Staff are always pleasant and helpful. Saturdays there is wine tasting and usually the selection is something new to me. I always find what I need here.

A great liquor store placed right off the green. They have everything I could want and need, booze-wise.Solid choices for local+ IPAs and the walk-in freezer is stocked with whatever light beer or lagers one could hope to find.For the stores modest size, they have a surprising selection of wines and hard liquors. Its all well labeled and easy to navigate.Basically its a liquor store filled with knowledgeable, helpful employees and whatever alcohol you may need to find.

You always get greeted by the guys working at this place. Sometimes they even offer to help finding something you may be looking for. Very decent prices and excellent location.

Asked for a non alcohol Pina Colada mixer and was given a mixer with alcohol 12.5 vol... when I went to return the item the young representative informed me that even though it was his mistake I cannot return item... I must take something for credit... he said it is against the law to return alcohol... BUT yet even though it was his mistake I have to pay the price for it... I will not purchase anything from this package store... someone [management] needs to train their staff of customer service... why should I pay the price for their mistake??? New Milford has plenty package stores... be careful of what you ask for at NeJaimes... you will eventually pay for it...

New Milford Spirit Shoppes location makes it easy to stop by for whatever you need. Their staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Great selection of beers and wines from which you can choose.

These guys (and girls) are simply the best! Super helpful and friendly. And even for a small store they have a fantastic selection of beers and wines.

Service is great. No doubt about it. Constantly close store early and delivery hours close earlier. Other than that- awesome place.

I walked in in a hurry looking a birthday present and the lady there was SUPER helpful. I was in and out probably in less than ten minutes and she even wrapped the presents!

Made a large order and gave them all the information. I got a call by the owner John who was incredibly rude. Asked me to repeat all my Information and the order and acted offended that I was bothered I had to repeat everything . Simply the worst customer service I have seen in this town. Subsequently looked elsewhere where staff is much friendlier and the prices and selection far superior.
