Im a newbie to motorcycles and just recently got my license. I wanted something to start off on that was easy to ride so that I can at least get used to riding on the road. I found a scooter I liked and will eventually upgrade to a dual sport. They answered all my crazy questions no matter how outlandish. I was in and out with a new ride within 2 hours. Best customer service from everyone in there. It was great to feel a part of the riding community and they helped me not doubt my abilities! They were also very honest about everything and even helped adjust my ride for free before I left, and made sure everything was great for me. It was also helpful to have gear to purchase for people who dont have any yet. All in all, great experience and excited to be a part of the biking community! Great place to go if your looking to get into motorcycling or need a new ride.

Thus place and it’s staff are great. Service that nowadays is a rare find. Doc and Adam actually come across like they like their jobs! Both very friendly and knowledgeable. Great service In a very timely manner! Highly recommend! And they do not over charge!

My review before was way too generous. These guys ripped me off so badly. I bought a used moped that worked for one week. I had hoped it would work again after I brought it back to them and I thought a nice review would encourage them to be fair to me. They were decent to me. They didnt charge me at all for fixing it BECAUSE THEY DIDNT FIX IT. I was able to drive it for one week before it just kept breaking down. They said it was just a simple fix. But it actually got WORSE after I picked it back up. It drove for one day, and then it got stolen because I couldnt get it home from where it broke down. I dont know many people in the area because Ive only lived here a year. I have no one in the area that owns a truck so no one could help me. Now Im out a moped and $700.

They never fix anything, waste of time.

Bought a scooter from the store 2 years ago. My scooter have been in the shop for 6 months because there using COVID-19 as a excuse why they can’t fix my scooter. This company should be condemned!!!!!!!!

So I havent lived here long so havent properly vetted the local motorcycle shops yet. I was in need of replacing my tires on my 2015 Honda Grom. The first place I called wanted $30 a tire, on the bike, $20 off. I thought that was a little pricy so I called another, witch happened to be Gulfside motorsports. I was pleasantly surprised on the $45 price tag for both! But its Saturday and there is no way to get it done today, right? Nope! Bring it on down! he says. To be able to call in the morning and get done the same day is in my opinion on herd of! The staff was amazing, efficient, and very knowledgeable! I was in and out in an hr! I feel I got lucky finding this place so I want others to know how great it is!! If your looking for a scooter or need motorcycle service, this place is a trustworthy shop that wont screw you over. Tell your friends! Gulfside motorsports!!

If youre coming here to finance dont waste your time. Aside from the giant we EZ FINANCE sign on glass. Turns out they dont, bank isnt available for financing at the moment. Would of been nice to see a sign out front or somewhere on website before driving 2 hours for 2 bikes they cant give. Terrible, go to track and field instead.

Just bought 2 wolf Islander 49cc scooters. Price was right, Adam took care of me and even replace the seat in the black color I needed. I will update this review once we have had to try them out. Thank you Gulfside Motorsports for a job well done.

In my opinion these are good, honest people. I have taken my bike in for repairs and have also bought motorcycles from them, one issue did occur and they were very quick to resolve the issue in my favor. I will definitely be going back. I highly recommend them based on price and customer service, they cant be beat. If your looking to purchase a motorcycle, scooter or simply need maintenance on your bike, go check them out it will be worth it.

Friendly staff. Really over priced however. I’ve gone there a few times for parts and each time it’s been more than double, Sometimes triple what you can find for name brand online. They might be nice but the markup is unnecessary.

Let me tell you a little bit about this company! So I have bought two scooters and a 150 motorcycle from them. All transactions were efficient and the products have been as advertised and super FUN!But buying a scooter or motorcycle is the easy part. This place earns it 5 stars on the service department. Two units I bought from them I brought in for their 300 mile tuneups and they were finished in no time. But I even brought an older model Honda Shadow that needed SIGNIFICANT help and they did everything I needed including tune up and electrical.Every time I leave I say “I will probably see you soon” and with this place that isn’t s bad thing. I love doing business with this business.

Still never got a response. Not sure what they have to hide. Decent inventory. Just want to know what things cost. I was ready to buy. Im a cash buyer. Ok. I give up. Great if you buy their new scooters. They are fast, cheaper for repairs, and reasonable with their extra fees but will make you fix everything if you dont know anything about what is actually wrong [their main source of income besides pre-owned sales]. Google your issue before getting repairs or they will have you fixing everything under the sun.Over all, it is a great place to get repairs on scooters of smaller size. Good on fees and prices.I fully researched my problems before going in, so I had no problem.I would recommend this place for anyone seeking a smaller scooter.

I am not one to share on social media. But I have to when it comes to Gulfside Motorsports. I bought my scooter a year ago. A basic scooter 50ccs. Nothing compared to a BIG investment. But even after a year I am remembered and recognized by name. I am treated as if I just bought a very high end top of the line car. The staff and people here will treat you as if you were a million dollar customer at s fraction of the price. The people here care and will be respectful of you. Repea I do not NOT do post. But Gulfside Motorsports truly deserves my post.

Do not bring motorcycle Here they only sell scooters(RED FLAG). Still I Came to get a front and back tire. Left with only A front tire and a BROKEN/ CRACKED fairing.. Tried to tell me it was like that and they have to order the back tire.. now 3 weeks later They still have not contacted me and when I call they say they still waiting for it.... Sounds like they are Guilty fo me..

Beth & Adam are GREAT!! Weve bought 5 scooters from them & never had an issue with any of the scoots OR service. Any negative reviews are obviously from customers who will NEVER be satisfied as the Gulfside crew always go out of their way to make sure youre completly happy. Its the only place well go!

Dealt with Eric at first he told me replacing my battery would fix my issue but he couldnt guarantee anything, of course the battery had nothing to do with the issue it was actually my starter. After that I went to get the starter changed out and I asked if this would certainly fix the issue he told me If you dont trust us then go to Yamaha and get it fixed so I walked out. After that my battery died and I went to replace it under the warranty, they gave me 4 different dates that they would have my battery at their facility and when I got tired of wasting my time and asked for the tracking number they told me it was none of my business. I ended up going to autozone and purchasing a new battery because I was tired of waiting and what do you know my bike works fine. I went to this shop because of their reviews, that was a mistake.

Im almost hesitant to write the review because I still own the scooter Ive purchased from them and still continue to need them to do the warranty work on it without giving me the current attitude that Ive gotten. Almost every time I go in there theres different people working there and no one seems to be able to give me a straight answer about certain question and issues that Im having about my particular scooter. It took them almost 30 days exactly to get my paperwork from the DMV, when i went to the DMV myself and they told me they never received any of my paperwork from the business that claim they had dropped it off and are just waiting for it to be returned.. Would not recommend..

First brought my 150cc scooter up to the shop they diagnose the problem and said that I needed to replace my stator and regulator they told me they would fix it no problem for around $250 with parts and labor ..i saved up the money and took it back up there .. then they decided they didnt want to work on it at all. I asked why they said because removing the stator and regulator on the type of scooter I had was far too difficult and they had broken their equipment before trying to replace one on a scooter similar .. so I asked him if I could get the stator off myself and bring it back up there would they work on it he said yes they definitely would. This is now my third time entering their shop with hopes I would get my scooter fixed.. I spoke with the owner again told him that I had ordered a special part to get the stator off and I was ready to get my scooter finally fixed.. they decided right then and there that they didnt want nothing to do with my scooter at all after all that I have been through trying to please them .. they they even said that the parts that I was going to need replaced were hard to find but initially when I first brought the scooter there they had already written me up a bill for the $250 that it would cost to fix the scooter..Im just upset that they gave me the run-around nearly three times..And on top of it all they tried to sell me one of their scooters ... WHAT A WASTE OF MY TIME ...Will never go there again and I hope whomever is reading this will steer clear thank you have a great day:(

Brought my moped in for service and after several attempts to fix still have same issues, now i cant get a response.

Staff is super friendly and VERY HELPFUL! I bought my scooter at another scooter place and was under warranty and they simply refused to give me my warranty. GULFSIDE went outta the way to fix another dealerships mistakes and didnt try ripping me off! They are deffintly the best scooter place to purchase a BINTILLI FROM!!!

I called about a month ago, I have an old Bintelli Sprint that needed a tire and brake handle. Erik was so nice, picked it up for me, had it fixed in one day, put the brake handle on and fixed both brakes for me! They delivered it back to my house! The customer service and work was so excellent that we went back a week later and bought a brand new Bintelli Scorch and they delivered same day, once again excellent people and customer service. So, then 2 days later we went back and my husband bought a Fuerza Ice Bear bike and once again they delivered same day. My husbands bike started to have a exhaust leak same day that was a manufacturer defect. We called first thing the next morning and told them, they came right away, picked it up, fixed it and delivered it back to us same day with a full tank of gas! You cant get any better customer service anywhere and the prices are great! Everytime I call, it doesnt matter who answers the phone, they are always friendly and care about your needs. This is a great place with great people!
