I just called and asked a few questions about mowers and snow equipment. Nick - the sales rep - chatted for about 20 seconds before telling me that they were open for business until 1:00pm and I should stop in. Then he hung-up. I completely understand if they are busy on a Saturday and wanted to arrange for a follow-up during the week, but this was a badly-handled sales call and a poor customer experience.

I arrived at R/S looking for a tractor. I had the chance to speak to the owner Hy and a salesman over the phone prior to actually showing up to kick tires. Both listened to what I wanted to do, listened to what I had in mind and recommended what they thought best suited my application and a projection for the future 3,5, 7 years. I ended up buying an excavator INSTEAD of the Kubota tractor vision in my head and I couldnt be happier with it. Couldnt be happier. They listened to me, they offered their experience and suggestions and never at any time tried to pressure me into buying something that I did not need or want.I was given honest and accurate timeframes on delivery, which they adhered to.The price quoted was straightforward and very competitive and never did they throw in any hidden costs or last minute charges. The verbal and written quote I received was the price I paid for the machine I purchased.The delivery happened on the day it was promised. The machine arrived SPOTLESS (thank you George) and the delivery guy spent time familiarizing me with the machine.The machine itself is incredible and I can say it is the best purchase I have ever made. It is powerful and versatile for a small excavator and I find myself doing things with it around the property I hadnt even imagined. I consider the entire process a complete home run from start to finish. My only regret is that I hadnt done it sooner.

Had a sales person tell me I would get first look at a used piece of equipment and had he had someone else show up before me and sold it. He did this twice to me so I dont see it as a coincidence. Total waste of my time and his response was this is just how it goes these days.

Great service. Friendly, very helpful. They just helped me out of a self created jam on the phone and didnt push me into bringing the tractor in. Im very appreciative

Ive had service done on my Cub Cadet here multiple times and couldnt say better things! Good communication, quick service, and fair and honest rates. All of the employees Ive encountered are very friendly, especially Kathy at the service desk. Will continue to use for all lawn equipment as long as Im in the area!

This is response to the write up from Scott. Scott brought the tractor to us on 11/26/19. The technician hooked up the service computer that same day. Had a code for bad crank sensor. Did not have in stock. Ordered the sensor. With the Thanksgiving holiday did not receive the part unit 12/11/19. Next day it was installed under warranty. Still did not run right. dealer with problem getting service program updated for 3 days. When computer was updated and hooked up found no electronic failure shown. After further diagnostics found debri plugging the inlet at the base of the fuel filter. removed debri, bled fuel system, and replaced fuel filter. Had to do a forced regen because the tractor would not regn from plugged DPF filter. Filter to full. Owner did call Scott because he had been demanding to the service writer. Owner had a very professional conversation. No need to badger someone trying to help you. Tractor done and ready to go 12/17/19 less than 3 weeks. Did much more thanreplace fuel filter

The absolute worst experience with any kind of dealer I brought my tractor in to get fixed they kept it for a month. The whole time keeping me in the dark when I inquired about the prognosis two weeks in they didnt even look at it, and the baligarent owner called me that night screaming at me to stop harassing his employees then when it was ready they charged me over a thousand dollars for a fuel filter
