Customer service nor this location will give me my account number. Boost is one huge scam. I cant get my account number from nobody! Also WARNING: DO NOT BUY THE MONTHLY INSURANCE! Once you need a phone it will be 50 then a month later another 150 will disappear from your account. No permission, no warning, just taken. So if you ever want to switch, they will make sure its hell. They are only nice when youre throwing money at them

This is a new location. I was there today with my daughter because both of us were having problems with our phones. The nicest guy was there, explained and fixed the problem for both of us in minutes. In the years with Boost some visits to the stores were much more stessful. This guy was so nice, so knowledgeable and just made the whole experience stessfree and pleasant. Great customer service. Wish I would have gotten his name.

Dont waste your time, they will throttle your internet until your phone is no longer useful.

Basically 12% customer service, 70% do what you want/yell towardsthe back if you need anything, and the rest goes to that bonus they have if youre switching your service from someone else to them...but arent all phone companies doing that every year?

I really needed a phone for finding employment and school. There are only 2 girls that work at this location apparently. One was super busy and the other outside on the phone. Tiffany helped me and got me set up but this other chick didnt seem to care AT ALL! Why even be there if you dont want to work and dont want to help any customers?! If it wasnt for Tiffany I would have left and went to another service. Thank you for your help Tiffany! I really hope the owner can get another employee as yourself cuz honest to God I wanted to just leave. Whomever owns this store needs to realize they are loosing tons of money due to this other girls attitude and laziness! I will only be dealing with Tiffany from here on out. Thank you!

I switched over to boost from my previous company, and Tiffany was an absolute sweetheart. Great customer service, great attitude and took very good care of me. Love her positivity!! She is a keeper !!!! You should hire 20 more people just like her!!!

I got the free phone deal for porting 2 phones. I understand having to pay for activation for each phone. They said I HAD to get insurance and a case and screen protector. They said the case and glass were included. Well needless no say the free phone offer ended up costing me $214!!! Im going back to metro after the 90 days and add my 3rd and 4th line with them!

I was not happy with the csr at the port richey store .I got a new phone for my self and my granddaughter..I decided to go to the boost on rte.19 and main street and add my grandson and get the family planThe csr,name tiffany was the nicest accommodating. CSR. I will travel here to her .I will not!!!be treated rudely as I was at the port richey store.if it wasnt treated as nicely by tiffany I would have went to ato another carrier.As I was at the port richey store

Online they say open until 5 P.M Sunday, and I called just to be 100% sure and reached their voice mail which also said open until 5 P.M Sunday. Then I drive all the way down there and they are definitely closed. Seriously need to get it together..

They will try to sell you a new phone Everytime. I was told after they checked IMEI of my phone that it would not work with their network and I will have to buy a new one from them . Funny part is that i bought that phone a couple months back from them ! Jokes

Lady try to charge u 25.00 setup fee and no other phone Carrier does that I dont recommend going there at all ur gonna get ripped off bad.

My phone was sloooo and was screwing up in many ways my keyboard went to real small and it took forever to pull anything up on my phone. I went to the boost Mobile phone store on the corner of main Street and US19. The man knew his stuff. He had my phone back to a normal size keyboard and fixed everything else I was having a problem with and yatazee my phone is super fast and all the BS is gone. I highly recommend anyone having a problem with their phones that you go see the representatives at the Boost Mobile store at the corner of main Street and US19 it will get done RIGHT the first time thanks again Eddie P
