The dolphin encounter was a great way to learn how to paddle board with a guide. Our guide was super patient and friendly. Highly recommend this place!

My daughter (11) had been begging to go paddle boarding since last summer. Im so happy I finally caved and booked. I was a little leery about her being able to do it, but DOUG was so patient and kind it was the best experience! Hes da best!! THANKS AGAIN DOUG!!We seen dolphins and sea turtles on the 2 mile tour. We did 2 paddle boards and a tandem kayak and will definitely return!

Super fun family friendly your and the guide Doug and shop owner were very friendly and engaging, my son 10 year old was having a hard time keeping up with the group, Doug was taking time for us and he was giving my son (10 year old) some tips how to do paddling efficiently. It was over all very fun experience!

This was better than 5 stars. Four of us went out on kayaks. Two were single and one was a two person. We paddled around and island then out in a full circle of new sights. Watched lots of dolphins up closer than ever expected. I showed the video toy wife who wants to go next time. Too bad I cant post the videos!

Don’t miss this opportunity to paddle near dolphins! The staff here is awesome and our guide knew just where to take us so that we would be near dolphins! One of us even got splashed by one that jumped up right beside us!

Did a 1.5 hr paddle board class and it was a fantastic experience Erick was very helpful and communicating was very strong I fell off my board because I got to close to the dock and got scared and he built my confidence back up and got me back on the board and even wished me happy birthday and just made me feel like he was happy to teach me he even shared his experience when he was learning highly recommended

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff!There were wider SUPs and a more narrow one available when we rented.Our route looped us around to Chicken Island and back. Try going on weekdays - theres usually less boaters speeding/creating large waves.

Such an amazing experience at Paddleboard New Smyrna! Sebastian was an excellent host! Rented three paddle boards, and went out on the water for the very first time! I was nervous but he was a great teacher! We all had a blast! At the end when we returned our boards he encouraged us all to fill up our water bottles! Such an amazing experience!!! Will definitely come again someday!!!

My daughter and her fiancé booked online for her 21st birthday. When they got there no one was there. They call and got no answer, waited for next appointment time and still no one there. The next day today call to get ahold of someone again no answer. Very disappointing

Rented a kayak from here. Had a great experience. I called last minute and on Memorial day weekend and Brittany was SO helpful & nice, answered all of my questions, and got us a kayak that day. When we arrived we signed in easily and quickly and were on the water in minutes. Great prices. Great customer service. Great experience. We will definitely be using this company in the future🐚

Been coming to NSB for years and wanted to try a new adventure and Paddleboard NSB had some of the highest ratings around here. Took advantage of the Dolphin Tour which was well worth it and the guide Kristen was awesome (request her when you go!) 10/10 would hands down do it again and looking forward to the next trip down!

My wife and I rented paddle boards, it was our first time paddle boarding. With a little coaching, we were on our way. We saw many dolpins out in the causeway. We love dolphins! We had a great experience and the owners were very friendly and accommodating. I highly recommend!

The owners And the staff were very helpful and accommodating although I’ve never been paddle boarding before… I actually elected to not to use a paddleboard and use a kayak instead… They have a great route for you to take whether a novice or an expert… I will be back again and again! We did a guided Dolphin tour this morning with Kristen and had a great time! We got to see some dolphins up close. Our guide also took some great pictures of the family while we were out. This is my second time going with this company for SUP and I plan on booking with them in the future.

We did a Living Social deal for a 90-minute rental. Ty came out with us, gave us instruction, pointed out wildlife, showed us where to go and even helped us with paddling tips as we went along. When we returned, he brought out other boards for us to try. Since we are beginners, we have so much to learn. Ty, Eric, Pat and Herb are so helpful. They can answer any question and give you whatever information you might need. Well definitely be back.

Fun, inexpensive outing center. Their standard paddleboard outing takes you to a sandbar in the intercoastal where you can relax and hang out. Well worth the trip. They also rent kayaks and aqua bikes.

I saw my husband already posted about our horrible experience with this company. Not only will I be leaving this review to warn other people about this irresponsible company, but I will also be contacting Groupon to let them know of a vendor that makes their business ties with them make their company look bad. That is how disappointing this place is. They will take your groupon so they can get paid, and leave you with empty promises of a reschedule when THEY were the ones that messed up the reservations. Absolute worst experience I have had with a company in a long time. Stay away.

I purchased this Groupon as a wedding present for friends and not only did they mess up the reservation they had made for their honeymoon, making it so that they could not redeem it on the day they had scheduled due to an overbooking of kayaks, the owner also took the Groupon from them insisting it was a scheduling error and that it would be fixed and they would receive a call to come back another day and redeem it. They never received a call or any sort of notification from the owner since then and the owner marked it as already having been redeemed even though they never got to use it. Very unprofessional and genuinely a waste of money, this was the first negative experience I have had with any product on Groupon.

I’ll just start with it’s very sad when you plan to go kayaking for your honeymoon planed and scheduled two months in advance and when you arrive to the venue to go with your new bride and they tell you they messed on the reservation and the kayaks are not available. What’s even worse is you ask the owner to call you and he says he will, and he doesn’t after promising he will. Like he just doesn’t care. I see one other bad review, so I believe his other reviews are from friends. We booked a hotel in New Smyrna beach that cost over two hundred dollars just, so we could get some pictures of my wife on the water wearing her wedding veil for a scrap book we are putting together of all the events from our wedding. I asked to get a call, so we could have rescheduled so we could capture those moments and no call back and it’s time to make that book a reality. This owner is not a standup guy at all. Crushed my wife’s hopes of a vision she had and doesn’t have the curtsey to even call us back. We don’t want to use your venue or reschedule with you anymore. We want you to credit back the groupon that your company asked for to make sure you got paid on it so we can make a good memory and erase yours. IF YOUR PLANNING A TRIP DON’T PLAN WITH THIS COMPANY. THEY WILL TAKE THE MONEY AND RUN!Nice try with your response. Too little to late! We reach out to social media with our problem that you caused. And it got the reaction we thought it would. You are being held accountable for your actions. You never called us. You said” Abby told me about the mistake this morning. My sincerest apologies. I’m on the water with customers and will call you right away when back to land.” But you never called. Then we text you again about calling us and still no response. Now you have responded on your google page because social media has done what it’s made to do and point out people like you who entertain bad business practices. Here is the proof.

My employee Kyle came to me and showed me a Groupon ticket that was redeemed on a day that Kyle was at work, now I understand that things get dated typically days after but they never got their services from this company and the company redeemed the Groupon and yes it is a very little amount of money, but come on be honest dont use the we overbooked excuse and ruin someones future to make a couple extra dollars for service you never provided.

My paddle has gotten water in it twice and Sebastian fixed it both times free of charge! Thanks for keeping me on the water!!
