The best customer service Ive seen in a long time. Rob or Robert which I believe is the manager was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and attentive to every thing we needed. I cant say enough nice things about this guys. He really makes it like a family environment being so personable. With management like Rob it I will be coming to this store all the time even if I have to drive more. Thank you Rob for being a stand up guy and caring about your customers!

This is a great store. They have a wide variety of things that you may need including clothing and pet supplies. They have a lot of different kinds of pet food as well. Theyre always very friendly in here and theres never a way to check out.

I bought a $400 lawn mower and purchased a 2-year warranty. After assembling it and filling it with gas and oil it did not start. I reread instruction manual and went online and I was doing everything correct, but it just wouldnt start. So I called them to tell them of my experience, expecting them to give me a hard time and only offer store credit and not refund the warranty. To my surprise, they just told me to bring it in and I can exchange it or get my money back. I chose to get my money back, and the cashier Tina and the manager Jimmy were both extremely courteous and helpful. I was expecting to go in there and fight but it was completely the opposite. I havent seen this kind of customer service in over a decade, as most places have cashiers and even managers who dont seem to have the customers best interest at heart. I just wanted to give the NPR Tractor Supply and its workers a huge shout out in a big thank you!

Great place with friendly staff. We go here to get our propane tanks filled. They make quick work of it each time and have even added a mobile credit card machine so they can take payment at the pump.

Do not ever buy a bottle of argon here! I wanted to change gas mixtures from 100% argon to 75/25 and they said I have to buy another cylinder at $400 even though I purchased their specific cylinder at this location 2 years ago! air gas will exchange the cylinder no questions asked. Poor customer service

Nice store! They have this thing stuffed to the gills to the point that the aisles are very narrow but that only means they have more stuff! Everything was very very clean!

Customer service with 9 existence in this store walked in after driving almost an hour to get to tractor supply . I hate meet up my mind that if I could not find the part that I was looking for for my 20 year old lawn tractor I would break out a card then and there and purchased a new tractor I walked in and to the customer service desk with 2 employees standing at the desk either one acknowledg that I was standing 6 in front of them so I had to wander around the store trying to figure out if they had the part I dont know if it was because of my skin color but I sure felt that that was the reason I was not acknowledg standing 6 in front of to employees at the service desk So I took my business elsewhere and I come home with a new tractor and a good feeling

Incredible customer service! To make a long story short, they were not scheduled to receive an item I had a rain check for, but they found the item at another store. I was told they would do whatever they could to get my item. I just received a call stating they have my item. The employee drove to the other store and picked up my item. Thank you for going above &beyond!!!

Tractor Supply is a nice alternative to the big box hardware stores. The focus here is more on gardening and farming. The store has a great supply of nuts, bolts and parts of various sizes. The mix of tools and equipment is good. For the kids there is a nice selection of candies and snacks, many with vintage wrappers and themes. Overall, I recommend this store to anyone who does not want to wander the aisles of the giant stores.

Busy in the yard. Guy was cranking out the lumber and propane and working hard. Minus one star for having to back in a motorhome and trailer instead of in one gate and out the other.

I went to purchase 5 baby chicks to add to my existing flock. They had a great selection of breeds. I got 2 RI Reds, 1Silver Leghorn, 2 Golden Sex Links. They are 9 wks old now and doing great. Healthy birds and TS has best prices on shavings. Pictures are from babies to present.

Tractor Supply is one of my favorite places to shop. Theres such a variety of things to explore. The main reason I use TS is the 4health dog food. It has excellent reviews, and my dogs love it. Its not nearly as expensive as some of the Top of the Line labels.

Its easy to run in and pick up whatever I need, here. Often cool stuff I didnt realize I needed.Good prices, friendly people...I should stay out of the sale aisles, but I get such awesome deals.Great service too.

Not only do they have top of the line stock items but they match prices. The customer service that I was treated to was awesome. They helped me with my needs as soon as I walked into the store. The check out person was extremely helpful with needed information.

They do a great job with merchandising, and the buyers seemed tuned in to the shoppers.Well this is Florida, so it does seem like corporate folks must be all from up north! Lots of coats, hats, gloves, boots, warm clothes. Seems like the home decor and clothing gets as much space as feed and fence. We come here for poultry supplies, some fencing and drip hoses, stuff like that.

Was my 1st time shopping at here. I ordered a lot of things on line to pick up at in the store to save me some time and to make sure that my less common items would be available to pick up since it in not close to my home.I ended up buy a bunch of other things when I got to the store...I love this place. They were very nice and helpful. They loaded everything in my car. Everyone seemed to enjoy what working there and I asked them to please open a store closer to me.

This is a cute store. They have just about anything you would need for animals, gardening, and tractor maintenance. The store is clean and a huge selection. The prices are very competitive, and the staff is very nice, helpful and professional. Its a little drive from my house, but well worth the drive.

I came into the store today to buy bird and squirrel food. The cashier ( who on regular days isn’t pleasant) was standing out front on the phone screaming the most foul language I have ever heard. Yelling at the top of her lungs. She was rude and outrageous! This woman should be fired! As I checked out she was still using foul language about her truck being scratched. I told her that her behavior was uncalled for. She continued to be rude. If I see this woman at the cash register I will turn around and walk out. I shop at this location twice a week and have always ignored her rude attitude always wishing her a blessed day. Not anymore! This woman does not belong working with the public period!

I was able to buy 50 lbs of timothy hay in a compressed bail for $20.99. I used to have to buy 6 lbs at a time for about $16.00 to feed my prairie dogs for a couple months. This lasts over 2 years! Excellent value!

I mean it is a tractor supply, so of course 5 stars. It seems I always go in for one thing, but end up leaving with a lot more. I always just order online now, and pickup on my way home. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable about their products.

I bought 2 bags of pine shavings to try as cat litter. The price of clay cat litter at Sams Club keeps going up. The cats seem to accept it, the cost is less than half of the clay stuff. It weighs much less and it makes good mulch. And it has a nice pine smell.

The employees are so friendly and fun to talk to. They will help you find or haul something if your not able to do so. If they dont have it in store they will ask if you want it ordered to the store.

The prices here are so much better than anyone around me. Its $22 for a bag of organic chicken feed at tractor supply. Its $40 or more at all the places around me. Its worth the 45 minute drive!!!! And we enjoy the store so much!

I get chicken feed here when in a pinch (prefer to go to Circle G on Plath across from Cottee River Elementary). And get welding gas again in a pinch (Airbase on Ridge behind longhorns is much cheaper). I bought a cannon fundamental here at Christmas last year and had them hold it on a $1 layaway so that I can get the area ready and go pick up my truck. The price was several hundred dollars cheaper than anywhere and they only had 2 left so I had to jump. I came back paid my 1 dollar and the had me meet them at the loading dock with a forklift. Made it super easy to load as the unit is EXTREMELY heavy. Went home and unloaded and installed. Took about the entire neighborhood to take it to the spot. Funny part of the story is the next day when the manager called the next day and asked when we would be picking up the safe. I could have had a second one for free if I wasnt so honest.I always forget the tools that they have but their prices will usually beat Home Depot or Lowes for that stuff.

Stopped in to fill a couple of propane tanks. Cheapest propane around. Young lady met me at the refill area, filled my tanks and told me when the dates expired on them. I went inside and paid at the register and I was back on the road. Everyone was friendly and pleasant. Good place to shop.

I had purchased an Ingersoll Rand 80 Gallon Compressor with the extended warranty for $150. My compressor after 3 years started to leak oil from the top. I contacted the warranty company who told me they are not going to cover the part for the compressor due to the cost and that Tractor Supply should have never sold me the warranty. I contacted Tractor Supply explained my situation to the Manager Greg. Greg was so helpful and made everything easier then I thought. I left a happy Customer and recommend this location they are helpful and a friendly staff..

My go to for critter supplies. They have most items any homestead might need. Great weekly sales and feed is always dry and fresh. They even have hay... feed store and hardware store in one.

We have went to tractor supply all over Texas and has great service. We have used the veterinary service at many locations. This was slowest! Lot of standing around by vet staff.

Never went inside but outside looked at fresh spice plants. Love tarragon and they had that at a great price. Hard to find that.

Wow! Absolutely blown away by the customer service associate Kimberly that helped me. I was her purchasing a brand new chicken coop and i came in super excited to start this adventure but unfortunately with not alot of knowledge around it. Not only dod Kimberly help me get/load the coop i wanted, she walked me through the store to gelp and educate me on what additional items i will need for this adventure. At no point did i feel pressured into purchaing additional things and shr was very honest which sometimes you dont see from sales people. Thank you so much for all your help!!!!

Great people work here Very knowledgeableble. I love that they are open on sundays. You can buy your animal feed buy your animal shots and they have clothes and shoes from baby clothes right on up to grown men.

Yesterday was our bi-weekly visit for cracked corn. My brother-in-law works at a place, which feeds the wild ducks. I know, Ive already had the argument. Any way, two 50-pound bags didnt even put a dent in the stack but if you need feed for almost anything, Id be surprised if they dont have it. While he bought the corn, I purchased a replacement 25 steel tape measure. Mine disappeared a few weeks ago; nope no little legs, I just cant find it. I also bought a tool set for working on precision screws, etc; it put my current set to serious shame. This place has a bit of everything from clothes, to feed, to farm supplies, etc. If push comes to shove and you need to know specifics, give them a call.

All in all one of the best stores to pick up any hardware needs. Bought a tool box almost 3 years ago, had an issue with the box brought it in and Logan the sales rep and the manager with the flame tattoo on his arm helped me out, so friendly and helpful I’ll be spending the extra 400 bucks on the better brand tool box because of them. Wish they would have a better supply of equestrian equipment, but their fencing offerings are excellent. Love when they host the mobile vet for my smaller 4-legged companions.

Very nice courteous people there also had what I was looking for they also got some pretty decent clothing in there also next two or three weekends they got good discounts on dog vaccinations and that kind of stuff then clipped her nails or grind them either way

Always helpful friendly staff. I buy 300 lbs of corn a month to feed my ducks and TSC has never run out. A little out of the way for me, but worth the ride to get there.
