They couldn’t be nicer and more efficient in this store! I had such a hassle twice with USPS overnight delivery, twice in one week, their “overnight delivery” took 2 days. They are using outside hires, so that might be the problem. This was time-sensitive material and caused me so much stress with no explanation as to what the problem was. If I ever need overnight delivery again, I will only use FedEx through this very convenient place, one minute from my house. 😁

What a great company!This family owned and operated business is what NSB is all about. They were beyond courteous and helpful while I was in their shop and their service was just as promised. I had them ship a package out to Colorado for me and they were absolutely incredible. They sent me an email with all 3 tracking numbers for my package, just like they said they would. This is exactly why we support local businesses in our beloved area, not only were the people nicer than a big chain, but the service was absolutely top notch. A clean, local store tucked away on Canal Street that has helped me with all my printing and shipping needs lately.Recently, I ran into issues with the USPS location in New Smyrna as they could not help me with the labels for my parcels. While searching for printing options in the area I came across this store. Mike from New Smyrnas Print Pak & Ship was courteous and quick as he helped me print labels for my parcels, attach them and shipped them for me. I couldnt be happier with his assistance and will be sure to recommend everyone who needs their items shipped in NSB to go to them in the future.

Went to get some faxes sent which would have been over 40 dollars, there was this young girl who assumed I was looking for a discount, which I thought it was rude maybe she thought I couldnt pay, then she sloppily places the paper on the fax machine and walks away and of course it starts to jam she starts making excuses for her incompetence finally she couldnt get it to work and tells me to go to the UPS store best thing ever, they were professional and it only cost me a portion of what I would have paid there, learn customer service and how to operate your equipment, your place sucks
