I stopped in over the weekend, can clearly see they were busy. Was told it would be a few days so I expected Wednesday or Thursday. I received a call on Monday (today) saying it was done. I was pleased at their speed. What impressed me more was, I asked what was wrong with my mower, the list started….I was thinking oh no, this is going to hurt….Well I was wrong, it did not. Their prices are super reasonable and I will continue to bring ALL of my equipment there. Highly recommend to anyone in need of quick and reliable service.

Bought 2 brand new gas trimmers at a big box store, both did not start after 1st time using them. We took our old gas trimmer here and was simple fix, fast and very polite. We will be taking our small riding mower in for a tune up this week. Excellent service!

I am the king of good faith dealings and was SKEPTICAL!!!!!!! about going there with my mower. The Owner said, you know this is an old mower, I thought oh God, this guy is going to soak me.I got a call today that my mower was ready and a price for the repairs was given. I was pleasantly surprised.After I paid him, I felt bad and gave them another $20 as a matter of principle because they acted in good faith and knew what to do.All of my tools (there are many) will go there in the future.

Man, ( i wouldnt even say gentleman) in sales area is the rudest. As if, I, as the customer is interrupting him by needing to make a purchase! After 2 trips...still dont have part I need!!! 1st trip, he told me I took wro g picture of part area and that he had 4 or 5 possibilities. Informed me I had to take pic of qr code on front of motor and return....which i did! But that only reduced it to a possibility of definitely 4 choices! Really...really!?!?!?!

I kept calling because you had my equipment that you could not fix. You never asked for my name when I dropped off my weed eater, just gave me a blank ticket. Craftsman said you were an authorized repair shop for them. When I called to let you know that, I was informed that you are not an authorized repair shop for them and proceeded to say you must be a special customer very sarcastic. Again, rude beyond belief. Obviously you get a lot of negative reviews because you call all them GHOST reviews! LOL

I have been going here for a few years now. Always get a good service, and quick repairs. Maybe its just that people these days are too sensitive? Ive dealt with alot of small engine repair shops. This place was very professional. The owner was very knowledgeable. His people skills may not be the greatest but than again I was paying for his ability to repair my mower...not for his communication skills. My mower was running like trash several months ago...they had me up and running the next morning and Ive had zero issues with it since. Actually was on here looking his number up so I could bring in another piece of equipment.

This place is great. I have used them several times. They even held a funeral for my lawn mower at no additional charge. They have used mowers and lawn equipment also that is totally refurbished and in like new condition. Which helps someone on a fixed income like myself.

Stopped in for the first time after a mower breakdown in the middle of a busy work day. Long story short, I was treated (by who I assume was the owner) like Id interrupted his day by stopping in to give him business. After his asking a few ridiculous questions regarding basic maintenance of my equipment I caught his arrogant tone and decided to take my business elsewhere. If youre looking to pay an arrogant old guy to give you a lecture on why maintaining your equipment is important (which for the record the mower was well maintained and the breakdown was unrelated to lack of maintenance) this may be your mower shop, but if youre looking for a professional shop to repair your equipment and get you on your way, Id look elsewhere.

A lot more reasonably priced than the big stores and much faster than the other shops I have used. Treated very well from the staff here would highly recommend this store.

3 weeks ago I brought my whip/weedwacker in because it was not running properly. After bringing it home, it would only run properly if the plastic air filter guard was removed. Because of the hectic circumstances that have been going on in my life, I havent been able to contact then or bring back the whip for it to be fixed properly. The owner was very rude and condescending to me, interrupted me multiple times when I was trying to ask questions, and said I can go somewhere else for all he cares. After asking why it wasnt repaired properly the first time he said they would have to take it apart to determine why, and if its something that they didnt find the first time, its going to cost me or Ill get the whip back in pieces. Terrible workmanship, misrable customer service. $50 for a sparkplug and a fuel flush RIP OFF! Do the job right the first time.

When I brought it back he was rude and does not care AT ALL about his customers. DO NOT USE THIS HORRIBLE BUSINESS, THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT ANYTHING BUT TAKING $. Read these reviews he steals and never stands behind his work! Update:. The owner felt the need to respond and instead of apologizing for being a horrible business person he defended and said it was my boyfriend who found a weeder on the road and my boyfriend was rude???? This man is a moron he cares so little that he could care less about a long list of people who say the business has gone down horribly since he took over. We did purchase it second hand not found it and then we paid you for a repair, you took the money but it was not repaired and damn right he was rude he has owned businesses with almost as many employees as you have angry customers and has never treated anyone the way you do. Stop defending and read all the comments about how awful you are and learn from it so you stop getting comment after comment that you are absolutely horrible.

Dropped off a generator in June. Called on it once a month, was always told the carb was on backorder. Called before Irma and was told the same thing. Got tired of waiting and picked it up today. Owner was very rude saying he was not responsible after 30 days and he may not even have it anymore. His system said the ticket was closed in July. When he found it, it was missing parts, and said he was not liable for the missing parts. Very unprofessional. Not sure how hes still in business.Reply to Business:You state it was repaired and a bill was generated for 99.87, but you did not tell me this or attempt to charge me, I had to pay someone else to replace the carb as that had not been done. I needed the generator for Hurricane Irma and was told the carb was still on backorder, so I had to go 3 days without power due to you. It was not dropped off with missing parts, we had been using it the day before dropping it off when it shut down and wouldnt start again. My theory is you took parts off it for another generator and charged someone else for my parts. I had to spend almost $100 on the missing air cleaner parts, you should just be happy I did not bring you the bill. The abundance of poor reviews should be a warning to anyone thinking about visiting here.

Really not even 1 star, the bald headed guy is sooooo rude, dont care about customer care, ask him how to start our mini bike right, his answer was, read your book, if you dont know how to start it, dont buy it. They didnt even help us load it up, my husband is disabled. I will never do business with them even again!!!! Bike had grease all over it, didnt even clean it up from their mess!!!!

No customer service. Had to call back about my trimmer 3 times, and was always answered with a complete lack of curtsey, and a general air of disrespect. After almost a month I finally called back yet again, only to learn that the trimmer is unrepairable due to intermittent compression, with no further information given. No call back, no explanation. He did not ask me to come pick it up, no price, not even a simple thankyou or goodbye. The Man is simply Rude.UPDATE: I retrieved my un-repairable trimmer. They did waive the diagnostic fee, however that was pretty much the extent of their customer service.
