Im not the most technologically advanced person so having someone like Tom in town is great. We were having difficulty pulling a wireless signal across our house. I asked Tom about adding a wireless booster. We talked about it and he suggested going a different route, adding a second router that was hard wired. I appreciated the advice. It came in and was set up within a couple of days.

Wish you could give less than one star. If you need simple technical support Tom might be the guy to go to, but if your a business this guy is a joke. He doesnt understand simple concepts like remote support and remote desktop servers. He also charges upwards of 500+ for a simple SSD installation and clone. As much as I hate Bestbuy I feel its a better option to go them rather than this scam artist.
