I dont know why nobody EVER answers the phone at this store ...YEARS and they still wont answer the phone EVER !

I have had metro for 4 years and never had a problem.I have only 2 places with no service and not their fault for either one.Thank you for your service

Ive been with metro over 10yrs....started out with them in Texas. I was so excited to find out they were now in Louisiana when i moved here recently.metro is the analyze best phone service i have ever had.no funny business.no surprises.i get unlimited everything for a fraction of the cost the other phone companies charge.i wouldnt switch if somebody paid me to

They dont even answer the phone when you call for questions so i have to go way to the store just to ask questions they could have answered over the phone

Friendly staff that are very helpful and eager to please. Made my visit very comfortable and easy .Very buisneess like not to mention a lil cutie that works there ! Id shop there again.
