I went there the other day 2 young lady’s one was nice the other had a very nasty attitude. I handed her my card and when I looked after she swiped it she put it on the counter I barley seen it. When I questioned her she acted lost like I wasn’t speaking English. Will never go there again … The owner needs to hire workers who are friendly and like there jobs…

I used to come here all the time with my friends. This was back in the fourth grade though, we moved away shortly after. Im in grad school now. Great place to eat.

I havent been here in a while but was totally disappointed with my servers effort.My blizzard was a cup of vanilla ice cream with all the Reeses pieces on the bottom.She took my payment then moved onto another customer never giving me my blizzard. The next server found it on the counter. Totally clueless.Hopefully better next time

I am a regular customer to this Dairy Queen. This evening the 4 girls didnt acknowledge me standing on the left side of the counter, for a while. As they were too busy taking care of a large party, and others cleaning. My blizzard order came out wrong also. Looking forward to have a better experience next time.

This is a great little shop. Girls in there are very helpful and kind. Good service.

So disappointed ordered 2 banana splits and it looked like I served it myself at home. Seems the girl was being stingy in the servings. Could have done that myself at home and it would have been cheaper and better.

Once again a delicious cake and Blizzard. The staff was friendly and cute :)

They participate in regular dairy queens promotions and the place is normally cleaned and fully stockedCONS: This location is quite small and lacks places to sit both inside and outsideOVERALL: Nice place to go to if you just wanted to grab something and go but if you wanted to hang out in the area go to another location

This place is a Small venue yet very well run! Even now with the COVID situation they are well organized and providing excellent service and quality Ice cream. Their staff is very friendly and efficient. We are so glad they are in our Town!

Long time Diary Queen customers first time trying out this New Milford location. Our first experience could have been better. Long line with only one person helping. At 8:00 pm on a nice warm day we had to wait 40 minutes to get served. The other person that was working was already closing up an hour and a half before closing time. When we finally got served some items were out. We just got two hot fudge sundaes. Topping wasnt hot, must have pull the plug earlier and the ice cream consistently wasnt the DQ norm. It wasnt airy more custard like. Well give it a try again after we go to one of our regulars. Line still to the door and hour later.

Very good icecream place and friendly service. I bought icecream cake (customized) strawberry vanilla for my sons birthday. It was creamy and tasty. Recommend to try

Great job on ice cream cakes. Got a graduation cake last weekend they did an awesome job decorating. It was delicious.

Walked 15 minutes to get there, since its in my neighborhood. 9:24pm...doors locked, two employees cleaning up inside. Please dont waste my time... update your store hours, or at least follow the hours posted online and on the door. If you need to schedule help to stay 15 minutes longer, please consider doing so. Well stick with Baskin Robbins I guess, even if it means going out of our way to get ice cream.

Nothing wrong with the ice cream but employees serve ice cream and handle money with same gloves. Also spoons are not wrapped and handed to you by same gloved hand that handles money. Not very sanitary.

New Milford DQ is the best! They are pleasant and will make whatever you can create!

We live pretty close so whenever the kids get an ice cream itch we come here. The girls are always super sweet and the place is kept clean. It’s just the yummiest ice cream ever! I get the soft serve with hot fudge and melted peanut butter. So good!

This place always has friendly service and are very observant and make sure everyone has a mask ok for everyones safety

I was helped by a really nice employee named Marisa. She is so helpful and patient. 100% would recommend coming to this location especially if she is working.

Great service and ice cream. The only downside is a lack of places to sit. It also faces west, so the sun beats down on it in the afternoon and evening.

Me And my friend henna went here just yesterday a half hour before closing and me and my friend were rudely spoken to in a awful tone saying WERE CLOSING! What you cant make two ice creams in under 30 minutes it wouldnt take more than 3 to 4 minutes. there were people still inside those who dont work there and yet my friend and I had to leave. SO RUDE STAFF and place small and middle of nowhere. Dont go there go to any other dairy queen shop just not that one.

The employees that work here are so nice and patient. They are never out of anything unlike other DQs I have been to. The freezer on the side is always filled with desserts. This is a great DQ.

My wife and I got a couple blizzards, my wife had to eat half of it before coming to the treat inside. I also noticed all the ads that said you get a free blizzard if they dont flip it, were all covered with stickers. Also I noticed the soft serve ice cream being served to another couple did not have the curly-q on top.

Whats not to love, its great ice crean.the young ladies do a great job . Bring home a box of butterscotch dilly bars!

This is a good location to order and pick up an ice cream treat.They have soft serve and a limited collection of hard ice creams. If you want a big selection, go to Baskin Robbins.There are some pre-made ice cream specialties and you can order an ice cream cake. This place is a shop to go to for take-out.

You can never go wrong with a cookies and creme milkshake but their ice cream is so creamy and heavenly

The one closest to me is Park Ridge Nj. It is super good and the servers are very polite

Delicious ice cream! You can order scoop, soft serve, milkshake etc. They even have boxes of their ice cream you can take home

Standard Dairy Queen, although if you direct them to add chocolate syrup, their chocolate malted and shakes are very good.

Love the New Milford DQ. I one closest to me in Hackensack is horrible. The girls that work there are fast and always do the right thing.
