Ok, I rarely write reviews (go ahead, check my profile) but this dealer deserves another 5 star review. After both my cousin and friend each got a 17 Ranger XP1000, they told me I should get one. Around July I saw Polaris came out with an all-new model. After reading the specs and everything else they improved, I just knew I had to have an 18 XP1000. I went and saw Andy (owner) mid-August and ordered this machine without even seeing it. Well I finally took delivery of it Nov. 22nd and it is every bit as amazing as they say it is! Am proud to be Andys first 18 XP1000 client but lets get back to the review of the dealer.There were other dealers closer to me but I chose Volusia Motorsports first over the others and sure am glad I did. Everyone at VM is a key player (Andy in sales, Brandon in service and Tina in parts/accessories) and all of them make the powersports purchasing/owning experience as pleasant as possible. Seriously, the other reviews are not lying, these folks are that good. Come check em out and you too will be impressed.

What an awesome experience I had at Volusia Motorsports!! Back story- my Victory Magnums starter motor went out 2 months ago. With the recommendation from Victory themselves they referred me to a dealer about 30 miles from me to do the warranty repair. After repeated non returned calls and no part available at that dealer I took it upon my self to locate a dealer willing to do this warranty repair. From the moment I talked to Brandon in the service department at Volusia I felt I had made the best decision. He confirmed he had the correct part and was more then willing to handle this warranty claim. I had him order a couple tires for me and confirmed a Saturday appointment. He assured me that since I was driving 3 hrs to his dealership that he would get me finished all in one day. Well, he exceeded my expectations. New starter, two tires, a minor recall, and even found an issue with my rear rotor. All repaired in a few hours. He was detailed and kept me informed thru the whole process. It was a pleasure to meet Andy while picking up my bike and I left happy knowing even though their 3 hours away I have found my go to dealer.

I just purchased a 2014 KTM 1190 Adventure r in the midst of a pandemic.The owner of Volusia Motorsports worked with me directly and gave me a deal I could not refuse. I was out of state, rented a car and the car rental place was closed so I had to go an extra 30 minutes north to drop it off.The owner took me there personally and drove me back to the dealership to take possession of the bike.I had a little issue with the seat latch, and although I bought the bike as is, he helped assist me in getting it resolved very promptly.I have not experience customer service from a dealership like this before.Volusia gets an A+ in my book, and this is coming from an ex-motorcycle salesman.If you are looking for honest and polite people to do your business, look no further!Thanks Andy!!

Zack and Henry are an amazing duo! Zack was patient and kind. We called so many times to ask to speak to him to clarify questions about the financing application/process, inventory, and the over all time the process would take. He was kind and joyous each time he answered the phone. The whole staff was smiling upon our arrival that morning and gave us a warm welcome! Henry offered us water and showed us where we could hang out while they finalized our paperwork and vehicle setup. Zack explained the purchase agreement and additional options with ease. Once we finished with all the paperwork Henry showed up thoroughly how to operate our new purchase.

We had a great experience there. The place is well kept and very presentable. They cater to different consumers as they have cruisers, sports bikes, off road 4 wheelers, Slingshots, ect. so your bound to find something to your taste. Everyone greeted us kindly and that I really liked. We personally went in for a recall on our Polaris Slingshot and they were knowable, very friendly, and quick. They were kind enough to mention about other recalls that they could take care of while we were there and we accepted the offer. Our mechanic was excellent. I would definitely go there again for mechanical needs or to purchase a new ride.

After what was a very very long drive the last this I wanted was to be jerked around. Andy was polite kind articulate understanding and took his time with me. Very professional yet friendly.

This place is awesome! I called a few weeks ago with a question about my new purchase (Victory Hammer 8Ball) and Brandon surprised me by saying bring it down right away, wasnt expecting that! Went down and not only did he look at it and answer my question but had it in a bay getting another problem I wanted fixed taken care of right then! Unheard of imo. Had to order a part for my main issue (the reason I called them in the first place) and when that came in this week they did my requested repair almost immediately plus took care of 2 last minute requests of mine and were super fair on how they charged me for it! I struck a deal for a used Victory motorcycle with Volusia Motorsports. It was such a good deal, I was able to fly down from Kentucky and ride it home.If you cant get along with these guys, you just cant get along. My sales man was Robert. He was honest and up front with everything. I would ask him to send pics and I would have then within 10 min. Its a big deal to comment to a purchase that big without getting your hands on it. And the owner Andy was very pleasant to deal with. They even sent Baron over to pick me up from the airport in Orlando/ Sanford area. Great guy! He even helped me strap my bag on the bike to make sure it was secure.I absolutely recommend this place to buy whatever it is your looking for. Honest people.

Recently bought a 1982 Kawasaki and am restoring it. Since I was unsure of the age of the tires, I decided to replace them. Ill buy into the 5 star rating! Parts folk are very cordial to me even though they have to get everything Ive ever needed shipped in so have purchased half of what I wanted. The bike prices has always chased me some where else but this may change now since the BIG BOYS own the place. Some improvements visible to establishment makes me want to stop in and see what is new, where as old was just that OLD! same scenery for the last 5 yrs with prior owner. This area needs spiffed up (N.S.B. chamber of commerce) sorry hyd place etc but that area looks like a hazardous dump site. Floor Sales staff have always been quick to offer assistance and are not all over you, or maybe my tire kicker label has been showing. used to be open on Sunday which was a + to me.....

Great service.. Had a flat and instead of trying to upscale me they pointed out it was made flat by a pin nail and were able to get me back on the road with just a new tube... Also cleaned and lubed chain at no extra charge...

Let me start off by stating that I purchased a Polaris Slingshot from an Ocala dealer. I found the experience so bad, that I immediately switched by primary dealer to Volusia Motorsports.When I was looking to purchase, I talked with Andy at Volusia Motorsports. He was great and gave me all of the information I was looking for, and I feel an honest representation of what he had. I purchased from the other dealer because he had a model/color combination that no one else had, otherwise Volusia would likely have had the sale. Unlike the dealer I purchased from, I found Volusias stock to be clean, well kept and presented well. I think highly of Andy and would easily seek him out if I was going to make another purchase.I found that my rotors were wrong. Volusia, even without having dealt with me, quickly processed the warranty repair and scheduled me to be done in a very short time window! I am thoroughly pleased with my service experience with Volusia Motorsports. They got my Slingshot repaired so I could go to Maggie Valley in a safe configuration!I will be using them for all of my Slingshot needs. I also am recommending them to any of my friends that are interested as well as any stranger for the Central Florida area.

Amber was very helpful in selecting the appropriate tires and was able to order and have installed as promised. Installation took 1 hour and I was on my way. All during a busy Bike Week! I was very satisfied with the service I received at Volusia Motorsports. The mechanic that performed the work also deserves kudos since that was who changed out the tires! Getting great service has become very rare and I have no problem pointing out that Volusia Motorsports provided me an overall great experience.

Called to see price and availability of a five gallon portable fuel tank for my boat, sales guy says they have one available. When I asked for a price the guy goes to look and I hear someone in the back ground say “double the price”, he came back on the phone and said $69.99. (Price gouging for the hurricane) nice way to treat a customer, a company with values!! Sad. I’d never shop there!! Amazon has them for $35, so much for supporting a local business.

I have been a regular customer of Volusia Motorsports in New Smyrna Beach, Florida for years. I took my bike in for a top to bottom check up including an oil change and they returned my bike with 1.) major damage to the front fender, 2.) a dead battery and 3.) the rear tail running lights are no longer operational.I observed the service techs jumping the bike to get it started when I arrived to pick it up. Volusia Motorsports had my bike for almost a month.There is no way the service department could not have noticed this level of damage. Ive taken care of my bike for 14 years without a scratch on it and now this. Somebody at Volusia Motorsports dropped something heavy or banged it with tremendous force in order to cause the depth of damage to the metal of the fender. I understand negligence happens in the motorcycle service industry but its not good business to try to hide or avoid responsibility when accidents do happen in a shop. I understand that employees would not come forward to report damage to a customers bike out of fear of losing their job. However, thats where management and leadership is supposed to step in to make things right.I initially notified Brandon, the service manager, who said he would look into it. Another month passed and all efforts to communicate have been ignored. I dont blame Brandon or the office staff for the damage. It has to have been caused in the service bay or in the holding area where the bike was parked.Has anyone else had any issues like this with Volusia Motorsports of New Smyrna Beach in Volusia County Florida?Updated May 14, 2019: I did receive a follow up call to bring my VTX back to the shop. Volusia Motorsports repaired what had been damaged without me having to take any further action.In the end, the management and the owners acted with great integrity and professionalism. Volusia Motorsports conducts its business ethically. After years of having taken my bike in for service with this company, I remain a satisfied customer that will continue doing business with Volusia Motorsports. Thank you.

I think he spent more time with me than he needed to, because I had so many questions (being my first ATV). Definitely a Quality dealership. Went there during bike week, had plenty of staff on hand. All the staff were knowledgeable and very good with the customers. Theyre much better than an average dealer in that they take the time to fully talk to you about things instead of rushing you to a sale of whatever your looking at. If I lived in the area this would definitely be my go-to dealer.

Ive been using Volusia Motorsports to service my Slingshot for about 2 years. Prior to converting to Volusia Motorsports I used another facility and was not happy with the service, the personal, the attitude, and the price. Now that I use Volusia Motorsports all of the problems I had in the past are gone! Brandon always does an exceptional job in understanding my issue, getting his technicians to work fixing my ride and making me very happy. I highly recommend dealing with these people, you wont be disappointed.

The staff and service was excellent. Not only that but the owner delivered our Polaris Ranger crew that night so our grandchildren would get a chance to ride on it before they had to go back home. Then after having dropped it off and having left he came back one more time because of some questions I had which he answered through explanation and demonstration They were great!

Bought my KTM at a great price here and had it just serviced after 600 miles. Great team to work with! Andy is honest and down to earth not pushing you at all. Brandon and his team did a great job to service the bike and helped me out with some minor issues.

“I take my Kawasaki here for routine maintenance (oil changes, brake pads, tires, etc). Very pleased with Brandon and service crew. While installing a front tire and tube on Vulcan they checked front and rear brake pads, rear tire pressure (which was low) and even tightened some loose bolts on other areas of the bike (no extra charge). Prices are very reasonable and service is excellent.

I recently spoke with the parts department about a couple modifications I wanted to make. I carefully explained what I was looking to do and was advised that the appropriate parts would be ordered in advance of my trip in for service. When the parts arrived I was promptly notfied and my service visit was confirmed.When I arrived for service, I again specifically explained what I was hoping for as the end result since my request wasnt a typical installation. It took a bit of effort by the service department but ultimately not only did they do exactly what I was hoping for, the end result actually exceeded my expectations. Excellent job!

During Biketoberfest I needed a clutch reservoir cap. Part numbers matched up for the rear brake cap but it did not fit. The parts team then called other shops trying to find it for me. No luck but I appreciate their efforts trying to get me fixed. So, ziplock bags and zip ties till I get home.

I must say this place is top notch from the moment you call and make your appointment Brandon and Tyler were awesome the whole way thru my service i dropped my bike off on a Monday with an appointment for Tuesday with idle issues and in need of a full service Tyler wrote my repair order and took my bike called me the very next day and let me know what was going on and already had parts on order parts came in the next day they got my bike back to running order and i am riding by Thursday 5 stars all across the board for their service team thanks again Tyler and Brandon

Test drove the POLARIS SLINGSHOT. 5 speed manual shift with a 4 cylinder engine. A 3 wheel machine - 2 up front, 1 in the back. Your passenger sits beside you. A great test drive and a lot of fun.

I had taken my 2007 Yamaha Stratoliner to at least 4 different certified Yamaha mechanics (including the dealership where i bought it) for an idling problem and none of them could fix it or even tell me what was wrong. But Volusia Motorsports immediately diagnosed and corrected the problem. The bike has been running perfectly ever since and i just crossed 100,000 miles. Brandon and the rest of the staff were very competent and helpful. I wish i had gone to Volusia Motorsports first, it would have saved me a lot of time, money and frustration.

Went there during Biketoberfest and needed a new front tire for my Victory Cross Country Tour. They did not have one but found a shop that did. The shop that had it could not install it so Volusia Motorsports did and they did it that day. The staff was very friendly and accommodating! They had my bike in and out in no time and I was very pleased with their service! I recommend this dealerships service department!

I submitted a quote about a 2016 Victory Vegas 8-ball to about 6 different dealers around the state. Andy (the owner) was the first to respond to my request. The others responded maybe a week later and were real pushy. Andy was not, he was kind, understanding, and very, very helpful. This man will work with you, i assure you on that. I live some 4 hours away and was concerned on what the bike would look like, if it had any scuffs or if it wasnt what he said it was. Andy is a very honest dealer, probably the most honest and helpuful dealer Ive ever dealt with (and im usually very wary of dealers). We spent about 2 months on the phone/emails/texts before i was ready to purchase the bike. He worked with what i wanted, accessories, price, etc. His price was VERY fair, and i could not turn it down. If youre on the fence on who you should do business with, look no further. I implore you to stop what youre doing, and call this dealer asap! You will not get better service, i guarantee that! Andy was great to deal with, and gave me a great price, with trade ins. No sales pressure, ie phonecalls every other day, like some other dealer did. He was honest, and up front about the price. I dontlike last minute surprises. My next review will be on the service for my 500 mi oil change, and checkover.

Just picked up a beautiful KTM at a phenomenal price from Andy. Bike and paperwork were ready as soon as I arrived and I was on my way in about 30 minutes with no high pressure sales tactics or hard sells. Ill definitely be spending more here in the future

I bought a KTM Duke 690 from them. Great staff and incredibly helpful and nice staff. I really appreciate that they advertise OTD pricing so there are no surprises when you sit down to buy.

I love this dealership and exclusively work with them even though they are 2 1/2 hours away from me. They have a great showroom and excellent customer service and can be trusted, ive had mechanical work done with them, and also have had them just mail me parts. I always look forward to seeing them when I am in the area.

Ive had quite a bit of work done on my Iron at this dealership, among other things such as being tempted to buy a new Victory and or a KTM, and Ive yet to have a bad experience here. Both in the service department and sales, everyone is friendly and theyre more than willing to work with you on whatever problems may arise. Burned out my clutch shortly after having a 1250 conversion kit put on my bike, and in both cases, the service was excellent, and while some minor issues did arise, Brandon worked with me throughout the experience and ensured I left a happy customer on all occasions. I was nervous for awhile upon moving down to Florida and trying to find a new bike shop to go to, so Im certainly glad I decided to check this place out as Ive yet to be disappointed.

After 2 years with my last dealership I decided to switch to Volusia Motorsports. I based this change on the experience I had with their Management, every experience I have had with them has been a pleasure. Bought my 2018 Polaris Ranger 900XP at another dealer. With just 3 hours the belt was slipping and at hour 4 and a new belt it wouldnt move. Spoke to Brandon and he told me to bring it in. When I dropped it off I met with Taylor. In just the few minutes of dealing with these 2 I had wished I bought my Ranger from Volusia Motorsports. Volusia Motorsports staff make you feel like their only customer and not just another transaction to rush through.

I live in PA and found my bike online. All my questions and concerns were answered and alleviated by Andy. What a pleasure to work with. Flew down, was treated like royalty (lol), rode the bike home 1600 miles in three days with not one hiccup. A genuine pleasure to do business with. And left feeling like a had made a new friend.

We purchased a new Polaris Ranger crew for the family and absolutely love it! The staff at VM was second to none! They all were extremely friendly without the high pressure sales, Its exactly what you would expect from a dealer in a small town. It was the least stressful transaction Ive ever made at a dealer. Service manager is untrustworthy and uninformative. Find anther place to service you motorcycle. Their communication skills and customer service skills are lacking.
