Against my anxiety of returning to a dealer I still proceeded. I was blown away at the customer service and experience I was met with. Tom the Sales Manager was so accommodating, kind and very efficient. Tom in finance was helpful too and very honest with me out the gate. Every employee was smiling which tells me a lot. I recently purchased a 2021 Ram Limited from here. My sales rep was Dan Gallogly. It was the best experience I have ever had purchasing a vehicle. Dan took excellent care of us and met every need we had and even a couple of wants. It was such a great experience my daughter came back the same weekend and bought her first truck! We finished the end of the day after all Service was closed. We noticed something on the truck and the sales rep took photos and it was addressed within a week. Something else I really appreciate as a sales person is that even though Dan was off the day we came back he still gets credit with the rep that assisted us. Dan our sales rep and Nick the finance guy are two of the best we have ever dealt with. I am glad to have joined the Ram family! My daughter was in contact today with either a David or Dave. 45 minutes before headed to the dealership she was told the new jeep she was interested in was on the premise. When we got there David/Dave was not available. The gentleman we spoke to was very polite. We provided him with the stock number of the Jeep we were there to see. We were then told it was not at that location but it was in Jacksonville. Little did the dealership know but I was interested in buying a new Jeep as well. Due to the lies they have now lost out on 2 sales. Our business will be taken elsewhere.

However, after a less than pleasant experience at another dealership in South Florida, we decided to drive 3 hours back to New Smyrna to buy from them. I wish there was something higher to give than five stars, because this place goes above and beyond any five star rating I have ever given. David Meeks and Nick in finance did the impossible and got my husband and I into a car that every other dealership refused to even consider discussing with us. It was our first time getting a note out on a car and the entire process was a complete breeze and everyone made us really feel like they genuinely wanted to do everything that they could to help us. The last year and a half of our life has been disastrous with back to back devastations and this was the first time in such a long time that I have finally been able to have a breath of fresh air. I cant put into words the overwhelming happiness and joy coursing through me. And a big shout out to Diane who made sure to keep us entertained with all of the pictures of her lovely fur babies and fur grand babies while we waited for paperwork to process. STEALERSHIP.TOOK MY TRUCK IN TO SEE WHY THE NEW TIRES THEY SOMD ME WERE WARING PREMATURELY. THEY RAN AN ALIGNMENT CHECK AND SAID THE FRONT WAS WAY OFF. FUNNY, I TOOK IT TO AN INDEPENDENT TIRE COMPANY AND THEY SHOW IT WAS PERFECT.ONLY THING NSB DODGE WOULD DO IS QUOTE ME FOR NEW TIRES AND SAID IT WAS MY FAULT. INTERESTING HOW THEY DID MY ALIGNMENT WHEN I GOT THE TIRES.Other issues of bringing the truck in under warranty for covered issues and again, they blamed me. Back window wasnt moving, blamed me, then after an hour of debate, they finally looked at it and found the while frame was warped from the factory.Driver side window switch keeps losing memory, 3 times I brought it in and all they would do is reset it. I demanded they “Fix” it this time. They swapped the switch (the easiest thing to do before taking the door apart) but you guessed it, still failing. Turns out after 3 years of this failing service calls (no other windows were doing this BTW) it was the up sensor maximum failing, and when I took it back to complain again the sales person was nice enough to tell me “Right, so your warranty is out, {But I have an extended warranty paid for}, We dont see that Sorry” you’ll have to prove you bought it.This place puts more effort into developing good excuses than it does taking care of customers.The only reason I brought it to a Stealership in the first place was because of the warranty.Never again.

Purchased my used car less than a week ago. They made the car buying process so easy. We didn’t even have the car a week and had an issue with some electrical on it. They took the car in and had it back to me within 24 hours no charge to me. Will be taking my car there for all its services needs and recommend them to anyone who’s looking to purchase a car.

We got a Jeep via phone from this dealer. The sales rep is Vinnie. He is a rep that goes above and beyond his duties. He responded to our calls and inquiries even after his work hours. Very pleasant and enthusiastic and helpful. It’s not easy to close a transaction over phone as without seeing the Jeep we did have a lot of extra questions. Vinnie just made everything easy for us. We also contact other Jeep dealers but the level of knowledge and helpfulness and professionalism relative to Vinnie’s is just day and night. We bought the Jeep and we are very happy about everything. Keep up with your great job, Vinnie.Btw the dealer has a great coffee machine and comfortable waiting area.

My boyfriend and I wanted to buy a 2021 Jeep Summit. I never, in all my life experienced more rude service than at this dealership. Chuck the manager was wonderful but his GM has no personality and wouldnt even crawl out from under his rock to address some questions we had. Instead he had Chuck run back and forth.When we decided to finance on our own, the GM became arrogant. We wanted to do a sales contract with a deposit and pick up the unit on Monday. The GM would not take our contract or write one. We pulled our trade and our financing because of their fuzzy numbers. We didnt need them for our trade or financing so our deal was not in their best interest because they wouldnt be earning on the trade and financing.No way to run a business. Does the owner know any of this!? They just blew up a sale because of their own greed.My boyfriend left a few choice words with the GM. Steer clear of this place and in fact, go out of your way to not do business with them.

Very pleased with my service last week. The work was explained well, completed in a timely fashion (less than 24 hours), and priced fair. I will not be taking my car anywhere else for now on !

I wish I never would have set foot in this dealership. A $2500 mistake. Bought a used car that had severe transmission problems within 12 hours of driving it off the lot, called to say I wanted to return it and they told me to take it to the Ford dealership (as it still had some powertrain warranty left). I shouldnt have listened, the car continued to have more problems after the the clutch was replaced. The guys at ford fixed a few other problems with the car and they were surprised it was sold to me like it was. After 2 weeks enough was enough. Tried to get my money back, only the purchase price of the car, not the inspection fees or taxes ($2500), and only toward a vehicle on their lot. I essentially paid $2500 to rent the car for two weeks, and it was in the shop for one of those weeks. I dont complain often, but I hate the feeling of getting screwed, and I will feel that $2500 burn everytime I drive by this dealership. Avoid their used cars at all costs. Luckily, another dealership worked with me and gave me close to what I paid for it on trade in, and I ended up with something more reliable. Expensive Lesson Learned.

I have owned Chrysler products for the past 10 years and will stick with the manufacturer because I’m satisfied with their Enginearing. On that note I will never service or purchase a vehicle at new Smyrna Chrysler ever again. I have an suv covered under factory warranty and have had it in 3 times for a simple problem with the USB port. Their technicians still have not fixed it but it is what it is. My problem with the dealership is them attempting to take advantage of my wife’s kindness and not being able to diagnose another more serious issue so they made one up not covered under warranty and said it might not fix the issue but they would give it a shot. When she refused they tried to charge her almost $200 for the diagnostic even though it didn’t find the issue because they didn’t want us to go somewhere else that’s actually capable of fixing our vehicle. Then when I asked to speak with their GM they gave me a business of someone who is not their GM and told me that guy would just direct me to the service department. There are about 4 more Chrysler dealerships in the county and those ones have always treated me with respect. That’s an easy fix on my part.

Weve had 2 bad experiences here now. The first we were looking to buy and the sales person we had I think was drunk. He was super pushy and kept getting frustrated when he was pulling up vehicles on his computer that werent what we wanted. We ended up buying 2 Chrysler/Dodge vehicles from a different dealership.We went to today for an oil change. We called ahead for a quote and were told $49-$65. Gave all our information, including VIN so they knew what type of vehicle it was. Was asked over and over to repeat things as the girl kept missing what was said. When everything was finished the total was over $100. We inquired as to why it was so much more than she had quoted us a couple hours before, and she said it was because of the type of vehicle it was.Im done with this dealership, Ill drive the extra time and mileage to Daytona Dodge for service in the future

I went to the Chrysler Dealership Saturday and I was approached by this lady that was not in uniform and I asked If I could have a salesperson to help me. Her response was, I am a salesperson and I can help you. Well, after standing outside for a bit, I told her I wanted to just look around, but after seeing she had no knowledge of the car industry I told her that I would just come back. To my surprise, she didn’t give me a card, she didn’t ask me to come inside, she didn’t even ask me my name. In my opinion she lacked personality and not very professional at all. I’ve been to many car dealerships in my time, and have met some very great sales people and some bad ones, but your Dealership is classy and this lady lacked all the above. I don’t like judging but, your appearance and how you speak to people goes a long way especially when someone is going to spend thousands and thousands of dollars.My Mistake, after looking at my GPS TIMELINE IT WAS SATURDAY. Sorry for saying Sunday, but the point of the matter in training or not being professional and if she isn’t fully trained then why would she be greeting customers if she doesn’t know how to deal with a customer. I understand that people have to learn, but a trained person/manager should be with her when dealing with customers. She made it very clear she worked at Chrysler. I’mNot a liar and know what I’m saying

Looong story short. Visited 7 dealerships in the past 3 month looking for a specific Jeep Grand Cherokee model with specific options. Bought one in St. Augustine(Jeep Atlantic), BTW a terrific car dealer. Jeep got totaled early January, now shopping for a new one. Found it at New Smyrna Jeep. Most of the dealing was done via phone/email/text. Met with Dan (sales rep), Chuck (finance/contracts), Chase(manager). After test drive I went back the next day for the paperwork. whole process took about an hour. Car was delivered to my house the day after.All personnel, including the folks who delivered my car, were very professional but affable at the same time. I knew what I wanted, I guess that made it easier, however it was one of the more pleasant experiences after visiting that many dealerships. Keep it up.

Not a dealership I would chose to buy from again. They had a hard time coming to fair numbers on their car and my trade. I ultimately felt we came to what was most fair for both just to find out NOT true at all. I was charged over $900 in the finance department for nitrogen “air in my tires” and some product called Perma Plate which I have yet to understand what it is, other then a scam and rip off. I prefer a dealer to be up front and honest. If they could get to fair numbers with me why would they tack on this trash. I did not see the “Perma Plate” installed and I can not see it and I don’t want it. $900 for what? Don’t scam your customers.

Brought my 2006 2500 in for an electrical issue few days went by was told the issue was fixed paid the bill when I picked the truck up had the same exact issue never left the lot Service advisor seen what the truck was doing truck stayed there a few more days never heard anything or got a callback had to drive up there and confront them was told they cannot replicate the issue truck was having same issue before I left a lot that day no refund didn’t seam like they cared at all

I can’t say enough good things about my buying experience at this dealership. First off my husband and I weren’t bum barded by salesmen left and right when we first parked to get out. We walked in and someone polity greeted us and said they would send a salesmen our way. David Siegenthaler met up with us we told him what we were looking for and the vehicles we were looking at online. We found a vehicle we wanted to take on a test drive we all jumped in the truck. Our test drive was great I never felt uncomfortable with the salesman in the vehicle like a usually do. I loved the truck and decided to do paper work. I was trading in a vehicle with equity, instead of hitting me with a lowball price for my trade in they ASK ME “what do you think your trade in is worth” which I thought was a great way to ask. I was in and out in decent time. I wouldn’t want to do business anywhere else. This was one of the most pleasurable truck buy experiences. Thanks NSB CDJR and David.

Bought car in April, Sales was good. I had a We Owe for 3 items, They scheduled me a 8AM Appointment...Car sat for 2 days no communication from Service dept. I started calling on the 3rd day the said they fixed 1 of 3 items. Got the car Back the said next week they will finish. Again no communication from service dept.2 weeks later had another 8am scheduled appointment. Car sat for 2 days, I started calling, contacted my sales rep, No response. 3rd day they called me back and offered a loaner. 1 week went bye..nothing I called and asked ..no call back.I called on day 8 and asked for the Service Mgr. Name. Day 9 I called and asked for the Service Mgr. they gave me his Voice mail. Left msg, Then the Service Dept. called me back car was ready. Ready after 9 days and a scheduled 8am appointment. LOST MY BUISNESS AND REFFERAL.

I brought my girlfriends 2006 jeep grand Cherokee in to have a computer checked and they did a diagnosis of the computer and it said it needed a wheel speed sensor they did not fix the sensor and told us we needed a new battery and transmission I took the jeep to auto zone got a test done and figured out it was the front right wheel speed sensor and got one for 39.95 and put it in and the jeep runs perfect all lights on dashboard are out Im not a satisfied costomer pretty disappointed

After weeks of searching for my perfect vehicle, I stopped by my local Dodge dealership. I was approaching depression because I didnt think what I wanted existed. The salesman, Dennan approached me and asked if he could help. I had no idea that this young man was going to change my life.I told him what I required in a vehicle and he thought for a moment and said that he thought he had just what I needed.We went out and he showed me the truck. I was very skeptical at this point. He retrieved the keys and we looked it over and went for a drive. I thought, this might work for me. We proceeded to finish all the preliminary paperwork and he sent it to finance.He came back with acceptable terms and it was a done deal.The whole process was very smooth, easy, and not upsetting in any way.As I drove the truck for the next two days, I fell in love. It was much more thank I ever anticipated.I will never go anywhere else for a vehicle and as long as he is a salesman for this company I will only see him.

Never had a worse experience. Greats salesmen but the used cars manager proceeded to imply that I didn’t have the money for the vehicle I wanted and that if there were cheaper options we could do something. Simply implying I was “broke” I ended up going elsewhere to purchase the vehicle I was looking at outright with Cash.
