Justin was a great help. He was knowledgeable and honest. Things one looks for in a sales associate. We bought a floor model bookshelf and was given a discount without asking for one. Being new to town they sent us a gift card just to welcome us and we felt that was generous and considerate. If we have further furniture needs we will definitely look to Rooms and Rest!

He suggested I get extended 5 yr warranty as motors can occasionally fail. Looking forward to enjoying this chair for many years.

Very friendly staff, Yes they all want to sell you something, but......they also want you to feel comfortable with what you buy. And that is what I like about this place! So I do highly recommend this place.With good prices, great variety and I do say they have very nice pieces very beautiful pieces.

The Rooms and Rest staff are very nice! Very helpful people but the furniture you try on in the store is not the same furniture you recieve. I picked out a really nice cushy set in the store and when it came it looked and felt like a 10 year old built and sewed it. For Ashley Furniture Im very disappointed.

Staff is kind, courteous, and patient. I came into the store with a list if furniture I thought I had wanted, but they let me look around and try out different stuff, realized I liked a couple pieces better than I had picked out.

Last fall I built a new small house in Searles, and needed a few pieces of furniture. I selected 2 pieces that turned out to be too large for my spaces. The people at Rooms and Rest were SO HELPFUL and. understanding. They worked with me and allowed me to change my selections to items that would fit my spaces more appropriately. I have since gone back and made a couple more purchases. I always find the staff extremely friendly and helpful. They truly believe in customer service. I absolutely recommend Rooms and Rest in New Ulm for any furniture needs you may need. I will definitely buy from them again. They will do whatever is necessary to make their customer satisfied! We had a very good experience at our two visits at Rooms and Rest Furniture Store in the last few days. Customer service was great and employees were very helpful with any questions I had and showing me a ton of different items that I was looking for. All the staff at Rooms &Rest are great. Ryan answered all our questions, gave us plenty of time to compare any/all the mattresses in the showroom. Wasn’t pushy but was there when we had questions. That and a good selection is why we keep going back to Rooms & Rest.

Excellent service! They bent over backwards to make sure we could order the exact sectional we wanted. It ended up not being a floor model, but a different design from one of their designers they carry. Cannot wait for our new furniture!

My mother wanted a soft mattress, they told her she would have to pre pay for a soft one $800. they delivered her a rock to sleep on when she complained they treated disrespectfully very rude, bad business, bad people shop else where

My husband and I bought a bed and a dresser from rooms and rest in new ulm, mn vary nice people and thats where it ends took a week longer to get them then they had told us and the dresser didnt have the drawer handles I called rooms and rest they had to order them they told me they should be here in a week or so .what the hell good is a dresser that I cant use. I asked the store manager if they could compensate us a little she told me that she was sorry there was nothing that she could do I should have listened to my co worker when she told me stay away from rooms and rest. I promise to you and rooms and rest I will never give you a dime of my money ever again...
