Excellent selection. Attractive store. There could be more assistance available for customers.

This is my go to liquor store in the area! I absolutely love the selection of wine, spirits, and beer! The store has everything organized super well and the prices are fair! I was surprised to find such a great variety of craft beers and wine from around the world. Every liquor I’ve ever looked for, they’ve had. This store meets all of my alcohol needs and would highly recommend it! Staff have all been lovely at checkout.

This is a large store that is part of a chain. Located next to the Big Y it offers a convenient location and a wide selection of beer, wine and liquor. In my times shopping here i have not found staff in the aisles who could provide knowledgeable insight into their varied wine options.

What a great place! There was a large array of wine, which was the subject of my quest. The staff was helpful and friendly. I easily located the wine we needed and they rang us up right away.

This is a very nice store very kept have good deals on why the only thing is sometimes theyre a little over price when it comes to their Nippers. On the bright side the staff is fantastic all of the checkout people in the managers know exactly what youre asking for and great I would have given it five stars if they were at the same price as other stores around them for their individual shots...

Frankly theres no order. Asking for things is futile because theres no control over what is brought into the store, but the clerk will take your suggestions as if there was an actual way to receive what you like. If there are no other options, the prices arent bad. Honestly, there are too many liquor stores to be lackadaisical with your clientele.

The older blonde woman with short hair is the most rude miserable human I’ve ever come across. I know SEVERAL other people who won’t buy a thing from Bevmax because of her. The other stores in town have a better selection and nice friendly people. Stay far away from this dump.

Staff is rude. Dont go there if you dont wanna follow the social distancing arrows or are not wearing a mask. They will kick you out. Shopping here is like stepping into Orwell 1984 where all your civil liberties are stripped for the opportunity to spend your money.

Rude and incompetent. Double charged my credit card and told me to drive all the way from Wilton because they’d charge it back then tell me they can’t. I will never be back here! This is their mistake. Not fair I have to deal with this now.

I wanted something that they had to order. Although they said theyd call me when it arrived, they never did. When I called, they said it was discontinued.I found it elsewhere, Really poor customer service. Many other places available to shop who are more helpful.

Im from NY where you have to go to 2 stores to get your beer wine and liquor, this place rocks, and friendly staff

Last time I’ll shop there! I don’t know who the old blonde woman is but she’s rude and unfriendly, she should be nice and greet customers spending money in the store. Instead, she scowls at you like you imposed on her standing there. Nejames is much better to shop at and will have ALL my future business.. even though they cost more and are out of the way.

Pretty typical experience. Prices were in line with most in the area. Selection of craft beer was pretty decent. Friendly service too.

The old blond lady is a problem and also an obvious racist! I was unimpressed by her service! She’s rude and simply won’t do with other people what she would with black customers.

After multiple bad experiences in this store, I will not be returning. I have had a few different associates be incredibly rude to me, but after an associate was rude to my family member today, that was the final straw. One would think that a liquor store in a town full of other liquor stores not more than 4 miles away would try their best to be polite, but they clearly didn’t get that memo! Avoid the bad atmosphere and take your business elsewhere!

Not happy with assistance, rather lack of from staff. They dont have any knowledge of products they sell or if youre looking for something specific. They dont offer to try and find product if its something they dont stock. 😤 most definitely will not go in again!!!!!
