when they said they would. I had a single garage door that was installed and they were done in less than 3hours. Before leaving they made sure to walk me through all the features my garage door opener had to offer. They even made sure to program both my vehicles to the garage door opener and helped me program the outside keypad. I was up and running in no time and everything worked flawlessly. Did I even mention that they beat everyone elses prices even Home Depot? I had a few estimates done before deciding which company to go with and Moose Track came in less than others and offered a great warranty on their labor. They came in the evening to accommodate my work schedule which I appreciated. They were honest and were able to fix the problem without having to install a new light unit. I would definitely use them again and would recommend them to anyone.

They installed garage door opener through Home Depot contract on our manual door. The installation and opener was prepaid at HD. At the time of installation, it was determined that we need quick turn brackets for the door due to low clearance. We were charged additional $120 for the brackets installed. However, I found they cost only $21 a pair online.Other than that, the opener was installed quickly and efficiently.

My garage door stopped opening so I called them. Kevin was on time, competent and friendly. The truck was stocked with everything they needed to make the repair, and it was done within an hour. He even helped me program my cars garage button that was acting up. The price was also fair.
