I wanted to say I had a awesome experience with 2 of the employees at rent a center on little road Anthony and Sean there were awesome helped with every need we had and went above and beyond for my family, they were very respectful and I would def recommend friends and family to go to that location for help from Anthony and/ Sean!!! Thank you guys for all that you guys have done to help my family and having great customer service!!!! You guys rock!!!

I called this store to find out information about a washer and dryer they went out of there way to call and get me what I was looking for this staff is amazing and will do what ever they need to do to make there customers happy I am very pleased with my service there they treat you like family and will work with you to make sure your happy....thank you Anthony and Sean for your support.

This is an absolute horrible place. My husband and I got a piece of furniture that they said was barely used and would clean before delivering to us. However, it was not only dirty but it was missing pieces and partly didn’t work. After calling several times to get it fixed, with no avail, we decided to return it to the store. We have had to call them several times just to get them to come pick it up. We are still waiting on them to pick it up after a week of telling them to come get it. Yet, they are still charging us. Please save yourself a headache and go anywhere else... a dump would be better than this place.

Raphael has been really good to me even when I was late on my payments I’m still making payments but I can recommend this store to everyone cause they r good people and they have tuff days like we all do but we still got to give them credit for trying to keep everyone happy on top of doing there jobs you guys r awesome

Rafael and his team are vary unprofessional,rude and took my last 2 payments with out permission over drawing my bank account. They WILL also threaten you about payments super legal right NOT. My mother has a Heart condition and he was saying he was going to take me to jail over $71.00 one bi weekly payment I will never go to rent a center again. So just help your stress level out now and DONT GO wish you could give 0 stars but yall need the WARNING

Employees at store are extremely rude and always make no effort to work with a client in regards to changing payments dates to co-inside with pay period. Original contract States every week store manager Chris decided to change it with out resigning or speaking to myself. Allowed my husband to sign a contract for myself. Paid full amount and was told still owe money to them explained that I needed to change due date since it was supposed to be based on my pay. I get treated like I am indigent by both Chris and Anthony who talk to me like I am irresponsible. I am a mother of three and pay my bills on time and when I get treated like I dont care or I am some bum off the street who can not pay their bills it is VERY disrespectful. I am sure I am not the only one who gets treated this way. I too am in customer service and if I were to talk to the people at my job the way I get talked to by Chris and Anthony I would get fired. I will make sure I tell everyone about this and how unprofessional this company is and to NEVER rent from them. They call you 100 times the day your payment is due back to back and then talk to you disrespectfully. I will take this to higher up. This is unprofessional!

Beware! These are our like new couches from rent a center. That they claimed to sanitize and clean before delivering it to our household. Management was NOTHING but insulting, belittling and rude to us when we confronted them about it. We are PERSONALLY contacting corporate, but want to warn any and ALL prospective customers... If THIS is what we got- imagine what YOU could get!?!? There were dead fleas in our couches. Whos to say the next time they arent alive? Or maybe bed bugs? Save yourself the headache and hassle, go elsewhere for furniture!

I hate ranting & rarely complain in a review but I dont believe what just happened at my home. My fiance made arrangements over the phone to make a late payment on Feb 15th. Just a few minutes ago this woman comes to our home banging on the door to make contact in her words. This is so unbelievable & unnecessary. I was so upset. How embarrassing to have a stranger show up on your door step pounding on the door three different times while all youre neighbors stare. Then when you answer they act like this is just normal behavior. I was so upset I told her he wasnt home & shut the door. I immediately called the store to find out what is going on & why they sent this person to our home. Dalton tells me I WAS RUDE TO HIS EMPLOYEE and that they are allowed to bang on the door to collect payment. I told him if they think theyre allowed to bang on my door the way this girl did then I dont want to do business with them we will take it elsewhere. Besides that he was arrogantly rude. Obviously I wont get any sense out of him so Ill be calling the corporate office when they reopen. Im still shocked by the way they acted. Especially after having made arrangements for payment. No thanks.

Lets start by saying lucky I couldnt rate them a zero. I got a king size set months ago. They kept rasining the price. So I tried a different set cheaper but it still sucked, and when it came to our home, it smelled and came with cockroaches, my husband went to rent a center and told Nick, he informed him that they have them in store too. That he would comp 2 weeks for that. Which didnt take care of problem, had to call someone to do that. Missed a payment due to being in hospital so they were calling my cellphone at least 7 times a day. I have voicemails saved. We decided Thursday last week, we couldnt deal with the lies, the nasty service, they were supposed to pick up bedroom set Saturday between 2-4pm, they never showed up. I called was told they were coming, they never showed up again. Sunday they were closed, Monday was a holiday, Now it is Tuesday Night at 6:45pm and no calls no shows. Mind it I called this morning at 10:45am was told by delivery guy that It would be picked up between 2-4pm today, they didnt show up or call again. I called again at 4:30pm and was told by Maria that It was wrote down for 4-6pm and she became very rude and nasty. They never showed up again. Beyond pissed. This store is a rip off.. DONT SHOP HERE.

Biggest joke!! I have ever bought from there app dont work!!! So you can’t pay the right a point or on time!Then they call you a million times .... add late fees and the furniture is very poor quality I will be buying my purchases out right from now on and never dealing with rent to own again!!!! And the saga continues: Just spoke to Dalton, the store Manager in New Port Richey, regarding the damage that His employees Haley (I think thats her name and another guy. I asked them to pick up the furniture, and they FINALLY did after over a month of asking them to. While they were carrying their merchandise out of my home, they caused quite a lot of damage to our walls.I spoke to Dalton, he said, in a nutshell, that I was lieing and that the damage was already there before. Our home was very recently painted and had no marks, holes in the walls or anything else like that. However, holes in the walls, scratches and other damage to our freshly painted home were viably noticed after they were done moving the furniture out of our home.They are basically trying to get out of having to pay for the repairs to our home. After reading all the reviews about this company, its hard to be-leave that they are still in business. I mean, its literally never ending. SO MANY COMPLAINTS from ALL OVER THE COUNTRY! Rent-A-Center is the worst of the worst in their industry!Now that they are refusing to pay for the damage, I have no choice but to sue them. The ONLY employee who works there that is fantastic, is JAVARIS! He is the polar opposite of the other employees. Hes professional, courteous and trustworthy. Javaris should seriously be working somewhere else. Rent-A-Center is beneath him and they have no business having such a good guy working for them.So now, I have to file a lawsuit against this pathetic company that is in a downward spiral and sinking FAST!#PATHETIC***BILLING TWICE IN ONE MONTH FOR THE SAME EXACT PRODUCTS***Ive been a Customer at Rent-A-Center since August of last year. My experience. until today, was pleasant and your products have met our needs. There has been issues with the quality of the furniture, but we have managed to deal with it.On Monday, April 1st, I called my store to inquire about a billing discrepancy and the young lady I spoke with was extremely rude, condescending, disrespectful and down right unprofessional.I recieved an answer regarding my bill that was made absolutely no sense. After we both agreed that I had a valid point with financial documentation to back up my concern, she kept repeating the same thing at least three times. Again, there was no rhyme or reason to her banter and robotic response.She finally said that she would talk to the store manager. I believe his name is Dalton. When she came back on the phone, AGAIN, she started repeating her again. the answer that made absolutely no sense. I would venture to say that she may have been under the influence of alcohol or drugs, and if she wasnt, she needs extensive additional training in Customer Service etiquette and a competency evaluation.I am in the process of contacting Rent-A-Centers CEO, Mr. Mitchell Fadel, to explain to him the billing discrepancy, since neither the employee or store manager (Dalton) could see the billing error. A very basic and clear error that is very easy to fix.With this said, I will be in touch with Mr. Fadel to let him know that the New Port Richey Staff has a very serious inability to properly and professionally address very basic billing errors and has absolutely no Customer Relations skills.I can explain in more detail what the problem is, but it will need to be addressed by the CEO directly. I will be in contact with his office directly and copy this email to him as well.------------------------------------------------------------------Im about to return furniture because I just cant afford it. Chris was supposed to call back last week but never did. If Im charged for the furniture Im returning, Ill dispute with my bank. I have a feeling in my gut there will be a mistake. Going to put a block on my account. Based on reviews of Chris, Im going to expect the worst.Will update once I speak to him today.

Nick has to be the rudest and has lied completely to us the entire time. Gave me a used computer when I specifically asked for a new one. Has repeatedly called and harassed my home over a computer he was supposed to deliver. The other gentlemen in the store has stated we would have a refund, now standing in store we have no received a refund.

They are very rude at this location and charged me for a late charge, when I didnt even have the product in my house for a full week,then they didnt install the head board to the bed so it fell on my daughters head in the middle of the night and I had to bring her to the hospital. And when they called me for the next payment I asked them to come and get it and the guy Donald was very disrespectful and told me that I had to keep there product in my house untill they got here and if I put it out side of my house I would go to jail. Very rude,dont do the job right,and try to steal from people with fake bogus late charges.And very unprofessional. ....
