It was a Purple Heart shaft that was warped. I had ordered 4. The other 3 were fine. They sent a replacement the same week!

WOW what a bunch of losers complaining and whining. Ive bought from them for about 12 years and never had a bad deal. However, Im not some millennial loser who expects stuff for nothing and I know how to work on cues. Most of these idiots are just losers and expect to be coddled like their mothers treated them. Welcome to the real world! This guy runs a tight ship and doesnt have time for people who want to waste his time. Billiards is loaded with complainers. Shop with confidence, I do.

Joe is the best at what he does. He sells quality products at the best prices. I have purchased many cue supplies and his dvd on installing cue tips. Awesome dvd loaded with valuable info and of course Joes humor. If your serious about cue repair this dvd is priceless.

Horrible place to buy from. Bought 6 tiger sniper tip and when install they became like rubber. I installed tips on cues before and never saw anything like that. Called the owner but hes very rude about it and wont work with you regardless. I would never buy anything from them again. So buyers, be warned!

Very bad experience with that store.. The seller is really unfriendly, this time they refused to sell to my country because they cant trust Brazils courrier??? I already bought from him some times on past without any problems.. Now i need to pray him to take my money! Please, go to another store!

I ordered two Ivory ferrules Aug 7 2015 . still havent gotten them . and called cue componenets owner Joe Barringer he is very unfriendly and unreasonable claims its US Governments fault, but i have heard from numerous friends he has treated these people same way and always have had problems either with product ordered or service getting order .. will never do business with Joe Barringer again . he has my money and i still have no parts or refund.
