Place has a wide section of home decor items at very reasonable prices. I have always been happy with the variety and quality of products that I have received from the storeThe staff is very courteous too. They all greeted me at various times throughout my visit.

Recently received Sheer Valances for one of my bedrooms. The curtains were high quality, beautiful and so affordable. When I had to talk to customer service, I believe his name was Anthony, he was courteous, helpful and kept me informed as to when I would receive my shipment. I was BEYOND satisfied. In fact, I just placed another order for an additional room!!!

I bought 2 curtains, returned one. Was disappointed to have to pay for shipping and handling. 7 dollars on a 9.99 item. I left a review on the site saying i loved the product but the return policy would keep me from shopping there again. I was beyond shocked when the owner called me yelling about how could he run his business successfully with paying for returns. My review was deleted off the site. Return policy and owners attitude both suck.

I cannot say enough about The Curtain Shop. But the one thing that stands out the most is their customer service. Im always greeted when I go in. Always asked if I need help and never in a pushy way. They let you shop but are always around for questions. Their staff has knowledge about their products and always with a friendly attitude. Their prices are reasonable and the selection is great. I highly recommend shopping here for many of your home necessities.

Ordered curtains on October 22. It’s now December 8 and they still haven’t arrived. There’s been zero communication by them and zero curtains. Honestly not even sure if they will ever be delivered.

The associate helped me pick out simple curtains for a straight 30 minutes. I spent about 80 dollars to cover 3 windows with nice shear curtains.

I was deeply disappointed by my experience. I called, drove to the store, brought the curtains I wanted to replace so they could measure them, and after sitting down with the girl to explain my needs, got a very back of the envelope estimate from a book that she wouldnt even formally write down or email me. They should have just done that over the phone and spared me the trip. Luckily theres a Calico Corners in Mamaroneck that know what service is and, by the way, was 25% cheaper!
