We recommend this Life Storage facility without hesitation. The team, Patrick and Jenna, are outstanding - both so helpful and friendly. The entire facility is clean and well-lit and the exterior of the property is well-maintained. We rented an indoor unit, which is completely climate controlled - down to the ability to drive into the unit to load/unload. They even provide heavy-duty carts to help you move your stuff. The location is well monitored and very safe. We wouldnt hesitate to use Life Storage facilities in the future.

Needed a storage unit before I took possession of my new home. This was super convenient close to both homes. Was able to rent online and it was ready for me almost instantly. Great customer service. Check them out for anything you need to store.

Very clean and secure facility. Patrick has been wonderful! We are moving out of our home and he helped us determine the size of the unit we needed. They have many different size options and drive-up units. Some units are climate controlled as well. Convenient location. You can purchase things like moving boxes, tape and other necessities in the office on site, as well. At the time we rented our unit they were offering 20% those items for the first 2 weeks.

I needed a place to store a second car over the winter. The building is brand new and located in a great area. The staff are friendly, professional and helpful. Everything is available online. I have been very satisfied with the arrangement. Being month to month, the contract is easy to work with. I feel that I got a fair deal and would definitely consider using this facility in the future.

Needed extra storage to handle our extra inventory for our retail store. Visited the New Lenox facility and rented the space while we were there. This is a new facility and they built it right. They have great indoor, drive up storage spaces that are climate controlled!!! Jenna drive us around in the golf cart so we could see all the different size options and locations in the facility. Very friendly and helpful team!!

I had a great experience with Life Storage. Jenna and Patrick were very helpful and patient going through the different options for our storage needs. They helped walk through and consider, size of storage units, if I need a main aisle unit vs a hall access unit and how to use the locks, keypads, etc. I am very impressed how clean and secure the property is. Overall, a great experience. The ceilings are very high in the 10x20, 10x25 units that we looked at. If you can store your assets vertically there is a lot of space. Great to have this new business in town.

Really great support from staff. Im moving cross-country and wasnt sure how to make it all work, since the storage is there and Im here.... But now Im all set to ship my things to IL! Highly recommend.

Jenna was so friendly and helpful as I was setting up my unit. We were in between houses and needed space for 2 months. I originally rented a 15 ft unit, but on the day we were moving our stuff realized that I needed a bigger unit. I called Jenna and she was so accommodating and helpful with getting set up with a bigger unit. There was no hassle and the process was quick and easy. I loved that the storage facility was climate controlled and secure. If we need storage space again, I will be sure to contact Jenna again!

On October 19th a Monday evening I was in a situation with my soon to be ex-husband I had 72 hours to move my 3 daughters ages 13,11, and 10 out of our residence. I had very little money to rent a truck move out 40 minutes away and get a storage unit for 30 plus years of my life. On a whim I contacted life Storage. Not only were Jenna and Patrick understanding they went above and beyond to help me and my kids find a unit and over two weeks come and go to get organized. Although this last couple of weeks has been chaotic and difficult for us the wonderful people at this brand new very secured and clean facility went the extra mile to put my mind at ease and help me be able to rest at night knowing all of our memories were safe. If you are looking for short term or long term rental for your most cherished things look no further. Life Storage in new Lenox is the only place you need to go. Don’t waste your time anywhere else! Was between houses a bit unexpectedly as our old house sold fast and our new house wasn’t quite done. Jenna was amazing helping us find the perfect unit for all our our things. The access to the units was very simple with the key code as we made many trips with a uhaul. Everything felt very clean, safe, and secure.Highly recommend!

We had an exceptional experience at Life Storage- New Lenox. The facility is pristinely clean and the customer service (in person, via email and over the phone) was exceptional. I highly recommend their facility for your storage needs. We found the facility easy to access and navigate. We will use in the future should we need storage space again.

A very clean storage place. Probably the cleanest Ive seen. Only problem was the gate was so slow opening. It was still opening when I drove through. If theyre trying to keep unauthorized people out, then that gate needs to move faster...just my opinion.

The staff in here is extremely friendly and knowledgeable. We were unsure of what size unit to choose. They were extremely helpful and took us to view a few different options. Nice Facility. They have climated units, out units some that are large enough to store a good sized rv. Would highly recommend!

Awesome service. Needed somewhere to store my large vehicle over winter. This place was cheaper by almost $200 and offered a great promotion. Account setup was easy and staff was very helpful.
