Went here yesterday to buy a new water bong. It had been a few years since I last visited but the shop was just as amazing as I remembered. No, its not cheap, if thats what youre wondering, but theyre not charging for an inferior product. Everything is high quality and the associates Ive dealt with are friendly and patient as well. Also, they have an adorable shop cat named Duchess who likes belly rubs, so... what more do I have to say?

Great store, very knowledgeable staff here in New Rochelle ( also in Stamford, CT) who can answer any question you throw at them. Ive been going here every so often for the past 2 years. They have a wide variety of almost anything smoking related. Ive never bought nicotine so I cant speak about the products that contain nicotine but everything Ive bought Ive been very satisfied with. I went in yesterday looking for a small metal ring for a 510 thread vape with a magnet that Ive purchased there before, they didnt have it in stock but, they offered to bring it from their Port Chester store overnight. The item isnt more then $1 but they offered to go above and beyond what I was expecting. I didnt take them up on the offer as Ill go to the other store soon and pick it up myself to also check out their other store.My only wish is that they have more of a brand selection other then Rut CBD products for CBD

Just bought an item form this place. And the product doesnt work. I asked specifically for the right product and they gave me a defective item. Keep saying they cant do anything about it because of Covid. Me and my friends always use to go to this place. Even refered a lot of people. Not anymore! You can keep the money. Worst!!!!

The Glass Room has always been nothing short of a great experience. Their prices are fair, the quality of their products are great and they really take the time to listen to your needs so they can ensure you get exactly what you want. Not to mention, it is always a delight speaking to the staff, I highly suggest coming to their establishment. If you really want to feel welcomed and properly catered to, I would suggest coming in the morning time when they open, the morning staff are delightful, very down to earth, and easy going. Enjoy!

The manager Michael is fabulous. I spoke to him on the phone and because he was so courteous, I decided to take a visit to the store. Got there, I was greeted kindly and his customer service and handling showing me different products was outstanding. I didn’t know anything about the store or what I had to get and he explained everything. They will definitely have my business and referrals to go there. Thumbs up!!

Being in the city Im surrounded by smoke shops. Every time Ive been here I have had all my questions answered and best quality hardware (obviously the internet is endless) I came across in person.

Maybe the least sketchy head shop known to man. Def worth a visit if you are in the market for something or just browsing. A+

Scam artists. Sold me a used piece of $h!t torch that broke on me within a week and a half. Called them up on the phone and they said they couldn’t do anything about it. Never coming here again.

Very expensive, $250 for a tiny little artistic rig and barely any selection under $200. Who are your customers, billionaires? Theres plenty of company out there making good quality rigs that retail for $100.... its what the people want!

I had an easy purchase, vape and vanilla oils . Attempted to purchase a separate charger ( lost) for another vapo.But it as I was told“ not a vape we sell “ therefore they had no charger sir second vape which to my eyedifference between the two was a logoSince I took my girl friends vape home w me and charged it w my chargerSame vape I was told, they “ Glass Room “ dies not carry but was purchased there in Dec. I did not have receipt on me to show proof, yes it’s from here. I have to debate w Facts and when w my opinion I remember FORMAT my opinion W FACTS not Gut feeling FACTS .I Will not patronize “ the glass rm .” Choosing to go further for same ; since Fully Stocked store gives impression of varied Brands / accessories on hand .
