Tom and his crew did an excellent job! While not a large project, he treated it very professionally and with great care. We requested the job be completed quickly and within a certain time frame and he made certain it happened. He had great ideas and suggestions as well. Appreciate him and his crew and would recommend 100%!

I had been having problems during the pandemic of getting anyone to come and replace the pump and update the system. Once we found Progressive Pump and gave them a call things moved fast. Tom returned my call that afternoon (on a Thursday) and was here with his crew on Monday morning. They spent about 5 hours getting things up and running, explained the entire system to me and have been very quick to respond when Ive had a question.

I received very good professional care of my sprinkler system...things were explained and the program was set according to the sub division regulations 5🤩🌟⭐️✨⭐️⭐️⭐️

2/4/21I had so many issues with my sprinkler system, sprinkler heads, washed out holes in my yard, my pumping system etc... I was lucky enough to find Tom Smeresky, Progressive Pump & Irrigation. Every problem I showed Tom, he said, “I can fix that.” and he did. He is very knowledgable, reliable, and a good communicator. He is focused and moves quickly. He’s not afraid of getting his hands dirty. He’s a good role model for the two assistants he works with. The two assistances which he left from time to time, to work in his absence, while he went to check on another jobs or pick up supplies, were super reliable workers, who stayed on task. In his absence, they shared information about Tom, saying “... he is very smart and has 30 years experience in this field.” They showed respect and appreciation for him. The assistances were very knowledgable and communicated easily. It appeared that they had worked as a team for some time. All three of these gentlemen were guys who easily won my trust. But even more importantly, they did a really outstanding job of getting my systems functioning. They left my lawn so in tact, that I had to really search to see where they had placed new pipes. My pump now sends water to only one zone at a time. They showed great attention to detail as they rebuilt my patio laying each very heavy slab of concrete with great precision. Through out this job, Tom was totally in charge and engaged. I MOST HIGHLY RECOMMEND TOM SMERESKY, PROGRESSIVE PUMP & IRRIGATION !!! And his assistants... I thank you and salute you for a job well done...

Was told he would be here Saturday am to begin the job. No show. Was called Saturday afternoon and til if he didnt make it that day he would for sure in Monday. Monday came and went, no show, no call. Tuesday I was called and told hed be here betw en 9 and 11. Again no show. Was called at 11:37 and told he was running late and needed to pick up supplies. He finally showed up at 4:30. I told him to stay off my property and refund my deposit as I do not do business with companies that are so unreliable. I got different excuses from him than I got from the girl in the office! Delays and excuses do not get the job done and conflicting excuses certainly do not provide confidence!

I called Progressive Pump out after calling two other companies that couldnt fix my well problem. Progressive Pump came out quickly and were on time. They diagnosed the problem and got me back running. I would recommend them to any of my family and friends!
