I understand the pandemic has decreased the amount of employees but the wait is ridiculous here ! On top of my extremely long wait, I had to deal with the most absurd customer service ever. Jose was terribly rude and careless when I asked for help with a screen protector. I had to leave and go to the T-Mobile down the street that assisted me efficiently, as they always do . I do not recommend this location whatsoever.

I like their phone service but have not had a good experience with their repair service. My phone screen went black and the closest walk in repair place is in long island. I am in Connecticut. It is across the LI sound from me. I went into the Asurion website for the insurance claim and there were no CT walk in repair places. It is absurd that CT does not have a walk in repair location in the entire state.

I forgot her name, she said she was putting a “free” tempered glass on my phone because I had just purchased it. I saw her grabbing the glass and said “no thanks” and she said “it’s free”. To later find out it was added on my bill! She literally also told me I was paying a down payment and didn’t explain correctly what I was signing.

Anthony Garofalo and the Manager Kelvin provided excellent service and patience with me. I have been going to Anthony for about a year now and I will not go to anybody else, I always recommend him to all my friends and family. They know what they’re doing here in this location and I’d never go anywhere else. This location is great and I recommended anyone to shop here

We switched from AT&T to Sprint (was with AT&T for over 20 years) After comparing T- mobile, Verizon & Sprint we decided on Sprint for the great deal they offered us but also because of the fantastic service we were given at this location. (Foxon/East Haven)The salesman Ravian was the best; knowledgeable, professional, genuine. We highly recommend him for all your mobil needs! Oh... and the service is as good as AT&T!!

This Sprint store is okay. Nothing spectacular and stand out about it but nothing immediately offensive either. The staff send to have a decent knowledge about products, services, etc however no one really goes out of their way to be of assistance either. Pretty much on par with any customer service, or lack of, these days. While the store could benefit from a remodel as its drab and a little dark its still clean and kept up. No public restrooms. Handicap parking available and the store can accommodate wheelchairs.

Do not take anything thats FREE do not listen to their bs, its not FREE. It will later show up on your bill as installments and you will have to argue it off.I switched from Verizon to Sprint in September, I paid $100 for Verizon base unlimited with no phone payments. With Sprint I was promised to pay exactly $95 unlimited including the iPhone 11 Pro installments. $60 plan + installments = $95After signing up my bill started increasing, initially $139 because he signed me up for the highest possible plan where a music service called Tidal was included???? I have Spotify, he knew that because I told him prior while I was setting up the service.He also said for the hassle of making me wait hours to start service due to the demand of the new iPhone, that he would toss in a phone case and a screen protector. Turned out he charged me for both ($60 for some off brand case!).When you thought you would help your local community Sprint store but turns out theyll screw you over too.

Tried to give this location the benefit of the doubt but the incompetence is unbearable. I can honestly say that Ive gotten zero help there over the past view years and the only reason I visit is because its the closest store. I have literally gone to other stores with the exact same issues Ive gone to with this store and have gotten my issues solved I would give zero stars if possible.

I AM EXTREMELY FRUSTRATED AT THE FACT THAT I HAVE BEEN GETTING OVER CHARGED FOR A YEAR ON AN IPAD BECAUSE THE REP PUT THE WRONG CODE IN. I HAVE WENT BACK TO THE STORE 4 TIMES AND KEEP HEARING THE SAME STORY ABOUT THE MANAGER WHO NAME IS SCOTT HAVENT GOTTEN TO THE EMAIL YET. It is very clear why Sprint costs so much less than the competition. Verizon always gets my issues resolved promptly, by a real person. Sprint has the worst customer service of any carrier Ive used, and their sales staff can be deceptive about how billing works.

Went to Sprint store to purchase phone charger, and screen protector. Was greeted by friendly Sprint staff member, Claritza, who explained my options, and reeviewes with of possible eligibility for a phone upgrade to Samsung S9; everything was explained very clearly. Claritza explained the payment plan I currently have may be the best offer. I like that she did not pressure me, just for a sale. I made the purchases I originally intended. I was very pleased with the service I received; will be back .

These guys have zero knowledge of the products and have no right to be in the business. Lost all my data after being told not to touch phone if anything can be lost. Said all was backed up then a few minutes later said all was lost. They even had to call corp to find where battery was in phone, yet they are trying to work on it. Idiots!
