I am enthusiastically thrilled with the quality of the service from the moment I walked into the store through the delivery and installation process. The 2 men who installed my carpet, which included a double staircase and landing did an exceptional job. They know their craft, were respectful of my home and cleaned throughout the process. I give them 150% for effort and precision of their skills.

Wow! Gary and his team are five stars all the way. The prices were competitive, the selection is tremendous, and they’re overall just lovely to work with in our new home! Fenway did an amazing job of laying luxury vinyl in my family room so I brought them back to do runners in the stairs. Both of their experts who came to do the actual work were extremely courteous, professional and treated my home as if it was their own. I can’t say enough good things about my experience with Fenway and the finished products. I would recommend them without any hesitation for any flooring work.

The men who removed the old carpet and installed the new arrived punctually and introduced themselves. They were friendly and accommodating. I was particularly impressed with Alex who was eager to please and worked hard throughout the process. Both gentlemen represented your business well.

We had carpet installed by another company, and after 2 years a large bulge/buckle at a joint appeared and grew, and grew, and grew. Fenway came in, handled the problem in 40 minutes, put the furniture back, vacuumed (!!) and did it for a very reasonable sum. Thank you!! Great job guys!!

Great selection all types of floor friendly staff

They were very nice and helpful. However, they installed linoleum that is junky and keeps getting scratched up after less than 1 year. Our old linoleum was 30 years old and never got scratched. I will contact them again to see if they can still repair it.

How shall I begin?I went to FENWAY FLOORING, which has been providing service since 1966. I’m a resident of New Rochelle and wanted to do business with a local establishment instead of dealing with a company who is merely interested in getting the business but not necessarily in job performance and personalization.Although, I must say this was a very long transaction, with some misunderstandings and confusion, I must say that Fenway’s integrity and representation was refreshing.
