Ordered a little after 0730 on 5/19/2021 through Grubhub. I have inlaws in my house and figured Id get some fresh bagels for them and Id scramble some eggs to. Ive heard great things about Bagels On The Run as well as seen the line out of the door but I was not impressed. The bagels were not soft and as fresh as I would have liked, toasted them slightly to make them softer before serving. Im addition to that I ordered 3 apple turnovers as advertised on the app, but was equally disappointed to see the order unfulfilled. They substituted the variance of baled goods with a corn muffin (luckily Im not allergic to corn team). I appreciated the love note attached to the bag stating the effort made to satisfy the order fully but still unsuccessful...... however I would have very much appreciated a phone call instead stating the same and at least offering me the option to pick another item to replace the apple turnover instead of just assuming I wanted a basic corn muffin.The 3 stars was given for the quick delivery, not for the fact the order was left on the door knob with nobody there for me to thank. Dont worry team everyone here has masks on and understands the threat of the Pandemic.

Everything is just so fresh and made daily. Hidden little gem on Pelham Rd! Try the Walnut Raisin Honey cream cheese on a fresh made everything bagel. About time we get a small breakfast spot for people always On The Run

Always nice to have another option for breakfast in the area. Staff were all extremely nice and the bagels were some of the best and freshest I have ever had around here! Hope they stick around for a while.

Best bagel in the Pelham and New Rochelle area. Place is very clean, staff is friendly and the price is extremely reasonable, especially for the area. Nearest bagel place is Lennys bagels and they are overpriced and the bagels are not as good.

The bagels are fresh & delicious, likewise the sandwiches, salads, coffee; And the staff isvery accommodating.However, the specialty cream cheese spreads could have more additives ie more lox pieces in the lox spread, etc.
